Drain great plumbing service have done a wonderful job. I called them in the morning and they were able to service the property in the afternoon. They come on a timely manner. With good customer service. I would highly recommend them.

I called Juan at drain great because my water main broke , the city came and turned off my water time was of the essence, from the time he came out to the time that he was able to replace the Watermain. It was only a day very quick, fast service. I would definitely call drain great again.

I used Drain Great Plumbing over the weekend and they sent out tech John. From the beginning he was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my problem with my water heater and provided me with options ranging from repairing to replacements. With the great information he provided it was easy to make the decision that it was time for an upgrade. He was even able to get it done that same day, i was extremely surprised considering the last minute timing. My wife and I had some hot water issues in our shower even though our hot water heater was fairly new. We contacted Drain Great to come out and give us a free quote. Our technician Blas thoroughly explained the issues and what needed to be done and we felt comfortable hiring them for the job. The work was well done and I would highly recommend them.

Drain Great came out and they said it was still under warranty through the manufacturer!!! Gave them a call and sure enough it was they sent out a new gas control kit for the water heater Drain Great swapped it out in no time saved my parents a few thousand dollars!!! My parents were very happy considering they are both retired

A follow up was required and he came back on a Sunday to complete the small issue. Through out the process Blas kept me informed of the cost of the various incremental changes that were required.
