I recently had the pleasure of working with Re-piping Professionals for a re-piping job at our apartment complex. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism and efficiency.First and foremost, the job was completed in just one day, which was incredibly impressive considering the scale of the project. The team worked efficiently to ensure that the disruption to our residents was kept to a minimum and thoroughly cleaned up the site afterwards.What truly stood out was José our Project Manager’s availability to answer questions and responsiveness to follow-up issues. After the initial job was done, a couple of minor issues arose. Jose was quick to respond and addressed everything promptly, even going above and beyond his normal duties. I never had a problem getting an hold of him and he personally took care of any issues with a day or 2. Ruth the office manager was also extremely helpful and on top of things, checking up with our tenants prior to the job to make sure everything was prepared prior to the job. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Thank you!

We bought the house in fullerton and we were having a lot of leakage issues underneath the house, we reached out to repiping pro team for an estimate. Jose was very good with explaining how things would and answered all of my questions.The whole repiping took one day they were very quick with it, patching couple days later. Jose is very good at the project management and his team was exceptional. We will definitely reach out to this company for future renovation work around the house.

Once I confirmed our house had a leak in the slab, I searched for a couple of companies to get estimates for pipe refitting. Repiping Professionals were first. Now I was concerned about the whole process of getting this task completed due to bad experiences with various contractors. The person who performed the estimate left me with such a feeling of confidence, I almost canceled the second estimate. The second company came out and proceeded to give me an estimate much higher than Repiping Pro. The whole job took two days, one re-piping, and after a couple of days to let the pipes run and verify no leaks, one day to patch and clean. I have never had a large job go so smoothly. I am very impressed and thankful. I will definitely recommend Repiping Professionals.

I was told that it would take 1 hour for the repiping and 4 days for the plastering and repainting, it took almost 2 weeks total just to have them say they don’t really-paint the walls. I paid $9000 to now have to hire someone else to come and paint all the walls that was plastered. They were late everyday will no call . I had to sit in my car outside cause the noise was loud, not because of the machine but they would talk so loud. It was the worse experience my husband and I ever had.

We had a total house repipe, which requires opening the walls adjacent to each toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and water heater.The estimator walked me through the process, we discussed the best ways to access plumbing fixtures and was willing to listen to my concerns and suggestions. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns completely and made excellent suggestions, both from a practical/cost perspective as well as the aesthetics.The bid was the lowest of the 3 bids I received.I felt at the end of the bidding process that Repiping Professionals was the most experienced and knowledgable (they have been in business since 1947).The crew of 7 arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were very clean using tarps and plastic sheeting to protect everything. The crew was very efficient with each person having specific responsibility for certain tasks. As soon as one task was complete, someone else was right behind them to take the next step. Someone cut open the wall, then moved to the next repipe location to open the wall there; the repipe guy was right behind to start the plumbing work. As soon as the plumbing was finished the repipe guy moved to the next location, and the dry wall repair guy was patching the dry wall, with the joint compound guy right behind to mud smooth the drywall patch In 8 hours our house was repiped and perfectly clean when the crew was finished.So Repiping Professionals gets 5 stars plus. I have already recommended them to my neighbor who came by to watch the progress. He is a property manager and was very impressed as he watched them work..

We are doing an extensive remodel to our house and needed a complete re-pipe including the main line back to the water meter. The crew came out and did the project in one day! They were professional and very good to work with. This is the only contractor on our project who had their work pass inspection on the first inspection. A+++ for a job well done. I recommend this contractor highly! Great work for a very fair price.

We chose Repiping Professionals to repipe our home in 2007 because of the lifetime warranty on parts and labor. It was a great experience. Then in 2021, we unexpectedly had a leak. A serviceman was at our home within 24 hours to fix the leak. The repairs were made and the warranty was honored with ease. So grateful to Repiping Professionals for their service and professionalism.

