Justin and his crew worked at a very high level of professional courtesy and craftsman ship with the very difficult repair of our sewer drain replacement. I was especially impressed with Justin’s can do positive demeanor regarding all the challenges our project had to complete. Western Rooter you have champion’s in your corner . Tree roots have breached the clay sewer line and my tenants drainage is backed up. I called Western Rooter in the morning & they scheduled me for the same day to fix the issue! Justin and his team, Diego and Carlos, are incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Justin explains everything very clearly, with pictures and videos showing the tree roots throughout 90 feet of the sewer line. Western Rooter has all the latest tech equipment to tackle the toughest plumbing problem, including hydrojetting the sewer line and installing a Perma Liner. Justin, Diego, and Carlos are considerate of the other tenants on the property, as well. The crew worked past 10:30 in the evening so that the plumbing is restored for the tenant. I cant thank them enough for their hard work, dedication and commitment. I like reading all their email tips on plumbing maintenance. Justin, the crew, and office staff are worth every penny! I highly recommend Western Rooter for all plumbing issues, big or small!

The two young men who showed up were very courteous and pleasant. They explained a lot of things that are needed to optimize a larger issue. I cant remember it all, but they said they would write them up in a proposal, which will help. They unclogged a shower drain quickly and left things very clean. I will consider their proposal for further work needed, and I will stick with them. I will definitely call on Western Rooter for any plumbing needs.

Western Rooter provided great plumbing services for our condo complex at a competitive price! Josh and Byron were efficient and friendly, and patiently answered my questions all day long as I watched them install two sewer clean out lines and replace a sewer access pipe that was completely clogged with tree roots. They were also very careful about cleaning up the property when they finished their work.Will definitely call Western Rooter again for future plumbing problems and have already recommended the company to others.

We had a serious block that could not be cleared. Within 75 minutes after my call two knowledgeable plumbers arrived. They were polite, and efficient and cleared the drain within an hour. I appreciate that they did not try to up sell services that I didnt need. 100% positive experience.

I inherited my moms old house and old plumbing. Even though she had a new toilet installed the pipes are still the same. So sure enough, I got a blockage the the a couple weeks ago in November. I had first tried to clear up the problem myself with a plunger and an auger. However, that did not work. Then I contacted a family known handyman but he was still trying to help someone else and had recently recovered from surgery. He did make a suggestion for me to cal Western Rooter. He said they are a good company and recommends their work since he has seen their work before. I called and I actually contacted several other companies too but Ill cut to the chase. The regular hours phone operator was very nice and informative, however she told me what the cost of the job to clear the tube, and I asked is that per hour but she said no. This created a misunderstanding later went the technician showed up. What she should have emphasized is that there is also a per hour charge on top of the task performed. My main point is I did get quite upset when I was quoted urgency charge, work and per hour work all added up. At the time, I declined to pay such a outrageous quote since I was NOT told that there will be a per hour charge on top of the task and urgency charge. The quote was 3x the quote I got on the phone at a late evening. By the time I called back the phone operator, it was the off hours and its a call center person who was COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL and RUDE. She said in a cold delivery for me to call the office and talk to the regular operator during business hours. My only recourse and right was to write a poor review as a means of justice for what felt like a bait and switch. But there was a HERO that saved this situation completely and Western Rooters reputation. His name is Jairo. Jairo was very realistic, understanding and listened. He took the time to really understand that I was NOT told about the pricing correctly and most important, he believed me as a customer. I was not trying to haggle. If you want quality people and quality work then pay people what is right. He and I discussed options and we agreed for him to come back and he was able to make right the pricing with out all the extra charges. We rescheduled and I gladly paid what was reasonable and what was agreed upon the prior evening. He showed up the next day and solved the problem. Jairo is a asset to Western Rooter for years to come. If you want to build a business with loyal customers and word of mouth of good companies to use then I hope Western get like a dozen Jairos. He saved the day and the situation. Misunderstanding or miscommunications do happen but somone like Jairo understands that a problem needs to be solved and proactively solved it, unlike the off-hours call center operator. Yes, I do highly recommend them and if youre lucky get a top notch technician like Jairo. Can you tell Im a fan of his. He turned a bad situation and saved the day. Outstanding company regular staff operator and technician. Top marks, high recommend.

