Great service. From my one and only phone call I received a quick response. I had two technicians at my front door in less than one hour from my call. They offered two possible procedures for my drain issue, and with my choice they were done and cleaned up in less than an hour.It was a fair online price. In the future if a new plumbing problem comes up again, they will be my first call.

We asked him to fix our water heater. He said he would charge $100 to see if he would get it working. Applied some tape then said we would need to replace everything for $4800! I told him to leave our house immediately. We called another company who fixed it in an hour for $295.Beware!

I had an unfortunate plumbing issue in my bathroom. I made a call and in less than an hour I had Nathaniel C at my house. It took him 10 minutes to completely clear my plumbing and get things back to normal! He was professional and clean. I really appreciate the service and speed. Our washing machine has been giving us so many problems for awhile now. The water was leaking and flooding our garage floor every time we did a load of laundry. I had enough and called Mr. rooter. Shane came the same day and did an inspection told me his team will come the next day to get it fixed. John and Pedro came the next day and unclogged the drain and fixed the problem with in an hour! They even are going to have someone come look at the pipe with the camera just to make sure everything is unclogged. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Mr. Rooter!

My sister recommended Mr. Rooter of West Covina when I had water in my garage. I asked for Darryl (who had worked on my sisters home) and he arrived in about an hour, on a Saturday! Problem was quickly diagnosed, the emergency stopped and schedule was set up to address the issue in stages. Darryl and the crew were very polite, caring and hard working. They came by, young guy to fix the kitchen sink. He takes a look and wants to snake the house. After 1 minute of trying he says the $89 normal drain clear wont work. He needed a hydro snake to clear it. He promised it would work. after working on it, it didnt. He finally took apart THE KITCHEN SINK which is what we called for and said. Oh yeah, you need a new garbage disposal. ???? Why wouldnt you do the job properly before I spend $500, now they wont refund us. Scammers, stay away from here

Our plumbing is about 80 years old, and our shower was running like someone was in it, so the situation was bad. I called and they sent someone out the next day. They sent Anthony Daniels, and he explained our options, and the line of communication was great. He gave us a parts list to get for us to get on our own which was awesome. I was expecting to spend 2k but spent around 1250 and only 90 in parts. They put in a good amount of work and now the shower runs perfectly with a new valve and some new piping. I really appreciated the communication and turn around time, and Id have Anthony work on any plumbing issues in the future.

The good,-- They were responsive.-- Weekend service without additional cost-- $89 drain clean out service if clean out is easily accessibleThe bad,-- Upsell higher cost unnessary services, cleanout via roof, $150-- Hyrdojet via roof, almost $700

Mr. Rooter was very descriptive on our plumbing issues and task involved to repair. Their team worked to the evening on multiple days to complete the work in a timely manner.

Two words- incompetent and outrageous.The plumber put 80 of a snake into pipe but it had no cutter end on it and he put it through the blockage and didnt know it. He charged three times the advertised rate of $77.00. He then tried to get me to have them hydro jet the line for $1500.00. I said no. I googled hydro jetting- $300.00 to $1200.00.We found the plug in the pipe at 10 by going to Home Depot and getting a pressuring plug an that broke up the blockage_ cost $13.00...

I use Mr. Rooter for 2 commercial buildings I manage and they are always prompt and courteous. They have reasonable rates and are true to their word when they quote a price. Our business tenants are extremely happy with their services, friendly workers and their clean up is spotless. I would highly recommend them for business or work in your home.

Took a few days to replace my Nuvo water filter and softener because the people Mr. Rooter was getting the replacement filters from keep sending the wrong filter! Once they got the correct filters, Mr. Rooter did a great job.

I had a small leak going on and I had to figure out where it was the only way I was going to find it was to have a video inspection of my Pipelines Mr Rooter came out did the inspection from four different areas within the hour we pinned it down..... as a high pressure leak on the main water pipe and they found it.....its saved me hours it save me time digging up the cement which I wouldnt have needed to have done, they were on time they gave me their schedule they were polite....Ive had them do service for me a couple times in the past years they always do the job that I need done thank you so much Mr. Rooter for being a great company Jessica and the other ladies are on it.... they make sure that they schedule the time so that you can be there when the plumber shows up....if the plumber is going to be delayed they tell you....I also had a friend that had a collapsed sewer pipe underneath her house and the plumbers that came out left her in a mess and said that everything was fine from a different company... I recommended Mr Rooter.... Who came out found out that the sewer had completely compromised and had to pull a new line and replace the whole sewer line to the street Mr Rooter did a terrific job they did it in a short period Of time and my friend was so grateful because she was at the point that she couldnt use any of the facilities in the house due to the sewage problem...thats what I like and I highly recommend this company thank you John and Amigo, professional plumber for again helping me out... 😎

My poor grandma spent all day cooking dinner for us and after we were all finished eating and preparing to wash dishes, we noticed that the sink was clogged. One thing my grandma cannot do, is go to sleep with a dirty kitchen. We looked for a 24/7 plumber and found Mr Rooter! Nathan showed up within twenty minutes and took such good care of us! These guys were fantastic! Richard came out initially and unfortunately was unable to pass the camera past the clog in my drain (my showers had backed up and flooded the bathrooms.) I had to have the whole crew come out with the water jet blaster thing. They spent hours trying to get this clog problem resolved. They did mention there were a lot of wipes in the pipes so fyi, flushable wipes really shouldn’t be flushed!! Eventually they got it unblocked! Richard was awesome. He was very polite and kept me informed of the problems and progress! His co-workers Gabriel, Noel, and Jose (JR) were also great. Very professional and friendly and they solved my issue on the same day it occurred!! I definitely would recommend their service for your plumbing problems!

