The tub and toilet in one of the bathrooms in my house was completely back up. My husband and I just recently bought our home so we had no idea what the issue could’ve been and unfortunately it wasn’t caught during the inspection process while we were in escrow. I gave A-Quick Rooter a call and they were at my house within 20 minutes. After completing the job and making sure everything was perfect, Richard explained what was causing our problems and also informed us that our other bathroom would’ve started to back up as well had we not taken care of this as soon as we did. The owner of the company did reach out to me after this review and refunded my money. Due to this effort, giving 3 star review.----------------This is an unethical business. AVOID at all costs. I called them out to unclog a backed up riser/mainline at my home. They came out and informed me the service would cost $250. For some reason they did not attempt to rooter the clog from inside the house but instead decided the only option was the toilet vent on the roof of the house. The plumber tried that for a bit and then gave up (his mistake for making it way harder on himself by not starting inside the house). He then proceeded to attempt to upsell me on what he deemed to be the next necessary step, $700 for hydro jetting the main line. This was the point at which I told him I wanted to seek a 2nd opinion. He proceeded to collect his tools and then told me he needs to collect a $170 fee for the unclogging attempt (which was not disclosed at the onset of service). So, I was left with a clog and a $170 bill!I then called Ready Fast Rooter, who arrived in a timely manner, explained all my options and what the fees are (doesnt charge if he cannot unclog the drain). He decided to start by rootering the shower drain and had the clog removed within 15 minutes. He felt there still might be some obstruction, so he rammed whatever remained with 5 gallon buckets of water directly down the drain. You could tell he approaches each job as if its his own home. For all that I only paid $75 and he warrantied the work for 30 days.In summary, AVOID A-QUICK ROOTER & PLUMBING OC.

Richard came out right away, even though he was busy on that day. It was an emergency and he recognized our dilemma as such. Great attitude and service. Will be calling on him for any future needs.

Ray was very helpful. He went over and beyond the call to unclog my drain and to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

Thanks to a worker named rigo came through last min and unclogged my drain and left the work area very nice and very clean

Needed emergency help one evening to unclog our main house drain line. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job pulling 2 large bundles of roots out of the line, and didnt charge and arm and a leg. Seems like a family business since it was the son of the owner on call. Would definitively call them again if we need preventive or (hopefully now) emergency service again.