Called for a free estimate on replacing a slow flowing shower. Brandon came out on the promised time frame and gave me a fair estimate. I didn’t do the service however because my shower miraculously began to work during the inspection but I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Brandon. Very professional, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Two showed up from Western Rooter to fix a faucet and the inside of a toilet. Both were kind, friendly, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. As a bonus, they had a truck well stocked with plumbing supplies. There was no need to go to the store for an extra, extra cost. Excellent work you two!

They worked so cohesively and thoroughly and with so much excellence and precision in getting our building to be in tip-top shape.They previously did excellent work on our repiping project and this time, additional waste and water lines were installed.Josef is an efficiency expert. I am overall happy that you addressed most of my gas leaks but I am not happy that you are not upfront about the consultation fee of $375 when the initial dispatcher mentioned that it would be be complimentary and any work would be stated. As they have already came to my house I felt I had no choice but to proceed.

Plumber came out to redo some pipes underneath our kitchen sink and put in a new faucet but the hot water shutoff valve had seized up! Had to replace the valve and was able to squeeze in the faucet due to how the original owner had designed the counter top. Everything worked out. The plumber who has come out before to fix problems at our complex was courteous and did a great job.

It was Sunday- Father’s Day - I called my usual plumber and got an answering machine. I then called Western Rooter. They answered the phone and sent Mitch Fricke to my house within 30 minutes. Mitch sent photo of himself and what type of truck he drove. Very comforting to a single woman. He was very professional, understanding and explained everything that he was doing. He was neat and cleaned up after his work was done. I now put Western Plumbing and Mitch Fricke in my contacts and they will now be my go to plumber.

Pablo from Western Rooter Arcadia came out and gave a fair price and less than the other company I called by far when our usual plummer was out of town he recommended Western Rooter. Pablo ran 110 or 120 feet of line and cleared it for $165. He did not try to oversell or things other random company tried to do. Pablo gained my confidence.