They did stop one of my issue but overlooked another.I still had a leak under my house which would have been seen if they were to have crawled underneath to inspect. I feel I was overcharged when other companies charge less for.

My 24 year old water heater broke down with a severe case of natural causes. I called Mr Rooter, and my technician David Robinson came out the next day to deliver the bad news that it needed to be replaced entirely. I agreed. He was able to disconnect the old tank and replace it with a shiny new one in a matter of a few hours, and it works great! Prompt, friendly, quality work. Will call back in another 24 years.

The Free Estimate is only $190.00. I called Mr. Rooter to help me figure out if my water heater thermocouple needed replaced and/or if my burner plate or ignitor was wet. The free estimate came with a $190 inspection fee because they could not tell how old the machine was without $190 although all the information about the device is printed on the manufactures sticker. He also said that I had no pressure release valve which it did, and does. I wouldnt count on getting anyone knowledgeable. Seems like the ol hes here already just pay it scheme. Im sure they would be glad to overcharge and fix things that arent wrong. Find someone else if you want honesty

Called them late morning on Saturday about a recurring sink drain issue we had been having. Their tech came out a few hours later and told me the cleaning options and I ended up choosing their water jet drain clean. I was amazed at the grease and crud that came out. Great company.

The service technician David came out promptly at 8am, was able trouble shoot my problem, and listen to me about what I was experiencing. Once he understood what was going on, he got his supervisor Shane out here with the camera and found out where the problem was. Found a pipe that had deteriorated and cause the failure of the sewer line and the blockage. They were available to do the work right away, as I was not able to use my restroom in my house from the night before. They offered me a discount if I had AAA. I think they did an exceptional job. I loved that from the moment I called I was able to schedule a plumber to come out the same day without trying to over sell me on camera and other bs, to find the source of the leak. Plumber came out, we pointed out the leak, he right away got to work through the attic space without having to break any drywall. Other plumbers right away said we have to run cameras and we will have to break drywall and go on to say we will fix the plumbing but not the drywall because we arent drywallers. Anyway, this plumber was knowledgeable fixed the problem, cleaned up after himself and gave suggestions. Took payment and went on his way. no fuzz. No, I have to call my office and then come up with an excuse as to why they have to do other work and how it will cost more and how they wont be able to finish today. Definitely recommend Mr. Rooter.

DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER! Ishmael did a great job. My only complaint is that Ishmael told me that with the coupon I had from Mr. Rooter, I’d get a free camera inspection, and a $50 discount if I needed the hydro scrub. (He took a picture of the coupon.) That was what motivated us to do the job. We were quoted the going rate of the hydro scrub, $595, we paid it, but NEVER GOT THE DISCOUNT of $50. That’s a rip off! Otherwise I’d given them 5 stars!! I spoke to Shane, mgr, he said I’ll see what I can do, but in the end, nothing could be done, he did offer discount on future needs. And by the way, if I had shopped a bit, WESTERN ROOTER would have done the same job for less! I’ll also post this on YELP!

On November 14, 2017 a technician was called to our home to camera inspect for a leak or broken pipe in our main drain in the kitchen and further down the pipeline of our residence. Once, the technician was here we were told in order to have a FREE camera inspection of the kitchen main drain pipe we would have to Hydro-scrub the pipe in the amount of $495.00, four-hundred ninety-five dollars/zero cents. Yellow Pages ad very misleading. We proceeded with their service. We informed the technician that we have had a leak for many years but could not pin point the location, but we often had water coming from under our kitchen sink. After hydro-scrubbing the pipes, (only 30 feet of the 47 foot pipe), the technician, camera inspected for a leak or broken pipe, finding no leaks, no broken pipes. He assured us that he had not seen anything to alarm us of broken pipes or leaks. Therefore, we were ok to move forward on a kitchen remodel. After removing the cabinets and tile flooring, we noticed water coming up from around the kitchen main drain when we did a load of laundry. We called in another plumber to put a camera down the line (at a cost of $350) and they immediately found a leak where we had a repair done 18 years earlier. They have the worst customer service. We have called multiple times to discuss our concerns, with the staff arguing with my husband. We will NEVER use their company again and plan on reporting them to the BBB with plans of Small Claims Court actions.

Absolutely best service from Andrew P and his supervisor Byron F. I had called outDan Cor Plumbing and Roto-R. Both extremely expensive. DC wanted $150.00 for snake and RR wanted $197. Mr. Rooter had a coupon online and I should RR since I had found coupon right before they got here. Once they gave me a price. I showed them the coupon and they couldnt change the price. I said ok and they went on there way.When DC showed up it was the actual owner and just didnt get a good vibe and was already talking about tearing up my floors before even checking.I understand companies need to make money to stay open but trying to up sell or charge double. Not going to happen here.Back to Andres extremely friendly and helpful. Byron was the same way. Will recommend them any day of the week.
