He has come to the rescue at my residence multiple times when my plumbing failed (septic tank fail, toilet seal failure, sink fixture malfunction, water heater failure with major leak, tankless water heater maintenance), and always educates me on the problem and how to avoid it in the future. In fact, he bailed my office out of a plumbing issue one day to my surprise. We had a plumbing crisis at work and my staff called around urgently for a plumber to mitigate the problem. To my surprise it was Elser Plumbing that showed up and saved the day, just like they did at my residence. After my first encounter with Elser Plumbing, I have never gone anywhere else.