Danielle and his team from Western Router did a fantastic job clearing out our clogged pipes and sewer line! They showed us every step of the process with their drain cameras so we could really see the issues at hand. We had a huge mess on our hands and really appreciated how quickly they got to us, and that they could even bring in their extra hydro jet equipment that same day so we could get our water back on asap. We had the main pipe from the street to our house deteriorate to the point where it was leaking continuously. We had several plumbers come inspect the site and try to diagnose the problem, but Western Rooter was the only one that located the source of the leak. We have them the go ahead to replace the pipe and they handled the work very quickly and efficiently. I called Wester Rooter & Plumbing company back in Sep. Our issue was that it was taking more than 2 minutes for us to get hot water on one side of our house. Ricky, their technician, showed up, said that it is normal given the distance to the water heater. He said that we could add a recirculating pump to fix this, but since our water heater was 20 years old he would not recommend doing that without changing the water heater itself. He also said that regardless of us getting permit from the city, they will do the work by the code, which meant they would move the new heater by about one foot so itd be distanced properly from our windows, and they would install an electric outlet for the new heater. He also recommended a water filtration system to improve the lifetime of the new water heater.Anyway, I hired the company to replace the water heater and install a water filtration system, for a total of 10 thousand.The day they showed up, I reminded Ricky to move the water heater by a foot. To my surprise, he said that it was not in the contract and he wont do it unless I agree to pay more. Right there I realized that I was not dealing with an honest person. I reminded him about doing the work by the code, but he kept saying that moving the water heater is not in the contract. I was about to ask them to leave, but Ryan, one of the supervisors, who had come to install the filtration system was there too. He checked the existing heater’s location, and said that he would move the new water heater by about a foot. I told him about the electric outlet too, and Ryan said that he would install that too.About an hour later, one of their technicians came back with an outlet, which I realized was for indoors, and not an all-weather one for outdoors. Once I told Ricky about that, he, in a very condescending way, told me that “you wanted an outlet, this is your outlet”!A few hours later when Ricky was done with installing the new heater, Ryan came to inspect the work. He realized that one of the valves (that is used to flush the heater during maintenance) was facing the wall, making it impossible to use the value and maintain the heater. He asked Ricky to fix it. This is where I realized that not only was I dealing with a dishonest person, I was also dealing with an incompetent person.And finally, once they were completely done and turned the gas on to test everything, we realized that we could smell gas inside the house. I checked the location of the heater, and I could easily smell a very strong smell of gas. Ricky and his helper were aware and were trying to find the root cause. This time Ricky said that the gas leak had nothing to do with his work, and it must have been there from before!! even though any reasonable person would know that once you replace a gas pipe to install a water heater and then you smell gas, something is wrong with your work. But he kept insisting on the issue not having anything to do with his work (add irresponsibility to dishonesty and incompetency too). Anyway, they finally found the root cause of the gas leak and fixed it.After a couple of weeks I called their office to raise my concerns. The lady I spoke to said that she would discuss this with the owners and would get back to me in 2 days. She never did. Ryan, the supervisor, did call me the next day. He said he would have their electrician replace the electric outlet. Three weeks passed and nothing happened. I called the office again to complain. Right after that Ryan called me and promised to send the electrician within a day or two (he showed up after 3 days). I also told Ryan that it was now taking us a long time to have cold water, and cold water was warm for 30-45 seconds before it gets cold. He said hed come to take a look. He has not yet, and it’s been 2-3 weeks already.If you expect customer service/satisfaction from Wester Rooter, you have come to the wrong place. And to the owners: the last thing people want to see is dishonest, incompetent, irresponsible technicians, with attitude, especially for a 10 thousand dollars job!.

After accessing our problem, our plumber, Jared provided us with the options of either repairing or replacing the toilet. The best solution for us in the long run was replacement. The plumber who responded to our request for service was Said. He was friendly, professional, and approached the problem, a leak in the townhome below ours, very thoughtfully and systematically. He did not try to employ tools or methods that were not necessary and would add to the expense. He used a simple technique to determine whether or not the leak was coming from our washer drain, determining that it was likely from our next door neighbors home, not ours. I would definitely call on him again to assist us with a plumbing issue.

The team led by Robert and R.J. were fantastic. Imagine our surprise to learn that a routine maintenance call turned into a major repair on our sewer line because of damage done by an ATT conduit. Robert was very professional in hour he handled each step to ensure that rotor rooting and hydro jetting were not going to solve our problem of imminent stoppage and backup of the sewage. My water heater is located in the basement suddenly has only lukewarm water out. Jairo noticed the issue quickly, that the temperature control knob was on low, he adjusted the temperature and had me test the water to my comfort. It has been great.

First of all, the operator (Allie?) who set up my appt was excellent and so considerate! I needed my bathroom sink unclogged and was hoping to get a straightforward service for a straightforward job. But I was nervous bc plumbers, overall, dont have the best reputation for being honest. On the day of service the plumber was prompt, efficient and clean. Like actually cleaned my sink and it was spotless, clean. Best of all the problem is completely fixed and it was done quickly. The price was very fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble of bad service and give them a call first.

It is sometimes difficult to find a reputable plumber who will service a multistory apartment building, but my experiences with Western Rooter have been favorable. They helped with an urgent water heater replacement a few months ago. More recently, they had same-day availability to come look at a laundry-line clog. Their technician called ahead with an ETA and arrived on time; he was cordial, courteous, and informative. The work was completed efficiently to resolve the issue. I will definitely contact Western Rooter again for future plumbing needs.

