This Company is absolutely incredible! The care from Mark, James and Matt was completely stellar! The care they displayed through-out the emergency project we had and the after-care to ensure that our building situation is handled was beyond anything I expected. I went to a few different companies to do this project and they honestly didnt have the guts to handle it or even to find a solution for it. Foundation Repair LA did exactly what we needed, when we didnt know what we needed and for an excellent value. Thank you! Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic experience with Foundation Repair LA Inc. I wouldnt hesitate to suggest them to anyone in LA, in fact, they are the only people I would recommend.We have been trying to find a company to do some foundation work for close to a decade. We live on a hill and water will seep into the basement area after a heavy rain on one side of the house.Some companies come out and say theyll give an estimate and never get back, some give one estimate that is possibly overkill and no alternatives, some companies say they will call back and they dont, other companies dont answer the phone. If youve dealt with home construction work and live in LA, you know how crazy it can be and frustrating. It can feel like you are begging companies to work on your house, even though you are wanting to pay full price.When I called Foundation Repair LA, someone answered the phone! And then set up an appointment for the estimate - THE NEXT WEEK. James and Matt showed up on time. Did a thorough assessment and we had an estimate in a couple days. The price was completely fair and the job was less than what other companies had mentioned, yet fulfilled the same purpose. Signed the contract and they started THE WEEK AFTER!! The project took about 4-5 days. James, the owner, was out everyday to check on progress and the crew was fantastic. If we had any questions, the foreman had answers. Everyone was professional, cleaned up, etc.In my experience there are not that many construction based companies where everyone involved in the process seems to take great pride in what they do and it really makes such a difference.

Honestly if they did more than foundations I would hire them for anything they do. Professionals from start to finish.They don’t try to oversell you but do fix the issues and are honest and fair with pricing. The team worked quickly and they were respectful. We had an area we needed to patch because of water damage and it’s terrifically done. 🙏

We had the pleasure to work with James and his team on a complex foundation replacement that required serious advance planning in order to start soon after closing on the property. LA Foundation Repair worked diligently to obtain the building permit in due course and kept us informed each step of the way. Once the work eventually started, we quickly observed the professionalism of the entire crew and felt comfortable throughout the five weeks that the project lasted. They responded quickly, arrived on time for the appointment, did a very thorough inspection of our home and crawlspace and helped pinpoint moisture under the house and probable causes. They recommended inexpensive things to first try to remedy the situation and did not try to sell me their services. Three months ago, my property manager informed me of significant ceiling cracks and suspected that they were caused by foundation issues. However, I had my doubts and since I wasnt in California, I decided to seek a third-party evaluation, where James provided exceptional assistance. He reviewed the videos, promptly responded to my emails, and explained through a call that the cracks were caused by a neglected roof leak, not foundation issues. With James guidance, I contacted a roofing company, and my house has been restored to excellent condition. James and his team did a wonderful job handling foundation repair at the new (old) home I recently purchased. His communication was clear and prompt. He handled all of my questions and I was always aware of when he would be at my home and how/when I would be billed. Prior to the work he completed, he did an inspection for me during escrow. Foundation Repair LA made the process seamless and fast in procuring my grant for the Bolt & Brace EBB program. Matt was very efficient in obtaining the necessary photos for the pre-retrofit piece of the process. James followed up by arranging the date for the work to be done within a two-day timeframe. The crew who did the bolt and brace installation were efficient and cleaned up nicely. The noise wasnt too bad either. Now Im ready for an earthquake which I hope never happens.

This family owned business operates as a well-oiled machine, from the estimate to the start of work, to updates on work progress and final photos at completion. We recently had Foundation Repair LA work on my home, and I cant recommend them highly enough. We had significant water damage that needed to be addressed, and from start to finish, they exceeded my expectations.Choosing a contractor was challenging, but Evan at Foundation Repair made the decision easier. Unlike other companies, he was honest and didnt push unnecessary services. When we suggested extra drain work that would have cost nearly $2,000 more, Evan explained why it wasnt needed, which showed integrity and expertise.The team was led by Juan, who was outstanding throughout the process. His communication was excellent--every time I had a concern, he took the time to explain everything in detail, making me feel comfortable and informed. Juans work ethic and dedication are commendable, and this company is lucky to have him on their team. his assistants were equally hardworking and friendly. Despite the heat wave, they continued to work tirelessly, showing true professionalism. Miguel, the supervisor, stopped by frequently to check-in.The team faced some challenges with the hillside drainage, which I know cost them time and money, yet they never complained or mentioned it. Their focus remained on delivering high-quality work, which is a testament to their commitment and professionalism.Tomorrow is the last day of their work, and I am genuinely pleased with the results. Having had work done by another contractor two years ago, I can see the difference in quality and care that Foundation Repair LA provided. I had to tear up all the work from the unlicensed contractor, which cost us tens of thousands of dollars in damage to our home. If you have a foundation or hillside drainage issues, I recommend contacting them. They just finished Friday 6/21 bolting our house to the foundation, which we needed to get done before proceeding with other repairs.Matt came to our house within a few days of making a call to the office, and we received a quote very quickly. 1st off I was already familiar with the key personnel of this company from past experiences in construction. So I was encouraged to contact them for a home inspection I desperately needed.They were very helpful from start to finish and giving me a fair price for an inspection, prompt service, and a prompt report which basically was the most important piece of information I needed for my wife and I to make a determination about a home purchase.I wish more contractors were as easy to deal with and helpful as they are.
