Positives, courteous office staff and were willing to get someone out to give me an estimate within in a day.Cons, gave me a two hour window and never showed up. I call to find out what the problem is, the rep coming to do the estimate tells me he called an hour and half ago. I let him know it was not me and he tells me to check my voicemail. I am on the cell I gave them and there are no phone calls. The guy tells me he can no longer make it to my place on the scheduled day. I call the office to ask what number they called. The office no longer has the paperwork, they gave everything to the rep. Why would you not keep a copy in the office just in case there are problems, like this. Oh yeah, the rep coming to do the estimate gave me attitude for the companies mistake (either he called the number wrong or the office staff wrote down the wrong number).

I dont recommend working with ADD plumbing. Please check out other reviews as well. They came with an incomplete and incorrect work order. Messed up my bathroom shower then said its not related to their work. Well, no one else did worked there. Now we are taking showers with the thinnest string of water. When we tried contacting them they often didn’t return our calls either.

Ive used ADD plumbers on several occasions and they were prompt, did a first class job, and charged a reasonable amount for work done. I will use them again should the situation arise and highly recommend their services.Prior to this I had used Mike Diamond plumbers... they charged $800 just to put a vent in the sink plumbing.. Never again will I use them.... ADD rules!

Do not recommend, unethical people work here

Look out for// getting your work order time change/:manager not getting back to you. Writing to there email address with no response/ drivers going to the wrong address/ calling there office and getting hung up. Otherwise good luck.

Had them come after hours due to a bad kitchen leak. Due to issues with the building I am in they could not fix it. But they were able to get it from a leak to a slow drip that was more manageable. They said they would come the next morning, true to there word they showed up and were able to fix the problem. The guys that came were professional, clean & kind. I would definitely recommend them!