We needed our old 1920s sewer main descaled, and took a few bids. Western wasnt the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. They were very helpful in explaining what they were doing, provided a video of the descaled pipe, and were very respectful of the property. Cant say enough good things about the experience using them. Highly recommended.

Called to have someone come out and take a look at our bathroom toilet. they scheduled someone to come between 12p - 2p. a plumber was at our door just before 12p. Christian was quick and efficient. he fixed our toilet and also unclogged one of our sinks. he was finished troubleshooting and fixing the issues by EOD.

Im very happy with the care and effort made by Charles the plumber who went out of his way to snake through 2 floors below my unit so the sinks below would not clog-up with the debris from my pipe. Really satisfied with all the services. I have my house installed with Halo 5 system. Daniel and Alex completed the installation perfectly. Was quoted shouldn’t be no more than $200. For a routine main line clog. I even opted to take the after hour service which was double. Had the same issue multiple times, was a quick snake every time. They used a poor snake first attempt then tried to charge me because they finally used the correct snake. They almost tried to charge me double from what I was quoted and pressured me and made me feel bad for a 40 minute job he spent most his time talking to other employees. Had him call someone to make sure they honor their quote and they gave me hard time. We eventually agreed after quite some time they were guilt tripping me and I still have them $250. Worst experience ever! Definitely won’t recommend you crooks and will do whatever else to notify people you guys are shady!

Had a leak issue so I called Western Rooter and Charlie and his son came by to check it out. They found the issue quickly and we were able to fix the problem.I also had them check a toilet that was giving us problems. I had ordered a new toilet but they discovered that it was just that the installers had put the wax seal too low and so it wasn’t sealing properly. They removed the toilet (which was a huge task as the bolts had rusted through and were very difficult to remove), resealed the toilet and we were good to go!Thank you so much!! My folks had to do the yearly backflow test and we use a nearby place called Western Rooter. Highly organized and professional and friendly people. Mike inspected the setup every year. Last year the system failed and he drove far for the special order device/part and installed it. This year Daniel came to do the backflow inspection and it passed. I am a property manager, so I have to use excellent workers, but not priced over the moon. Western Rooter in Arcadia always does a great job for me. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. This last time, I needed them to change out an old reverse osmosis filter system from Costco, and to put in a modern system. Please try them, if you havent before.

He tried Rootering with a snake 1st we had a tough spot with roots. They came back with a hydro jetter. They worked it and worked it until they got its cleared. My aunt was very happy. She decided to be put on a 6 month maintenance so they wont have such a issue next time . It was a year and a half since you guys were there last. These guys are great! Heads up though, at least as of the time Im writing this, the phone number shown on Yelp and Google are wrong... see their website for proper phone. They answered the phone quickly. Had someone come out to do an inspection and estimate the next day. Had the work completed on time and UNDER budget the following day. Friendly and professional and tidy. Jairo was the fellow that came both days, and he was great. Josh came with him on the second day and Vinny accompanied Jairo on day #1, and both of them were friendly and wonderful too. Big fan of this company based on my experience.

