Absolutely the best. Theyre honest, careful with their work, and very reasonably priced. They take the time to explain any issues they find and lay out the cost/benefits of the different options.When they finished, they left everything clean and put back in the proper locations. Well definitely use them from this point forward. Seriously, 5 stars is simply not enough for Greg or this company.

Incredible, amazing service by ProFix Drains & Hydro Jet. I called on a Saturday morning about a leaking/pooling storm drain in our front yard and Greg and one of his wonderful crew members came out the same day a few hours later to look at the issue . They checked our storm drain and sewer, which both ended up looking okay, but having professionals like Greg and his team come out to give it a thorough look over gave us great peace of mind. He is one of the nicest guys Ive ever met and 100% genuine. I will definitely be using Greg and his company from here on out when it comes to any plumbing needs at our home.

Our water heater died and we needed a replacement ASAP. Greg reached out and on a Sunday he came by to look at the problem. We knew our dinosaur of a heater was on its last legs, so a new one was ordered. Within 24 hours, Greg and Manny had the new one replaced and up and running. SUPER pleased with the work that was done. FAST! Polite! Respectful of our neighbors! They take pride in their work, and they should... They did a great job!

Greg came out and diagnosed a dishwasher leak in my home, turns out the kitchen sink had a clog. Greg was very professional, on time, responsive and friendly, did a great job! I will use them again if I need plumbing services.

Extremely HONEST! This is what you need in a plumber. THIS IS the plumber you need to hire. NOW! Some other plumbers were saying a camera inspection was needed and will cost $399 to $699 and a sign of a bigger issue which could be a much larger investment. Greg explained and gave me solid reasons why a camera inspection was not necessary, saving me the ost of an unnecessary diagnosis. He also explained what it most likely was. Its no surprises that the quote I received from Greg was among the lowest. Thank God for people like Greg. We need more people like him in this world. We really do.

Showed up on time and had my drain (washing machine) cleared in 20 minutes. Showed me exactly what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Stayed to verify the drain was clear and functioning. Will definitely be calling them again for other plumbing issues.

I contacted ProFix out to my property to replace my water heater that had a major leak coming from the Bottom of the tank, Greg arrived on time, very professional and knowledgeable about his craft he explained different things about the heaters that I never had a clue about which was great, and how to maintain my heater in the future to give it a longer life span, he had me up and running with hot water in about 2 hours from start to finish I highly recommend ProFix for any of your plumbing needs !
