Company took $7500 for a project I signed a contract on, then never did the work in the contractual timeline, nor did they do anything but an unfinished terrible paint job. Worst yet, they promised to return funds but have not yet done so, more than 90 days later. I have filed a complaint with the CA contractors board and am still in hope they refund 100% of what I paid them.
