Hot water failed and leaking everywhere at 9am. Contacted them and got fast service by 10am. Professional and friendly. They are the best. Honest with integrity. No pressure and great price. Traditional water heater broke and the converted system to tankless in 5 hrs which included new gas hookup and got Jose Electrical for the electrical installation. I recommend them for everyone.

Poor customer service! And don’t stand behind their work. Same problem they won’t fix. $125 for a 2 minute visit to review the issue they “fixed”. 1 star review since he at least replied to my text.

Fragoso was our contractor’s plumbing choice for our remodel. Here are the facts: our small guest bathroom shower plumbing was installed and then redone because Fragoso could not do the math necessary to center the plumbing. Fragoso did not install our master bathroom toilet correctly which led to a slow leak over a year’s time and revealed itself slowly through rotted caulking. We purchased a water purifier for drinking under our kitchen sink which Fragoso claimed to have installed. Fragoso in fact, did not install it at all. We discovered we were drinking unfiltered sink water for a year, when I asked my husband to check and see if it was time to change the filter. When he checked it had never been hooked up. When i asked Fragoso to estimate the cost of getting hot water to our master bathroom faster with less water waste, Fragoso came up with an $1800 estimate to include extremely complicated work. When I called our neighborhood plumber he installed a recirculating pump for $300 and it works perfect. You decide if this plumbing company is good enough for you.

I find Fragoso Plumbing reliable and skilled. Im about to call them for the fifth time over three years. Lalo has installed all bathroom plumbing and fixtures twice previously, figured out the source of a leak in a three story condo, and cleared drains. Now he is going to remove the Jacuzzi tub and replace all fixtures in a remodeled master bath. He is generous with his knowledge -- I always ask lots of questions. He also works directly with builders, so Im patient when I call because I like his services.

Just went there to make a delivery this morning was able to get in and right out very fast service.

I was referred to them by my handyman, I will be using them again for sure.

Horrible experience. Due to their lack of professionalism my mother had to boil water in order to shower. Their technician installed a new boiler but forgot to change an old plastic seals, which resulted in leaving the pipe lose. The plastic was damaged and water ended up going inside the boiler. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions they had the audacity to blame my family or perhaps a burglar for altering their work.

Too high price and poor service technology. I wont look for this company again
