Jesse was very friendly and communicative and worked extremely efficiently. He told us exactly what to expect and he lived up to those expectations. Our previous plumbing company did not even answer my emergency call. Jesse came two days before Christmas and finished everything. I have a new Company now. High Speed Plumbing!

The work truly lives up to their name. Great and speedy service. Had busted old pipes from the 30s (house is on raised foundation) and they were quickly assessed and replaced within a day. Highly recommend Christian Delgadillo, he will get the job done!

I have a laundry drain that was backing up and out of several plumbers I called, Hi Speed was one of the first to respond with an immediate appointment time available. Their quote was very competitive as well. The technician Chris arrived on time. He inspected the clog and cleared the drain in about 30 mins. Mike and Bryan/Ryan (Forgot name my bad) both came and resolved the issue I was having extremely fast and when they didnt have tool to fix the rest of the home they didnt charge me until work was completed which gave me peace of mind. The person who serviced the gas leak detection is Juan. He is punctual and respectful. He knows what he is doing and explain to me the process if there is a gas leak or not by showing me the gauge meter.The quality of work is excellent. I live a couple of hours away and needed to find a plumber close to my elderly dad. I looked up plumbers on the internet and was impressed with the High Speed Plumbing website. I called and spoke with a very nice young lady. My dad had someone at his house replacing a water heater within 1.5 hours. I spoke with my dad after and he was very impressed with Jonathon and his knowledge of what needed to be done. I received numerous texts updating me from Jonathon on the status of the service call. Highly recommend High speed plumbing! We had a blocked main line, called several plumbers who overcharged, didn’t show, and said we needed other unnecessary services that cost thousands. We finally called HSP, they got us an appointment same day, within a couple of hours. Jonathan Pineda was on time, very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, communicative , and assessed the issue quickly. Had all the tools to unblock and run a camera in a short period of time. Didn’t overcharge or offer other services we didn’t need, and explained everything along the way. Give us great advice to avoid future issues and maintain a clear line. Even though it was not a inexpensive repair and it took them longer to get the pipe from the specialty store than to fix the problem! We are thankful and very happy with their service, Ron was curtious and polite.. They fixed a problem that our Home Shield home warranty COULD NOT!! I am happy, my clients are finally able to enjoy their home, and the gas leak was located and repaired within a couple of hours!!

I could not be more happy and satisfied with the work that this company did for me and my family. Within an hour of identifying a water leak from the main water line to my home, I spoke to Juan by phone who was very courteous and helpful and he dispatched Donald who showed up promptly and quickly located the issue and repaired a potentially dangerous and disruptive situation for my family. Even after the extensive digging and pipe repair outside of my home, Donald came inside and helped me with a small nagging leak beneath my kitchen sink. I initially sent out an email asking if I can schedule an appointment, which went unanswered for about 2 days. Then I decided to call them, and things moved extremely fast. I called at around 8am and they scheduled me for same day at 10am. The guy arrived on time and fixed my clogged shower in less than 30 minute. So I guess, call them instead of sending an email? In general though, amazing service

I had my washer filter clogged and i had to clean it but the problem was that i live in a tri level and my washer driver are stacked inside a little door. so difficult to work with. Called high speed plumbing and they came through in 20 minutes to assess the situation. Chris gave me a reasonable price and carried out the dryer out of this room and got beneath the front load washer and removed the filter. my washer is working fine now! no need to buy a new washer! thanks Chris and higu plumbing! two thumbs up and highly recommended!

The technician came to fix a leak under the bathroom sink. It turned out to be a faulty valve. So he replaced the valve and reconnected the hose, but then the hose started to leak and I was told that the hose needed to be replaced. But I said to the technician that the original leak was not from the hose and he acknowledged that. So to me, the technician must have damaged the hose when he reconnected it to the new valve. And yet they charged me another sixty dollars for replacing the hose. I have used this company a few times and they are not cheap. But after this time, I won’t be using them anymore!

He saw the problem and got the part and fixed it right away. He did a great job.

I’ve used High Speed Plumbing for years after several bad experiences with other companies. They’re super reliable, the technicians are personable and professional, and they never nickel and dime or try to make the problem more expensive to solve than it needs to be.

Chris came to our residence within 15 mins & re-lit our water heater! He was very professional and helpful in explaining how to re-light it over the phone after we turned it off on after seeing a large flame and turned it off since wanted to be sure that we weren’t going to blow up the house by leaving it on. He was willing to stop by again but we ended up figuring it out! Thank you so much! I recommend this company for any water heater needs!

This is the third time rely on High Speed Plumbing and it will definitely not be my last. Thei technicians are prompt, courteous, professional, but .most of all capable. This time it was Donald who came to my rescue in identifying multiple sources of leaks under my sink and replacing my faucet while resolving the other issue. The amount charged for the service call was also very reasonable.

High speed was able to get to my business within 2 hours of calling. Donald arrived and was extremely professional and took care of the issue in a timely manner while keeping the job clean and tidy while working. Will definitely use this company for future work.

Had John Howe come by for a maintenance call and his prompt responses with expert professionalism was highly appreciated. Unfortunately, High Speed plumbing was my 2nd call. The first guy to arrive said the whole toilet... seat and tank needed to be replaced, and it would cost $$$$. I believed it was the flapper valve, so I sent them on their way. Ron, and his helper Jaime, arrived from High Speed... took a look, told me its your flapper valve... and itll cost $$. 10 minutes later they were done and gone. Solid, respectful, and professional!!!

John, Service Manager was very knowledgeable, professional and a very pleasant gentleman. He assessed our plumbing issues and recommended that a restoration company come out and access the water damage due to ongoing toilet/piping issue from our upstairs restroom. Its been running into our kitchen cabinet downstairs. Luckily, our home insurance guy called while the John was still here. Despite their phone service messed up and scheduled me for a different day. When I called because no showed up at the time I requested, Jose said he would take care of the problem and will get me one of two plumbers in my area as soon as they finish the job they are on. Matt called me with an ETA and arrived sooner than he said. Matt was able to get the foreign object from my toilet in less than 10 minutes and now the toilet works like it is supposed to.Great job and great customer service!

I had a mainline blockage and of course it happened without warning, while all my children were home for the holidays.When I called, they scheduled a plumber to respond in two hours and he showed up on time. Christian responded and I must say I was very impressed. He’s very professional and respectful. Even though I have an easily accessible clean out, the riser was filled with standing water so it was difficult to know if the snake was fed in the correct direction. He worked okay it and vacuumed out the standing water. He then had it snaked in no time at all. He remained on site while I ran multiple fixtures to make sure there was no restrictions. The drain worked perfectly.Christian earned my trust and I highly recommend them!
