Fernando was responsive, professional and prompt. I was given a 2-hour time window and he arrived on time and finished the job within the time allotted. Definitely would recommend.

Water backed up into the first floors shower drains. Fernando was able to address the issues the same day we called. He was on time, responsive, and professional. He was able to snake the main line via the cleanout port and get a camera in there to identify the cause of the clog. The camera showed that there were roots in the main line (spots marked by red X in the photos). The roots probably caught enough waste to cause a clog and backed up the water into our shower drains. Everything was taken cared of within 1.5 hours. Overall, it was a good experience. Fernando also provided some tips for prevention as well as other options to address the roots (for additional costs, that we did not pursue at this time).

They went above and beyond to repair and reline my broken sewer line. The job was scheduled for 2 days but due to unforeseen difficulties and the pipe actually breaking, they worked until after dark to get it done in one day, at no additional expense to me. Fernando made sure to show me the line repair with the camera when it was completed. Very professional! I will not hesitate to call them again should the need arise.

Jerez plumbing helped me repair a major leak. Woke up one day with a swamp outside my house near my planter bed. I called Jerez. A few hours later they showed up, diagnosed and fixed the problem. The whole crew was professional. Added bonus that the crew spoke Spanish because I had to leave to work but they were able to talk to my nanny. I will definitely use them again!

We had a major root infestation in our main line. Jerez plumbing came the same day and took care of it quickly and at a bargain price. Both technicians were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the SGV for your plumbing and sewer replacement needs.

Overall great experience and will use them for any plumbing work. They arrived within 30 minutes of the call, started working immediately and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. They are awesome! I had a big problem with my toilet and pipe leaking. I called them and they showed up first thing the next day. They came over and explained the issue in details. They answered all of my questions and fixed everything, super helpful. They showed up clean, wore masks, and even had boot covers to make sure my house didnt get dirty. Great experience. Great experience! I had trouble finding a plumber that would do residential work, but Fernando was happy to do the job. We are fixing up an old house and there was a major clog as well as a leaky hose. He got both of them fixed and had the pipe hydro-jetted in under an hour. Showed up on time and explained exactly what was going on. Highly recommend!
