Shay and his team did outstanding work. We had a bathroom shower repaired including hot mop and replacement tile as well as exterior paint and gutter installation. Everyone on our property was respectful and professional. Absolutely recommend Graceland for anyone looking for home improvement.

I was referred to Kevin by a friend who had a good experience redoing their outdoor patio. My home project was fixing a leak in a basement room from hillside water penetration. Kevin and his best crew did a French drain system in my crawl space and followed with siding of the house. The team were super knowledgeable and did a great job with 5 year warranty on water leakage. They completed the job with new stucco outside. I am very happy with kevin and Graceland and highly recommend.

We are very happy with the work that was done on our bathroom. It looks beautiful, and the workmanship was very good. Even the LA County Inspector said it is a quality job. They arrived on time, worked hard, and completed the project very quickly. We look forward to other projects with them in the future.

We recently had a brick veneer applied to the rear of our home. We are very pleased with the work. The masons were very timely - there were no delays. They left the work area clean after the end of each day.I highly recommend them.

Graceland Remodeling was recommended by a neighbor of ours. They had beautiful turf on their front lawn. We contacted them Graceland Remodeling. They scheduled a PM to take measurements and give us a quote. The PM showed up on time, and gave us a quote the same day. The crew showed up next week and installed turf on both our front lawn and backyard in 3 days. They did an amazing job. True professionals, highly recommend them.

Good solid company that delivers on both customer service and performance. We had a patio cover on the back of the house that was about to fall down (or blow down since every other week these past two months has been a Santa Ana event). The house has a much cleaner and crisper look after the cover removal, wood & stucco repair and fresh paint - all done by Graceland Remodeling. Rose in the office is very polite and was a pleasure to speak with and Sean, who provided the initial estimate and managed the job throughout, is both knowledgeable and professional. In every case my calls were returned promptly and any issues we had were satisfactorily addressed. A minor touchup of an area was required and the gentleman who arrived to do the work (Frankie) was both polite & professional and best of all the place looks great.What more could you ask for? Graceland will be our go to for any future projects.
