This morning my husband called me at work and told me there was a major problem with our plumbing (I wont say what exactly but it was not pretty). A coworker who lives in Glendora gave me GP&Hs number. She told me her family had used their plumbing service for years and always had a positive experience. I called at 9:15 am, spoke to Mike, explained the emergency and he said a plumber would be at my house at 10am. That sounded too good to be true but I waited. At 9:50 I got a call from Bryan and he was at my house by 10am! What??!Yes!By 10:15, the job was done! Bryan was knowledgeable, pleasant and enthusiastic.My coworker was so surprised when I told her everything had been fixed right away, it felt ss if she had just given me the number. What a great referral.Mike had quoted a price over the phone and thats exactly what was invoiced, no extra fees, nothing! Best service around.Great service and honesty!! Thank you GP&H!

After several horrific experiences with other plumbers - a family friend shared Glendora Plumbing & Heating contact information with me. If any of you are in a situation like me, I hope you see this review. This is one of those companies that you will share with everyone you know, and wish the best for. These folks are technically proficient - but more than that, they are straightforward and honest. Trust me, if you have anything plumbing related you need to give them a call. These kinds of businesses are a rare gem that you can feel confident in using.

I’ve used Glendora Plumbing and Heating a couple times now since moving to Glendora and I have nothing but good things to say. Had a minor emergency today and they made it out same-day and fixed the problem. Thank you guys, will use you again when the inevitable happens, haha!

This is going to be a long winded review - but I assure you its worth your time to read it through.A few days ago after a workout - I went and hopped in the shower as I usually do, and was greeted with an ice cold welcome. Several hours of googling, attempting to get the pilot back on were fruitless. I knew I had to call someone. A family friend suggested a different company, they were prompt and set up someone to come out the next day. The technician called me (different company) when on the way, asked how old the water heater was - I told them eight years, and they proceeded to say I probably need a new one. (Without ever seeing it)They came out, bungled around with it for 20 minutes and left. I was charged $125 and told that I need to spend $2,000 for a new one. Or try to replace the gas valve assembly ($600 and a week and a half to get the parts, not including labor). Something seemed off, so I called the manufacturer and they were actually helpful and walked me through some things. The same time, I started calling other plumbers and it was almost the same as the other company - their responses were Yeah its old, probably junk - you need a new system ours is $1900 - $2600. I was devastated, I had one last number to call - Glendora Plumbing and Heating - who a different family friend had given me.Within the first two minutes of talking to Mike at Glendora Plumbing and Heating I knew I found someone who ACTUALLY knew my system. They were the first company that didnt immediately tell me I need a whole new water heater, they brought up the various things that it could be (same things the manufacturer brought up). They made room to squeeze me in right away.An hour later my water heater was fixed - it was a thermocouple gone bad.I write this long review because its become apparent that many reviews are seemingly bought, or dont have enough information about the actual company so Im going to put it succinctly:In a world where contractors are becoming increasingly profit oriented, and turn and burn towards customers, Glendora Plumbing and Heating is the rare find that still works in the way of being honest, technically-proficient and responsive. I will ALWAYS call Glendora Plumbing and Heating for all my plumbing and water heater issues, I will share their information with anyone who has a problem.We need to lift companies like this up, they are a dying breed and deserve all the work in the world. Thanks again to Mike - you saved me $1875 by being straight up and forthright. Wish your company all the best.

I moved into a mobile home that had very low style toilets. I called Glendora plumbing on Tuesday Mike told me a plumber would be outon Thursday between 10:00 am and noon. Terri arrived at 11:00 am with two new complete toilets including seats. She then proceeded to install them. Hauled away the old ones and left every thing clean. I only had to put down the rugs and waste baskets. This is the second time Terri has plumbed for me. Once at my old residence and now at the new one. I will continue to use Glendora Plumbing for all my needs and hope to see Terri again.Cecelia Workman

Our water heater decided to take the day off today. No hot water!! Not a fan of the cold showers! Mike came out today and had the water heater up and running in no time. He did an awesome job and is very personable to work with. Hes our go-to Plummer!!

They did an outstanding and very competent job at fixing our dishwasher water valve. We had a lot of confusion over the need for a water hammer which they addressed. Very pleased customer!

On time for appts and easy to understand explanations of reason for repair.

I called Mike yesterday after noticing water was seeping out of my flooring. He was on time, kind and cared enough to detect the issue!He was honest about the work including having to break flooring to get to the pipe but also provided some options of clearing the run off for now until the bigger issue can be addressed.He even took the time to fix the water heater issue I was having which caused only cold water to come out of one of my showers.It’s just heart warming to meet good people who don’t try and scam you out of money and actually take pride in their work. I don’t often put reviews unless I get exceptional service and this was definitely one of them.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and polite. She has 20 years experience and she knows her stuff. She answered all my questions and was very clean. My bathroom and toilet looked clean. I would call them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Joe knew exactly what he was doing. He was professional and thorough. He arrived early to drain water heater. Returned on time and single handedly removed and installed a top of the line 50 gal Bradford White heater. Up and running in no time. Great service.

I called Glendora Plumbing late on a Friday afternoon because my water heater was not working. Mike told me he didnt have time to complete the repair but he did tell me me about how much it should cost for the repair and I appreciated that. I called around to other companies and since it was late on a Friday not many were answering the phone. One place that answered told me my water heater was not repairable and that I needed a whole new unit! I remembered how sincere and friendly Mike sounded so I called him back and explained what this other company told me. Mike actually changed his plans and said hed stop by to take a look at my water heater. And he fixed it in about 20 minutes!!! Thank you so very much Mike. If you need honest and dependable service call Glendora Plumbing!!!
