My best experience with a plumbing service! After searching for a licensed, dependable professional service to replace my 20-year old leaky water heater, I finally came across Clear All. Jose, co-owner showed up on time for the estimate. He reviewed with me in detail what was necessary to replace the heater, bring it up to code to install new one, and to take away the existing one. He worked with me on the dollar estimate we could agree upon. Day of service Jose arrived promptly with a smile, and ready to drain the water heater. His two technicians arrived shortly after with my new Bradford White water heater, ready to install. Jose explained everything he was doing, snapped photos of the process. The two technicians were very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. They worked steady, cleaned up the area after installation and thanked me for allowing them to be of service. I could not have been more pleased from start to finish. 5 Stars to Jose and his team. Clear All is a very professional company and my new go to for plumbing services. My daughter has used this company before so I knew they were knowledgeable and professional. Jose Sandoval came to my home to address a plumbing issue and found several other problems. The home was built in 1953 and prior repairs were handled by piecing things together - not good. Jose showed me pictures of several problems which were a concern. After thoroughly discussing things with him, the gas lines, plumbing lines and water heater were replaced and the sewer line was relined due to a broken clay pipe. It was worth the investment and now everything is up to code and I will have peace of mind. Thank you Angel and Jaime for all your hard work, professionalism and kind respect you showed to me. Jose and everyone that came out to our place did a fantastic job! Easy communication, every person who before they came out sent texts with photos, on time, very clean crew. They had to dig up a portion of our front yard and you couldnt even see where they had to dig once finished. I have been using Clear All Rooter for the past four years, when they completed a complete repipe of our house. Christian was sent to our home to add a faucet, sink and garbage disposal. We recently had a significant amount of work done by Clear All Rooter Plumbing, and we couldn’t be more impressed! The scope of work included:New Drains Under the Home: They hand-dug to remove the old cast iron main sewer pipe and drains for two bathrooms, the kitchen, and laundry. They replaced everything with new ABS piping, ensuring proper slope and sizing, and pressure-tested the entire system.New Angle Stop and Supply Line: They installed a new quarter-turn angle stop and 20” supply line for the toilet, replacing the old system.New Water Lines and Pressure Regulator: They removed the existing horizontal water lines and installed new PEX water lines under the house, along with a shut-off ball valve, pressure regulator, pressure relief valve, and hose bib. They even opened drywall to inspect a leak and added an access panel, securing everything with pipe clamps and offering a 30-year warranty.Install ABS Clean-Out: They hand-dug and removed the old cast iron pipe, replacing it with a new 3” ABS pipe and a two-way ground-level clean-out, ensuring everything was pressure-tested and the hole was neatly backfilled with native soil.Throughout the entire process, their professionalism was outstanding. We loved that they kept us in the loop at all times, letting us know when the technician was en route and sending us texts with photos of who would be arriving. They even took photos and videos of the work to explain everything in detail, helping us understand what was being done and why.The quality of their work was impeccable. As you can see in the attached photo, you cant even tell they dug into our front yard! We had a gas leak in the house and we were not sure what was causing the leak. The service that was provided by crew was amazing. Not only were they professional and completed the work in a timely manner, they also kept me updated the leaks that were found and the work they did to fix them. Jose, Jamie and Ramon were a pleasure to work with. Jose provided me a fair estimate, was able to answer all of my concerns and schedule the job in less than a week. On the day of the job, Jaime and Ramon arrived promptly and clearly communicated what the job would entail, when they would be breaking for lunch, and when they would be finished. After a lot of searching we selected Clear All Rooter and they did not disappoint. Christopher was very professional, informative and thorough. The installation was a little tricky due to a built in space that needed to be fitted properly and Chris took his time to do the job right. We had major sewer problem and hired another large well known company at first. The large company was not able to solve the problem for several days and kept asking for more money. I found Clear All rooter company in Google as second opinion. Jose, the owner of the company was able to solved the issue in an hour. They fixed the problem and replaced whole sewer pipe next day. Clear All Rooter has continued to be my go-to for the best local plumbers. They have always been available, on time, professional and do excellent work. Christian and Jose and crew are the best. We have used them for Sewer Main and Water Main replacements, toilet replacements, kitchen and vanity facets, garbage disposals and water heater conversion to a tankless system.