Re-piping Professionals were just that professionals! I would highly recommend them. I have gone as far as to ask them for extra business cards as others at my office and neighborhood are also in need of having house re-piped. The entire staff were friendly and cleaned up everything! I had a small single family home and the cost was very reasonable and now I feel I will not have to worry about having another slab leak as my neighbors have. They were a referral from one of my neighbors who used them a few years back and were extremely happy as am I. Great work to you and your team! Thanks again Margie

We called to have a new water main put in between the sidewalk and the house because we were redoing our driveway and walkway to the house. While doing this work, the men realized that I had broken my sewer line to the city because I chose to save some money by digging down to the main water line (my advice, bad idea). The money I saved by trenching my own line ended up costing me in a modest repair to the sewer line. The 2 field guys were great as well as the superintendent. I would definitely recommend this company to others for high quality work, professionalism and a modest price.

The owner of this company is the same one who owned MasterServ which was shut down. After venturing into the attic recently I found that the repipe that MasterServ did several years ago is not within building code. My suggestion to anyone considering this company is to make sure they pull a permit. Thats the only way youll be assured of getting what youe paying for. Otherwise, move on to someone else more reputable.

The owner is curt, short, impolite and rude. the secretary, his daughter is delightful to work with.

Im writing this review the day of our job being completed because quite simply, as a project manager myself, I am floored at how exceptional our service has been with Repiping Professionals.Joes was thorough with my understand the scope of work, offering different options so that I would be as informed as possible in making a decision. Once the work started, they were on time and Jose took the time to explain materials, processes. Additionally, Jose was very thorough, understanding and kind. I was communicated to honestly to as if we were friends or family.The pricing. I felt not only was the pricing more than reasonable, Jose and his team went above and beyond to make it clear they had our budget.Lastly, clean-up. Jose and his crew was the most mindful of their equipment, how they moved about the space, checking our animals were away so we wouldnt lose our pet sneaking out AND most importantly went above and beyond cleaning up after themselves.All in all, it was a fabulous experience working with Jose, and the rest of the team. We would hire them in a heartbeat for any plumbing needs and will be recommending his team to our family and friends. Save time and money with Repiping Professionals.

Fantastic job, Fast, clean, and professional. I was a construction supervisor for years, and expect the highest quality, I frequently end up in arbitration when I have large projects done. I didnt have a single complaint with the work performed, the drywall patching was superb - they changed shower valves with out ruining the surrounding tile - nothing but praise for this company -

Master Serve is a total scam!!! They gave me an over the phone estimate for $7000.They also only want work in the area around there office..... They didnt even want to send and one to assess the job.... They said they are to busy....I would not recommend any one to use Master Serve for any of there plumbing needs... 😠😡👎

We discovered we had a slab leak on Wed, George came by to talk to us and gave us an estimate on Thursday, his crew was here on Friday and Saturday, the second crew came in and patched up and textured the walls on Monday... All done, start to finish in less than a week. They did great work, everything works great!! We basically had the entire 2100 square foot house repiped with 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and new hot water heater installed in the first 2 days. The patch and texturing they did to close up the walls looked like they were never here at all. I could not be more pleased with the results.

I moved into my house in November of 2011 with the knowledge that my pipes may need to be replaced within five years. Some of the pipes were galvanized steel and thats a big problem since they clog easily. Because of the build up of rust and minerals in these pipes, it took FOREVER to get hot water. The water pressure in both showers was very low and if the toilet was flushed while showering, I would get scalded or frozen. The shower would not function if I was doing laundry or running the dishwasher due to the low water pressure. It was very annoying and I was getting tired of dealing with the problems. Thats when I came across Master Serv. I found them online and read their testimonials so I decided to take advantage of their free repipe estimate. Cindy Anderson of Master Serv contacted me in a very timely fashion. She is a very polite, down to earth person who really cared about my project. She answered my questions and put me at ease. I decided to have the free estimate. George and Cindy Anderson came to my home and answered all my questions. George, who is the President of the company, explained the whole process in detail and made me feel even more at ease about the repipe. They stayed for almost an hour and I decided to have the work done. The estimate for the job was very fair. The crew came on May 1st and were done by May 3rd. Can you believe that? They were all very nice and respectful of my house. They kept everything clean. The water pressure is now very strong, both showers are amazing, hot water comes quickly and doesnt have a weird metallic smell anymore. The gentleman who patched and textured the walls did a flawless job. What I also loved about this company was the personal attention I received. Cindy and others would call me up to see how things were going throughout the repipe process. They wanted to make sure I was not too stressed out. For me, that made a world of difference. I felt like family! I would recommend Master Serv for your repipe needs. They truly are the best both personally and professionally!!!!!
