Brian Hansen with Mike Diamond is a great man to work with; he provides excellent service, is knowledgeable (30+ yrs) and is honest. He does a good job explaining both the diagnosis, any options, and why he recommends certain things over something else. A pleasure to work with. This is the second time Brian has been out to our home, and while I dont want to need his services again, I wont hesitate to ask for him and Mike Diamond.

Sage arrived within one hour of my request. He was very polite and cleared the clog quickly. He did a great job.

I couldnt have been more pleased with the service. It took 4 hours but my plumbing issues were solved. I was worried that I would not be able to use my bathroom due to the blockage from roots. Erik was professional and friendly. A 2nd person came out to assist as they had to go up on the roof. Thank you Sage for your assistance. This was our first time using Mike Diamond Plumbing for a major issue. Angel Perezs level of customer service was excellent in that he was friendly, smiled, and answered all of our questions - there were many of them! Angel explained what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Field Manager, Nestor further explained the whys of what had to be done answering all of our questions. Together, Angel and Nestor gave us a clear idea of how they would proceed. I cant say enough about Esteban who meticulously cut out the dry wall and then did an excellent job of patching it up. While it was an expensive repair, we have piece of mind about the quality of the work performed, craftmanship and professionalism demonstrated by Angel Perez and his team.

The plumber that serviced my condo was 10/10! Absolutely happy with his professionalism. My problem, however, is with the organization. I was depending on the advertisements noting the $99 drain declogging. Because I live in a condo 2nd floor, it was explained that there wasnt a flush-out valve and so the price rose to an astronomical $300! The work actually took 30-45 min. Im sure it would have not taken much less time had I lived in a location with the flush-out valve. Although I accepted the work order, I felt ripped off in the end.

I often listen to Mike Diamonds commercials about 24/7 and availability within a couple hours. Im only disappointed because they set my expectation and when I called them this weekend on a Sunday before a party for kitchen sink clog I was told we can be there Tuesday, based on availability this response would have been fine, and I would have gone elsewhere had you not level set my expectations. Sad to say I have you a chance cause your commercials work! But unfortunately some other company got the work done for me! I rarely review but thought I had a go tocompany after hearing adds for years... Unfortunately just another words in advertising scheme.

Ive used Mike Diamond on many occasions throughout the years. They stick to their mantra of clearing the blockage or no charge. Oddly enough, Ive had Erik the last two times Ive called and he works at it until hes satisfied that the blockage is cleared. I highly recommend the MD team.I needed to use Mike Diamond again for a blocked sink in my bathroom, I called Erik again and thought it would be the same price. He however quoted me $399 which I thought was excessive. I tried to negotiate but he flatly refused to do the job, saying his supervisor had advised him to just walk away and thats what he did, just walk away leaving me with the problem. Luckily I was able to get someone else that had helped in the past, who did the job for $100. I thought it was awful customer service to just leave me with the problem and refuse to do anything. The guy that I got solved the problem easily and quickly. There obviously wasnt enough money in it for him. I will never use Mike Diamonds services again.

Brian arrived quickly to our place to help us with a leaky kitchen drain pipe. He assessed the problem instantly and thoroughly explained the situation and our options. He patiently and expertly answered all of our questions and not only helped us make the right decision for our immediate need but helped educate us on another future issue with our dishwasher. We greatly appreciate his time and hard work and willingness to talk with us about the dishwasher. Very satisfied customers with Mike Diamond in general and Brian specifically. Will call on them again when the time comes!

Good timely service. Good communication. Be prepared for up sales, up sales and up sales. $99 means get to the home and up sale. I know $99 is cheap for a service call but if you advertise it you should be prepared to settle for it.

The ads say they will come inspect your water heater for free. The guy never came and was trying to negotiate a price to fix it without even looking at the heater.

All the service associates were friendly and helpful and cleaned all their areas.

Claude Briscoe did a great job. Very professional, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. He made sure the area under the sink was cleaned up before he left.

Jose was wonderful. Very professional and he had my heater repaired in no time. Recommend.

Had a Mike Diamond tech out last week. The guy tried one wall clean out, and said it was impossible to get through the blockage from that small pipe. He supposedly tried from the larger front mainline clean out, but I didn’t hear the same commotion at all, so I’m not really sure that was done. He said the clean out pipe didn’t go up under the house (but that’s impossible, as I’ve never had problems before). He didn’t try using the tub or toilet that were the actual problem, nor the exterior wall clean out to that bathroom. He instead said it would be $2,800 to have them install an additional clean out….but also suggested I get other company estimates.Like they advertise, there was no charge for the service call, however…. Two hours later, I had a second plumbing company come out (LA Hydrojet) and the guy explained that he would need to remove the toilet and snake it through there, and put to the main. $415, and it was done in about one hour! Haven’t had any problems since. I know MD’s guy could have done the same, but I hate that he instead tried to upsell me for no reason. I would have been fine with paying more to have it taken care of the first time. Never calling MD again!

Great service and great price

Called to get someone to open a kitchen sink, was told they have a tech within 1 hour. No show.Called the next day, said they dont have any of my previous requires but I said all good lets start over, they said they have someone in 3 hours. After 2 hours they call back saying there is a mistake and they have no one in my area until the next day.I say ok lets do it maybe third time will work. And I added that they do great work in the commercials but in reality they are far from it. So he hung up on me.Anyway, keep doing what you do and it will all work out at the end.

The receptionist that answeres the phone had poor communication skills. I wont call on them again.

The smell good plumber! Heard the ads on the radio and gave them a call. As said main line sewer clean out is $99. And yet they were about to charge me $750 to come the next day or $950 if they did it that moment. Called their bluff. Got another company to come early next morning $300.

Woke up with a clogged sink, called at 8am then Chris from Mike Diamond showed up at 9am, was very friendly and professional. In a matter of 30 minutes my kitchen sink was clear off all gunk and clogging. Chris really took his time and made sure it was working and clear. Our house is back and running.Truly,BD