We had a kitchen sink clog that I couldn’t snake out myself. They sent out one of their three technicians, Christian, who was very thorough, friendly, and professional. When the trap was put back in, it had a slow leak that would not stop. Christian ended up replacing the whole trap under sink and made it even better. Just talking to him, I learned a lot about plumbing, too. Great experience all around. Highly recommend Christian and Clear All Rooter.

Can’t say enough great things about these guys. Water heater went out and wanted to convert to tankless. They got me hot water in one day and finished the job in three, including a whole house drain replacement which they found (and other contractors didn’t). They weren’t the cheapest estimate but they use better quality products and the estimates include everything. I’ll be calling them back for a main line replacement.Update 6’2023I am pretty sure I can say that I have a “House by Clear All” at this point! I started with a water heater, did all new pipes, all new gas lines, two toilet replacements, garbage disposal replacement, water purification system, main line clean out, repair and replacement, dishwasher installation, drain snaking, and probably some more I’m not thinking of. Gaddiel and team are fantastic. (Shout out to Jose and Christian!) They are always on time, they give you great advice without being pushy or upselling, they give reasonable estimates, and let you know when something can wait and for how long. They are my go-to for anything plumbing related. In addition, they have also provided services and/or referrals for electrical work and HVAC that have also been great experiences. As a woman who owns her house, it’s rare to find fair, experienced, quality contractors who treat you with respect and don’t talk down to you. Clear All gets ten thumbs up, 5 stars, and my unqualified recommendation and support.

Great work and great experience. Hot water heater died shortly before my wife finished a half marathon and just wanted a hot bath after. As a super-husband, I took matters into my own hands and called Clear All to fix it. Christian was on time to assess the situation. They installed the next day and they showed up early (only after calling to ask if it was ok to be early). Thumbs up on customer service. The new water heater is high quality and the installers even cleaned up some plumbing that was done poorly when the old unit was put in. I appreciate them doing quality work instead of the least amount of work possible, even though it was a flat-rate service. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. Weve found our go-to for any future issues.

Clear All Rooter was completely professional from their initial consultation through completion of the job. We had decided, due to frequent back up issues and the results of a cctv inspection of the insides of our nearly sixty year old lines to replace the sewer lines both under the house and to the street.After inspection of our system Clear All Rooter provided us a quote with a very detailed work description and helped us make a decision on a course of action. We knew this was going to be a big job so we got a multiple bids along with job descriptions. Clear All Rooter was right on target with both their bid and work schedule.The job involved working under the house for two days and then replacing the line from our house to the property line, under the our bricked porch and concrete and brick driveway.In summary, they were clean, professional, courteous, friendly and patiently answered all our questions. Our house presents another level of difficulty in that access to the subfloor spce is through an opening through an opening in the floor in one of our closets. This provdes a great opportunity to track large quantities of dirt into our living space. Clear All folks had the solution well in hand. With tape plastic sheeting and paper the floor was thoroughly covered in all areas where foot traffic was anticipated. Considering this was a job where they were in and out of the house to access our crawl space, we were amazed at how clean our house stayed. The only disruption was digging in our flower bed to access the main line and everything was put back in place when done. We were pleasantly surprised that this job was done on schedule and without any disruption to our existing porch or driveway!During this process, the Clear All personnel shared with us their progress each step of the way and we were able to see the progress as they did checks with their cctv system.This is a family owned business and we chose them because they were highly recommended on both Home Advisor and Angi (Angie’s List). We feel their price was fair for the job they did and work and equipment guarantee is 25-50 years. Very impressive!. So impressive that we hired them back to upgrade some of our copper water supply lines that supply water to the kitchen sink, dishwasher and refrigerator ice maker. Jose and his team came out on a Friday to diagnose my main drain line blocked by roots and identified other issues. We elected to resolve the initial issue and replace the bad pipe under concrete within a couple of days. Professional and communicative.Would recommend again

Love this company. I originally called Clear All Rooter to get an estimate for a main sewer pipe liner, which 3 other plumbers told me I needed. Jose, came out assessed my situation and told me, not only did I not need a liner, but he could replace the main sewer line completely by bursting a new pipe, and give me the same 25 year warranty I would have gotten for a liner. He literally saved me over $5k AND the price included replacing the bricks that had to be cut into on the porch and the concrete that needed to be replaced in the driveway. Call these guys FIRST!

