Was called over to fixed a leak in our shower and they showed up on time and assessed the situation, replaced the value on our tub faucet and also tightened the toilet seat too! Very nice and friendly. A++ they do a very good job and are friendly as well!!

The technician did a great job with our maintenance, and he was very communicative and efficient. The only issue was the original window of time we were told someone would show up was incorrect and we werent notified that someone would come in a later window of time.

Alvaro is fantastic! He is extremely courteous and professional. We were in desperation with a severely clogged kitchen sink. He arrived and saved the day in 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been calling First Reliable a few times and I always ask for Pedro Delgadillo. He is the best worker the company has sent me. He is friendly and gets things done in a timely manner. Pedros work is outstanding and I like how well he fixes thing. All I know is that every time I contact the company I will always request Pedro. I rather wait for them to send me him than any of the other workers.

True to their word.There were multiple issues with my apartment units plumbing: water pressure low in the bathroom, shower and, most importantly, the kitchen. It was so difficult to clean dishes: pressure was like a pee drizzle. It took me 15 minutes to clean and rinse one dish...and to fill up the water filter was frustrating.I contacted my property manager about the issue which started to occur after the downstairs unit had a flood and three different plumbers had come into our apartment trying to figure out if the flood was originating from our upstairs unit. Turns out, after the third repairman, it was the water heater. However, the three plumbers ended up giving my unit noticeable plumbing issues: under the kitchen sink, they smashed open the drywall (hole under sink), low water pressure.After requesting repair on the water pressure, mostly problematic in the kitchen sink, the property manager sent a plumber who figured out a filter in the sink pipes was stopping the reduction of water; he removed the filter - resolved! While working, he noticed a metal rod shoved up towards the garbage disposal. As soon as he dislodged the piece, the sink sank. The caulking glue around the sink was disintegrating. I had brought that to the plumbers attention and he said to contact property management to replace the sink. And, so I did.Jose from 1st Reliable Maintenance, arrived in the early morning (10 am) as per my request. He was very informative with great communication and customer service skills. He had the old sink removed and replaced with a stainless steel one in a 3-hour time frame. The caulking glue around the kitchen sink was clean and he checked everything after repairs: garbage disposal, faucet pressure, underneath the sink (plumbing for any water leaks). There was debris on the floor from the removal process, but nothing too disastrous that couldnt be swept and mopped up. I requested some caulking glue in the bathroom sink as well and he patched up the areas easily.Jose got the job done right and did not half-fast anything. He knew it would take time, but it was well-worth it. Customer satisfaction check!

They provided service for me a few weeks ago. My tub was clogged, the water pressure was low on one of my sinks, another sink of mine was backed up and my toilet was loose. They were indeed reliable. They man who came to do my maintenance had quite a lot of work to do and he did it all in a timely manner. They called and scheduled my appointment at a time that worked for us all. Called before arrival. Called upon arrival Took great care of me and didnt even take my tip! just great service.

The plumbing technician who was sent over to replace my shower valve/fixture did such a great job. Very tidy in his work, he re-patched, re-plastered and color matched the paint after he replaced the valve. Best of all he laid a tarp and covered my flooring and cabinets so there was nothing to clean up when he was done!

My landlord has contracted this company to perform all of our maintenance. I have never had a good experience with them. When they came out to fix an electrical problem, the technician was on the phone asking someone on the other end what each of the wires did. He clearly had no electrical training. Most recently, they were called to fix my gate. I was originally told they would show up between 12 and 3 on Thursday. When I called at 4pm to let them know that I had to leave and a technician hadnt yet arrived, I asked that they schedule me as the first or second appointment on the following Thursday. They then said their tech would be to my house between 8 and 9:30am. Taking the morning off of work, I waited for the tech to arrive. 10:30 rolled around and I called. I was told he would be here in 45 minutes. It is now 3:30pm as I write this. The tech has yet to arrive. I hope the folks at First Reliable realize that their clients are missing days of work to wait around for them. They are not First, nor are they Reliable.
