I cant say enough about these guys. Prompt, Courteous and the fairest price....I got 5 estimates and they were the most competitive for a 50 foot tree. Within an hour of calling them they came out to give an estimate. Two days later they came with their professional truck and cut the tree as promised to insurance specifications. My home insurance company gave me 10 days to cut the large tree or they would cancel my insurance. The estimator that Right way sent out assured me that he would do a quick turn around and he did just that in order that my insurance wasnt canceled. I will definitely use them again.

Robin is dedicated and knowledgeable he was great. He worked to stabilize my trees, and to help straighten a tree with cabling that has been leaning for years , it’s going to take some time but I’m confident that it will happen.

Every interaction from start to finish was professional and pleasant. My services to remove a two story tall 45 year old tree were overseen by Robin personally which was a huge comfort as I could not be insight for any of the job. I came home to a spotless front yard and the crew even left me several “tree circle” souvenirs of my beautiful tree that had served us for so many years. And all of this was at the best price around. Robin and team were great! We have two huge redwoods that are a giant PITA. We needed to get them trimmed ASAP because a huge branch was going to fall on our neighbors property. Robin came out on a Sunday to look, and then was able to quickly fit us into the schedule. The team did a great job, cleaned everything up, and were in and out in a couple of hours. These are huge 70-80ft redwoods and they did it like it was nothing. Would definitely recommend.

Robin did a big job for us. The trees look beautiful. They hadn’t been trimmed in 10 years. He was on time, friendly, professional, and cleaned up nicely. We will always call him back. We manage 30 apartment buildings. He’s great to work with.

In June Robin forgot to trim one of the 2 bigger trees we discussed. He said he’d only come back to finish when he was in the area (near Highland Park, 22 min from his business address)…. and it would have to be in November…. 5 months later. Laughable. He was unprofessional and never finished the job. Go with Tree Care LA instead.

The service was provided over 6 months ago so I waited to write this review. My trees are thriving. Robin has been such a huge help in getting our backyard to where we wanted it to be. He is super clean, fast, and fair priced! We had a yard with a bunch of trees that we were afraid would get ruined by cleaning up the palm, but Robin was really careful and did such a great job. We had a tree limb come down into our yard during a heavy rainstorm. I thought it would be difficult to find someone to remove it as all tree companies were certain to be busy after such a long storm. Called Right Way, Robin answered straight away and even though they were incredibly busy, found time for me. Our communication was easy, straightforward and Robin and crew arrived that afternoon. Even though the tree limb (more like a whole tree) was substantial, they dug in, made short work of it efficiently and quickly. The price was fair and they were courteous, wonderful to deal with and totally professional. Just awesome people. It was a pleasure to work with them. Highly highly recommended.

Requested that a few large ficus trees be removed that grew over the fence line onto our property. Our neighbor originally scheduled for trimming the tree but per request he agreed to cut it down. Right Way had already completed the original job the neighbor scheduled for on a very hot day. I saw them cleaning up debris the next day and asked the neighbor if they could cut the tree down since it would just grow back and the issue would recur with overgrowth over the fence. Neighbor agreed and Right Way was able to fit the work into their schedule and do the work that day on short notice. Good communication and fast service.

Robin and his incredible crew did a fantastic job trimming our huge mulberry tree, which needed major work. The whole process was so smooth, from the first meeting with Robin to the job itself. They arrived on time on the day of the job and were actually done much earlier than they had planned. Not only was everything done precisely as described , their rate was very competitive.

You know the old saying Good, Fast, Cheap. You can only pick 2? These guys are the exception to that rule. Robin was easy to communicate with, and super professional. His team showed up early, and got right to work. They removed a tall palm, trimmed another, and beautifully pruned a huge (40) ficus hedge that was completely out of control. I expected it to take all day, but these guys had it done by lunchtime. And, the price was completely reasonable. Will absolutely do business with them again.

Robin absolutely tore up my yard, got rocks all in my pool and filters, cut my landscape light lines, irrigation lines etc. Left it a mess and expected to get paid!! I had to replaster my pool due to the damage of the rocks, hire an electrician to fix my landscape lights and also repair irrigation lines. He filed a judgement against me because the $1100 I owed him was well out weighed by the over $8000 in damage he caused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! SEE THE PHOTOS

This is the second time Robin has worked on my octopus tree - this time to remove it, and grind out the stump! Robin is amazing to work with; he is incredibly professional and always on time. Robin is a pro! Not only is he one of the hardest working people weve met, but he truly went above and beyond. We had him cut 10 dying Italian Cypress down, and clean up a 40 foot palm. There was a garage and a neighboring house right in striking distance, but Robin calmly and cooly dropped each tree effortlessly and quickly.Super nice guy too. Definitely recommend!

Robin did a fantastic job trimming the trees away from my house. I only expected him to pick up the fallen limbs, but when I came home I was delighted to see he used the blower to clean up the yard and the sidewalk too. Very pleased.

It was a very tough location to cut down a large eucalyptus tree, he did a awesome job and got it done in 1 day which was amazing, he cleaned up everything so good that you couldnt tell a tree was cut down. Reliable, reasonable, excellent work and communication. We are in the Malibu burn out area and had a damaged sycamore, two burned redwoods, and 5 singed palm trees. Robin removed the damaged and burned trees, cut them and stacked them for firewood and cleaned up and trimmed the palm trees. He’s a very hard worker and does everything with a smile.