I’ve been extremely impressed with the quality of products used on installing a bypass valve and angle stops underneath my kitchen and bathroom sinks. I needed a new sewer pipe. I had four estimates. I was ready to go with another company but something stopped me from going with them. That nudge that told me not to do it. Then Western Rooter showed up to see the issue and give an estimate. Charlie was the person I spoke with. He placed a camera in the pipes and told me what was happening. He told me what I had already heard from others but it was Charlies approach to explaining to me what was happening that had me trust this company. I asked many questions and each was answered politely. He gave me a quote and told me that they can begin the word the following week. I thought about my options and kept coming back to Western Plumbing bc of the way Charlie explained EVERYTHING to me. I asked why dont we go this route instead and he gave great answers which was supported by my own research. They began the work on a Wednesday: Charlie, Dominguez, and Jacob. Each of these workers were very polite and professional. I cant get over the professionalism these guys entailed. Before they began work, I texted Charlie to see if he was still coming down bc I live near the mountains and the smoke from the fires were REALLY bad. He said, they are trained to work through most anything, even rain! So , indeed they showed up. The job was a two day job and they completed the task. I saw pictures of what they found , a ton of roots, and they will also be sending me a video of what they saw as they worked. When we said good bye to them after they finished their work, they looked tired and still kept it professional as I asked a few my questions. I kept those to a limit because these guys were tired, they had worked in that smokey filled air and even though they didnt seem tired, I bid them a good bye. I will use them again, FOR SURE! This company came out and repiped our entire complex. They were polite and professional. In the process, my sink stoppers failed due to the reason we were repiping and I had them replace those, too.It was fabulous work.Construction is tough. It completely sucks and I am not a fan of living in it. However, this company and their workers made it far better than it could have been. Justin and Diego were wonderful! I was so nervous about the job when they arrived. But they were kind, polite and did a great and thorough job! I would highly recommend them!

I had a new faucet to be installed. I had used Western Rooter before to install a faucet at another house so I called them again. I also thought it would be good to snake the main drain line as long as they were coming to the house. Pablo arrived on time and quickly installed the faucet. It was an identical match faucet so it simple involved removing the old one, installing the new one. Took him about an hour. I have a four inch drain access in the front yard. Pablo and a helper then ran the snake into the drain. Took about 20 minutes. When all done, I was told $250 for the install and $180 for the drain. $430 total for about an hour and half work. Seemed high so I asked. I was assured the prices were right. I paid. Then called the office. I was told that I was overcharged for running the snake in the drain since it was only a short run. They said they would send me a refund, as the drain cleaning should have been $100. We will see if and when I get the refund. They did a good job, very clean, just expensive for a couple of very easy jobs.

Christian stopped by for a quote for my tub drain stopper being stuck. Instead of an expensive full fix, he asked me what I needed and found out Im expecting to redo my bathroom in the next few years. He then fixed the problem efficiently and cost effectively. Superb job!

Kevin from Western Rooter was amazing. I had a clogged toilet that had other problems as well, which he fixed in minutes. It wasnt so much that it was a difficult problem, only requiring a snake and an adjustment to the tank. I always have a great experience when I call Western Rooter. I had a toilet that kept running. Pablo came out replaced the tank lever which was cracked and the flapper (Which I had purchased but didnt know how to replace). After testing he noticed the tank was taking forever to fill, so he tested the building water pressure which was fine so he changed out the fill valve and that did the trick. Since he was there I had him replace the water supply hose as it was 20 yrs old. He triple checked everything to make sure no dripping or leaking and cleaned up. I highly recommend.

The inspection done at my home this morning by, Western Rooter was professional, thorough and informative. I am assured that my concerns were addressed in a knowledgeable manner.