Great with communication, was able to get an appointment quickly, and our issues (water leaks) were resolved professionally and efficiently. We got our quote and work completed same-day, plus additional service on our water heater.

Be careful with this company. While they were working under my house, the AC stopped working and then smell of natural gas started to fill the house. It turns out my wires to my AC were pulled out of the box and seperated (see picture) and the gas valve under the house that was supposed to be off was turned on. This couldve created a very dangerous condition, potentially could burn my house down. I brought this up with the owner and he just denys any responsibility at all, not even an acknowledgement of the problem. Ill leave this review here just as a warning for future customers.

I would highly recommend this company. There are very professionally and friendly. Their equipment is very modern and their knowledge is good. They worked very hard and diligently to correct my problem. When it came to paying the bills they were very honest and upfront. The technician worked with me to resolve payment. This family owned business works well together and I will definitely use them in the future.

They are top quality plumbers who did the job fast using best equipment. They were pricy however. I had emergency and had to get job done quickly . Did not have time to get bids on this. I had to finance the job thru a bank and likely clearall charged the max price . They tried to get me to put in all new pipes and that would have broke me financially. As it was the job was done at great cost to me. The AMT of time they spent doing the job was about 7-8 hrs over two days. It was a major drain cleanout and some major pipe acess intakes were added but overall in think the cost was overrun.

The representative for the company showed up on time and was very friendly. He offered a couple different options for how we could accomplish what we needed. He told me he would send an estimate later and he did. Great experience so far.

My tankless water heater died and Christian came over Monday to give and estimate and I had a new one put in on Tuesday - took 3 calls to various companies until I found one that could do it - so thankful for the quick response and work the next day.

Came out for a free estimate on our water heater. He Did not ask me before turning gas line on that I would be charged since he turned it on and the water heater started on its own. Then I was told it would be 125.00 because he did work. The water heater went out again within 2 hours. I called and the owner was rude and could care less. Smacking his lips and breathing hard responding rudely. I guess because I am a woman since once my brother got on the phone his attitude changed and he said he would send a refund ( they had already cashed my check) . It has been 13 days and i still have not recurves a refund. How does a business charge someone on a free estimate without first making the customer aware they are about to be charged.

Clear all Rooter exceeded our expectations. We had a leaky pipe that ate away at our dry wall, Clear All Rooter did a thorough pipe check with cameras and gave us several options to solve the problem. With an old home like ours we decided to have some of the pipes replaced, a cleaning of our pipes and to save some money on replacing more pipes we coated the rest. Beyond the labor, the customer service was EXCELLENT, any changes or support we needed were readily available. I highly recommend this company.

One of our pipes was leaking and water was spilling into the garage. We had no idea where the leak originated, so we called Clear All Rooter. Rather than tearing into the walls without really knowing where the leak was, Christian and his team found the least-invasive and least expensive way to find the leak. They quickly located it, installed a new pipe, patched all the holes and meticulously cleaned up. They are very knowledgeable, professional and will restore your worksite without leaving a speck of dust. All we have to do is paint over where the work was done. I highly recommend Clear All!

Clear All Rooter Plumbing and Heating are an excellent and very trustworthy company to work with. This is a family owned business and each person from the owners, home office personnel and techs are very easy to talk to, very respectful, very helpful in answering questions and explaining thoroughly details of the work to be done and they do acknowledge Seniors and Veterans. An estimate was written, sent to me, reviewed and approved by me. The company advised by text message who was arriving to do the work (names and photos) and when they would arrive. The Techs were on time each day (2), explained exactly what they were going to do (I am a Senior & needed that) and went straight into accomplishing their replacement of my front leaking water system. After completion of the job, the Techs cleanup was extraordinary (removed all damaged piping, power washed cement driveway, etc.). This entire company are very professional, are very responsive, do excellent quality and excellent value work. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends, relatives and neighbors. Addition: I have hired this company for two more jobs, one to replace all water piping under the house and the second to replace my water heater and replace the complete sewar system piping under the house. The Techs (Jaime and Angel) took four days to complete these two jobs and again they did excellent, timely and very professional work on both jobs. This is an excellent, family owned company and I would recommend them to anyone, anytime.

