We had a great experience with Dial One Schilling Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning.I had a Air conditioning unit that became clogged and started leaking water due to the shut off valve on the A/C UNIT was not working therefore the overflow water came right through the ceiling of my business. I called the owner and their air guy could not make it out until the next day. I did not want to cause major damage to the people below me since we are on the third floor. they came out in 2 hours, Great service, prompt attention to detail showed up in two hours, and reasonable cost for repair on the spot! I highly recommend this company for all HVAC repair & and any plumbing needs. Great customer service. I will call them from now on for all airconditioning plumbing and also ask if they will superivise my remodel coming shortly. Very happy with their service.

Had a major leak issue and Dial ONE responded quick and had someone out the same day. Mike gave us a proper rundown of the repairs we needed, was upfront with the cost and then repaired the issue in exact time quoted. Ours was a difficult job and they came thru for us. Scott and Mike are the absolute best! They are a local experienced business that have serviced our central AC/heater for many years. It is now the time that we have to get a whole new unit because our very old one finally went out (they have kept it running WAY past it’s time) we got a quote from another company as well and there is no question that we will still be loyal to Scott! Scott even came out no charge to review the other companies quote with me! Who even does that anymore?! They care and even said if we go with the other company they will help with communication to make sure we get what we pay for! I mean, you can’t ask for a better company with the that level of care and customer service and loyalty to their customers! They know my Grandpa by name and always say hi to him and ask how he is doing. I will never ever go with another company and will stay with them for life!! I wonder how they have such a high rating . Possibly they manipulated that too . Very poor service . They changed my Kithcen faucet for 1200 dollars because they said they need to change the rotten cabinet wood too . They never replaced that at the end but still charged me 1200 dollars . Did not have time and energy at the time to fight it . Had to redo the caulking around the Faucet myself because it was leaking .after they left . Do little more research before hiring these guys.

Dial One did an excellent job. First impression was when they answered the phone, very courteous, pleasant and listened to the problem we had with our heater. Was out that afternoon, to service heater, service tech needed a part, and returned the next day, as promised with part and fixed the heater. This was the first time we used Dial One and we will definitely use them again with with any plumbing, heating or air conditioner problems. I recently bought a historic home with a 40+ year old gravity floor furnace. I wasnt able to light the pilot this winter (its difficult to see and reach) and called the insurance company. Two contractors they sent told me the furnace was not repairable and had to be replaced with new heating systems. I wasnt satisfied with their answers to my questions, so I found Schilling online and called them. Scott came out and lit my pilot, crawled under the house to examine the entire system, and gave me an estimate to clean and refurbish the furnace-which is all it needs, to last another 40 to 50 years. He took his time to explain everything to me so I understood his recommendations. Great experience and service!

Scott and his helper came out, checked out our A/C which wasnt working - fixed something very quickly, checked everything else very efficiently and charged us just the service fee together with our senior discount and left. Very happy with both the result and their approach, thank you.

The Dial One technician stated my system has threedeficiencies and I should consider a split level heat pump costing at least $7500.00. Long story short I called another heating company and they cleaned my Williams wall furnace for $79.00. The new technician did recommend I get a full tune up next year estimate $250.00It appears Dial One tech attemped to usethe scare technique and alarm me into a veryexspensive contract. Further, Dial One charged me $175 and he didnt clean the pipes. What a waste. It pays to be honest Dial One

Scott spotted an issue with how my A/C system was originally set up that no other technician from other companies has noticed over the ten years of routine servicing. As a result, I was able to fix the issue myself, which boosted the cooling and heating power of the unit and dramatically cut down the time it takes to cool or heat my condo. Initially contacted to replace an old toilet, which theyre still helping me shop for...but in the meantime, did a fab job of flushing my tankless water heater, rebuilding my leaky kitchen faucet, among a fe other jobs around the house. Mike from Dial ONE is the best plumber I’ve ever known, I will never use any other plumbing company from now on. Mike is SO nice, which is much appreciated. He gathered all the parts and called to see if they could come 3 days early (yes!), they installed the water heater, put in a new drain pan, updated the drain pipe to code and installed a hot water recirculating pump. I now have hot water to all the faucets and showers in less than 10 seconds—trust me, I counted. Used to take almost 2 minutes for my shower to heat up. I could not be happier. THEN they sang happy birthday to me.

We have been customers for decades. The guys are great to work with, they are honest, reliable, and professional, and will help you with jobs large and small. This time our dishwasher needed to be remounted in its cabinet and the wood fascia piece reinstalled. The dishwasher door seal also needed to be replaced. Scott was able to finally track down the correct seal for our 19-year-old KitchenAid (not as easy as youd think!) and came by on a Saturday morning to install it. Its always a relief to know that Dial One Schilling is just a phone call away when help is needed!

He answered my frw questions with a dignified and technical answer which is exactly what id hoped for. THAT seeled the deal for me. He worked like a pro and carried out the repair like a pro. How was awesome too. They worked well together. Im calling today to set up another appointment. I found then by going on Facebook and putting the word plumber in the friend search bar and this was the first one that came up with 15 of my friends giving them a great review or a like. That was goid good enough for me. Took less than two min to find a plumber ill be calling from here on out. Thanks guys.

Heating- Really liked the options he proposed... went all the way from minimal $175- $8,000.