Before calling Western Rooter, I contacted another plumbing company. There was a lot of water leaking underneath my house, I panicked thinking it was a broken pipe, the owner of this company came out, briefly took a look underneath my house and said I would have to wait for the bottom of my house to dry out before he could complete any work, but would send me a repair estimate. As of today, I have not heard back. I reached out to a friend of mine and asked if he knew a good, honest plumber I could call. He recommended I call Western Rooter, from my initial phone call with Eileen at Western Rooter I was immediately put at ease, she said “don’t worry, I will get someone out to you right away, there is no problem our guys can’t fix.” Eileen, you were absolutely correct! Justin and Georgie showed up and were able to diagnose and repair the problem within 2 hours. These guys are knowledgeable, professional and courteous, they kept me informed every step of the way, and were even able to install a kitchen sink cleanout for me. I asked Justin if Western Rooter performed sewer line cleaning and he said “yes”, I asked if they wouldn’t mind cleaning my sewer line since they were already here. Justin said “yes, we can take care of that for you, but why do you feel you need that?” I was curious as to why he would ask me that. The hydro jetting company that I have been using for the past 15 years just comes out to complete this cleaning for me twice a year, no questions asked. Justin said, “I just don’t want to charge you for something you don’t need.” I told him, I have my sewer line cleaned twice a year as preventative maintenance to keep it clear from the tree roots that go in and plug it. Justin suggested inspecting the interior of the sewer line to see if there was possibly another problem besides roots that could be causing the frequent stoppage. My house was built back in 1928 and still had all the original plumbing, so needless to say, there was a problem with my sewer line besides tree roots. Once again, these guys came up with a solution and were back the very next day to address this very serious issue. Western Rooter I can’t thank you enough for fixing ALL my plumbing, not only were you fast, but your prices were EXTREMELY reasonable. Justin, Georgie, Mark, Eileen and the entire team that were at my home today, fixing my sewer line (whose names I can’t remember, I’m so sorry), I want to say a huge THANK YOU!!! I made a call and made an appointment. After the technician arrived and completed the work I found out that the cost was $300 more because it was Saturday and the company charged time and a half.Not the dispatcher, nor the technician told me about it until it was time to pay. When I questioned the technician he was honest enough to apologize for not telling me in advance.All the company had to say was well give you 15% for future work. But there would not be a future work since they lost my trust by being dishonest.

I’ve called Western Rooter and Plumbing a few times over the past couple of years and every visit went great. The repairs were done properly, which is the most important thing, but on top of that, the office handled the phone calls professionally, it didn’t take forever to get someone out, each person was friendly and knowledgeable, and they always cleaned up after the repair. I definitely recommend them.

I usually dont leave reviews, but I had a really good experience with RICKY PEREZ so far. I just bought a new home, going through escrow is stressful as it is, but having a timely inspection by Western Rooter, specifically with Ricky. He established and confirmed the extent of the problem timely even when I wasnt present, and gave me a rough break down on the probable estimate. Subsequently he followed up with a timely report with a fair estimate after reviewing with his team, which I was able to present to the seller / selling agent.Highly recommend Western Rooters!

We were referred to Western Rooter after they purchased Litten Plumbing, who had been our plumbers for many years. Dave Gilmore was the best and was not only our plumber, but our friend.The first technician Western Rooter sent was unsuccessful in his lackluster attempt to diagnose our problem. My husband showed him what he perceived to be the clean out in our backyard and upon inspection he felt it was nothing but a hole to nowhere. When my husband told him he was not sure about where our main line was located, he made little attempt to look for it. The only thing he did was look under our crawl space and make the determination that somewhere in our backyard was potentially a clean out. He then told us it would be $1,400 to return to dig up our backyard until they located the existing clean out. We declined,When the first technician left, my husband solicited the help of our neighbor who had recently had plumbing issues. With his help my husband was able to find our main line (in garage).We then called Western Rooter back, explained we had located the main line and requested they send another technician. The second technician, Charlie, came on a Tuesday in the pouring rain. Charlie listened to the problems we were experiencing, and when my husband showed him what he perceived to be the clean out, he went above and beyond to inspect this hole and discovered that not only was it the clean out, but that there was a large rock jammed down in it that was potentially blocking the flow. Both him and my husband worked to get the rock out and once it was removed, Charlie confirmed he could see water flowing. He then had us turn on various faucets in our home to see if the symptoms would return. When they did he then proceeded to perform a clean out of the main line. After he was done, he made suggestions to my husband on ways he could preserve the our pipes for a while more because they were so old. In our opinion Charlie made all the difference in the world and is a wonderful asset to Western Rooter. He took so much pride in his job and had the most pleasant demeanor. We welcome Charlie back to our home for any plumbing needs we may have in the future.Thank you Charlie for all of your help!

Had a major obstruction in the main line making a mess of the house, I called western rooter in the after noon and they had Arnold and another guy over in about 40 minutes, they did video inspection and found roots in the line, they had their hydrojet onsite and had it cleared in about an hour, the gentleman were friendly and knowledge, I highly recommend.