Unprofessional company!The technician Jose came to our house more than 2 weeks ago, told us about how great, reliable and fast they are.In the reality, they didn’t provide an estimate. The office girl kept promising us that the estimate is almost ready, just needs some adjustments.After 2.5 weeks of calling, they decide to quit and reply by text that they can’t handle our price.This company takes advantage and spent customers time!

Christian is always amenable, uses booties to cover shoes, and knows his stuff. Clear All exchanged my faulty water heater for a new one which was still under warranty. Christian took care of everything the next day, after my efforts , which were not working, the day before.. My tenant and I were very grateful for all their help.

Details were explained before they prepared for the job, to let me know what my options were. During preparations plastic coverings were supplied to protect floors, furniture, etc. I was introduced & texted to the name of the person/ persons who would be servicing the job. They were punctual. Wore masks, booties and put down tarps to protect my carpet and entry way. Replaced all water lines with PEX, removed old leaking pipes. Added a hose bib in the back yard. Installed new water heater after replacing the wood floor of the water heater shed. Expertly restuccod outside wall that had to be opened to access pipes. They quickly got to work and completed job within an hour. Chris came to the door asked for me to verify job. I found this company on Angies List, had never used them before. They came out on a Sunday, within the time frame they specified, and 2 1/2 hours after I called. My kitchen sink drain was blocked. Within an hour it was clear, the whole thing cost $150. They were very nice, efficient, and thorough. I already asked them to quote another job for me, and will use them again.

I have been struggling to find good plumber who could fix my old water heater but no luck since it was too old, and decide its time to replace to new one. However another hassles started to find good installer but Jose was most helpful for any questions, worries amd concerns that i had.He came in the right time (even earlier) and did diagnose well, find hidden issues that probably will happen if he didnt find out before installation.Price was nice, he didnt even charge for additional labor works for fixing those hidden issues due to the messed up and poor installation with old model that i have no idea who did before i moved in.Many thanks to Jose and his farther for their hard working and having new model installation done perfectly.Id strongly recommend this company for any issues with your water heaters!

These gentlemen arrived promptly, and quickly assessed the situation in my bathroom. They did NOT just tell me what I wanted to hear, but instead informed me of the potential for serious issues in a house that was built in 1959. They proceeded with the first low-impact treatment, with options for more serious work if needed. The localized treatment (smallest, least invasive snake) cleared my drain and toilet after about 3 minutes. Christian then explained what they did, showed me a camera view, and offered a plan of attack for potential long-term care. I am very satisfied with the execution of this trouble call.

Courteous company. They gave me a window of 10 to 12 saying closer to 10 . Kris called me at 10:15 saying it would be closer to 11. We walked the job for a pipe if my house. He gave me a fair quote on the job I needed done. I get one more quote from another company tomorrow. Find that it will hard to beat Chris. All in all a good experience so far.

We woke up to limited hot water and once it ran out, there was no more. I found All Clear Rooter on Home Adviser for a same day appointment. Jose called me to confirm the appointment and who would be coming out. Joseph arrived between the scheduled time and did what he could to examine the problem. Once he determined we needed a new water heater he confirmed that they needed to find it before the suppliers closed. He was able to locate one and confirmed he would be back to install it later that evening if it was ok. As promised he came back that evening and worked very hard to make sure I had hot water before I left. Jose also kept me informed while Joseph was out obtaining the water heater. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and pleasantry of the guys and company.

The owner yelled at me and demanded I pay immediately via credit card plus a 3% processing fee after I discovered I accidentally left my checkbook at my apartment. I told him I would mail him a check the same day, but he said he wouldnt accept payment through the mail even though his invoice clearly states, when mailing a check, please include invoice number on your check. I sent payment via Zelle as soon as I got home so he got paid in full the same day. I would never hire this company again b/c I dont appreciate being yelled at.
