This review is long overdue....we had toilet issues in February. Our usual plumbers (Bestline Plumbing) had failed us one too many times so we gave Right Flow Plumbing a chance. I was shocked when told theyd be over within the hour. Joseph assessed and fixed the problem AND, fixed our kitchen sink that Bestline Plumbing messed up in the first place. BOTH jobs were done within the hour of his visit, and both jobs totaled the cost I was quoted for only fixing the toilet by previous plumbers. . We will be using this company from now on.

Right Flow Plumbing (Joseph) works efficiently, completes the job in a timely manner, is very professional and courteous. He corrected a shotty plumbing job done by another company recommended by Home Advisor, who created more drainage problems ever since they did the work. Fantastic and friendly customer service. What 3 people could not accomplish in 5 days, Joseph of Right Flow was able to do in less than 2 hours. Actual time to resolve the problem was probably about 30 minutes and didnt require the tearing down of walls or the breakup of concrete which was suggested at the end of day 5. My family is thankful to have working bathtub and sink again! I highly recommend Right Flow Plumbing. Thank you Joseph!!

I had a leak coming out from the Air vent and just panicked right away and called a plumber (this plumber in particular). My mistake, did not even bother to think through it because the problem was something that could be resolved through common sense. The bidet upstairs wasnt closed properly, therefore it leaked water, flooding the floor, water seeps through the uncaulked baseboard, and water finds a way out through the vent downstairs. The solution: to turn the bidet off properly. And so it was turned off. THE BILL $75! And it was discounted according to him. I understand travel time and bonds and insurance should be considered for service calls and so I asked during my initial call how much is it for home service calls, he said estimates are free. Wrong question, I should have asked how much is your minimum charge if a solution was in place! The actual service took less than 10 minutes, travel time to and from, and being generous at that, is 30 minutes. The office was in gardena, 5.6 miles away from my place. Tsk! Too bad! Had this company gained my nod, I would have recommended him and even would hire him for a future project for my house and the village where I live. And got his name on our vendor list. I saw one review here that says he prices reasonably... I really am not sure about that! He used to work for Mike Diamond, and if he bases his price on that ...

Issue: clogged sinkJoseph was prompt! Came at the exact time he said he would. He provided me with two options for how to fix my sink issues (one cheaper and one more expensive) and he did not push me one way or another. Joseph did a good job replacing our leaking shower stem valve. Free estimate. Reasonably priced if job is performed. However, do your price research first so you know whats the ongoing rate. He charges a bit higher but if you have price comparison, hes willing to match it up. In short, price is negotiable against competitors rate.

Showed up within an hour on the weekend, got the job done quickly and professionally.

Joseph came on time and replaced 2 shut-off valves and 2 water lines for a thousand dollars less than anyone else. He did an incredible job.

Josep is a magician. I had the weirdest freak thing happen, a little travel spray bottle toppled into my toilet and I didnt notice before I flushed. 2 flushes later I noticed my travel spray bottle was missing from the window sill. it perfectly had been blown off the sill into the toilet. I realized around midnight but wasnt going to call then. early the next morning, about 7:15am I placed a call and Josep answered, heard my story, answered all of my questions and was at my house before 9am. it took him trying four different kinds of his specialized tools to get that bottle out from the worse part of the S-Curve of the toilet, he got that bottle out in one piece. What a PRO, what a PRO what a pro. His plumbers truck is amazing, he was dressed professionally and ready for the job. I cant say enough except dont look any further, hes your guy. this was a weekend emergency and he got the job done so incredibly well. Mr. Joseph padailla came to my apartment in the city of Inglewood and he unclogged by seek with perfection under 20 minutes my sink is now clear I can finally wash my dishes and he came out on a Sunday thank you Jesus… now I can cook and clean once again if anybody know how to do the job he know how he gets it doneThank you Joseph

I have an older home and my home warranty wouldnt fix my problem until I installed a $950.00 2 way clean out in the front of my home. Called Right Flow Plumbing, they came out within the hour, assessed the problem and like magic no more clog! My tech was outstanding and a master at his craft. And I didnt pay $950 First American Home Warranty!

This company is very dependable and trusted and most of all has reasonable price.

I was assigned this vendor through my Home Insurance Company (American Home Shield). I have been dealing with this plumbing company for a while. Between no answers, no shows, and delays on parts, when confronted, the person yelled that 2 weeks for a faucet repair was nothing, and if I wanted I can find someone else to repair the issue, to then hang up the phone. This is unbelievably unprofessional and a very good reason not to recommend this business. This is a tub faucet repair! I can’t imagine how other more complex issues would be addressed by them. I will need to contact the insurance company to request another company to take care of it. Ironically, the insurance company already charged me the deductible for this repair ....

My water mainline broke and they installed a new copper pipe from the meter to the front house and finished at the same day. They did a very good job and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.