They don’t like to spend more time to figure out what are exact problems & issues fundamentally in there and give any advice to the customers if there’s a persistent plumbing issue & problem. They welcome your service calls frequently.

The Gentleman name is Omar Hernandez.His manners and knowledge were quit impeccable, after explaining are situation he then ask multiple questions to get a full understanding ,Once his conclusion was made, by using several precision instruments he explained in detail what they were planning to do . We called for an emergency leak and the plumbers were on scene quickly. They were able to fix our leak, offer valuable knowledge and they even took time to examine if we had any other related issues which is true professional courtesy. Definitely keeping Western Rooter in my phone book.

We recommend Western Rooter! We have our pipes routed once a year because of roots and they did a great job last year as well. The plumber was very knowledgeable, patient, methodical and very thorough. Our home, and pipes, are over 100 years old and after his thorough inspection he did routed the main line. Then he examined the main line with a camera to give us the visuals on the issues for our old pipes, he explained the options we have. (We have tried other companies but instead of doing the work, they always try to upsell us with ridiculous sales tactics.) We never get that from Western Rooter. Thank you!

Rating is based on average of two experiences. First, let it be known that WR has serviced our outside drain line several times since ‘91, so our history with the company dates back decades. I called to schedule a maintenance clean out recently and was promptly provided next-day service. The technician arrived on time; however, he contradicted the length and direction of the sewer line in an attempt, apparently, to run up expected cost. When I presented him with receipts from previous jobs by WR for the same service, he said both those figures “were wrong.” He left. About ready to be done with them and call another company, I decided to let WR know about this. They were very attentive and offered to send another service rep out the next morning. Tony came promptly the next day. Completely different experience. He acknowledged our previous receipts and history and agreed to a generous price to offset the previous negative encounter. He spent time helping me understand our system’s condition and offered recommendations for improvements without pushing the sell, excellent customer interaction. Technicians matter.

The plumbers that came to help me at 10 pm and they were polite and friendly. They fixed a leak in my main water line in a timely manner.

Derrick and Devin did a great job and were on time, courteous, clean and professional. I will definitely use Western Rooter again.

Excellent service overall. He explained what needed to done to complete the installation of our new sink and fixtures, and finished the job, professionally. Also, the cost was reasonable. I am happy to have a go-to plumbing service.

Had a gas main line leak at the curb meter. Western responded quickly. They spread tarps across the yard and carefully removed the lawn and dirt separately. They removed the old galvanized pipe and replaced it with a new plastic line 50 ft to the house (under). They added a new shut off valve at the house.They backfilled the dirt, replaced the lawn and everything looked like nothing had been done 😊. Everything was completed in one day, however, the Sierra Madre inspector made us wait an extra day for release of the permit to SoCalGas. He was too busy to send an email right away☹️.Lets face it, nobody really wants to have to pay for these kind of jobs, but Western Rooter treated me like a celebrity and I really feel I received my moneys worth.

Technician, Homar, arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed the issues that need to be done. I needed to replace new bathroom sink faucet and shower valve cartridge. The quote prices for the services were fair and market price. Most importantly, Homar was really friendly and explained well what needed to be done. Great experience with Western Rooter, I called a local plumber (family) to have my main cleaned, come to find out there was much more in damage. I wanted a second opinion so I called western rooter and when Omar showed up, he explained my issues so that I was able to understand, then he left me with a quote 1/3 of the price from “family member” he showed up 2 days later to fix the issue and surpassed all my expectations. Ask for Omar!!

The Western Rooter bid for a new gas line was $1,000 less than another bid. Work crew from Western were very professional. Completed the work in one day and left my property in good shape.

One thing I liked very much was the guarantee on the work provided. The plumber Ruben junior arrived looking very neat and before anything diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair quote and was ready to work ASAP! I appreciate all the communication with their staff and their honesty. I will be calling them for any future repairs.
