Below is my email to G3 Urban’s management on the fantastic customer service I’ve experienced with their team.“I wanted to drop you a quick note to express my sincere appreciation for Ed.Having worked with various builders, I must say that Eds orientation service was a breath of fresh air. Hes hands down one of the most personable and dedicated professionals Ive come across. What struck me most was Eds willingness to invest time in every orientation. He genuinely cares about ensuring that each buyer has a fantastic experience and that their needs are met. Its a level of attention that truly stands out.Even when things dont go as planned, like the hiccup with the cabinet at the design center, Ed stepped up and made sure everything was sorted out to the satisfaction of my buyers. Thats the kind of dedication that builds trust. Its refreshing to see a builder like G3urban putting clients first, especially in an industry where thats not always the case. Please pass on my kudos to Ed for his exceptional service and dedication.Im confident that with professionals like Ed, our buyers are in great hands. Keep up the fantastic work at G3urban!”
My friend just got a house there. And the house has a lot of issues, the worst part is that they have said no to esthetic things that doesnt seem important as a builder but as a homeowner... Very sad...
Once you purchased home with them, they will first be responsive to your requests because their quality of work is not good at all. So you will find a lot of problems once you moved in, then later on, you submit request to them as they instructed, they will never response to you and delay to end of the one year warranty they said they provide to you. They basically ghost you, If I were you, I will choose other more reliable builders who are in the industry for year such as KB Home, Toll Brother. They are very unprofessional and unresponsive if you need something to be fixed once you moved in a while. Just be aware and make better choice on who you should buy home with!
I’ve never had the opportunity to talk with anyone at g3 Urban, however we have emailed like most companies about our services. Mr Gardner has never used our services, never spoken to us, has zero relationship with us. However, I think this shows quite a bit about someone’s character in his email response back to the woman who runs our marketing, especially a CEO. You can simply ‘unsubscribe’ Mr Gardner. It seems like someone needs a hug judging from the first interaction and some of the other reviews I’ve seen. Your home is one of the larger financial and emotional investments you make. I think you should know who the person is when you make a choice to have them build your home.
This builder seemed ideal at first however they left our community incomplete. They still haven’t completed our punch list and now apparently our roof warranty is up in the air. Many of the walls of the townhomes in our community leaked during the heavy rains.. Personally they said they fixed my leak last year before they exited the community however the wall was leaking again this rain season. You pay premium $$$ and it’s a subpar response
Amazing company with fabulous homes. My parents bought a home in on of their communities and were thoroughly pleased. Top of the line decor and amenities, fabulous construction done very tastefully. From the buying to move in process, everyone in the staff was extremely polite and helpful, and went above their means to make sure we taken care of in a timely and professional manner. If you are in the market for a new home, Id highly recommend G3 Urban as a truly amazing source.
Quality people, quality product. The home building/buying process can be overwhelming, especially if youre doing it for the first time, but G3 makes it simple. They offer top notch service start to finish. Highly recommend.
