I send a message for an estimate for my toilet had backed up into the tub. I expected an extended delay. They were extremely responsive and said they could have someone come within hours and give an estimate for drain cleaning. They were able to come sooner than expected. I was charged for a sewer line cleaning and snaking my tub. Samuel and Lourdes were professional, had shoe coverings and were cleaning as they went. Samuel is personable, knowledgeable and professional.

I saw on Google they had many great 5 star reviews plus they are in the city I live in and that means a lot to me. I called and they were here quickly and now I dont have to share my bathroom with my boyfriend anymore which is the best outcome ever. Lol! This is by far the BEST service Ive ever experienced with a plumber/contractor, and I have worked with a few. From beginning to end, Samuel was very attentive in listening to the problems/issues I had an offered solutions and answered every questions positively and clearly. He patiently listened to my rant about all the bad experiences and never said one negative thing about other contractors and focused on the job at hand. He not only showed up early but throughout the process was responsive, prompt and the level of professionalism for Samuel and his crew should be an example for all licensed contractor. I was already impressed with my interaction with him during our 1st meeting, his proposal was thorough and detailed all of the parts he will included where and how he would installed the unit but the actual installation blew me away!Ive already in contract with another contractor to convert a room in our house to an ADU however when the city insist we put a separate water heater dedicated to the ADU; the contractor told me that it would take a solid 4 days to install and couldnt get to it for another 2 weeks. When I told them that Ive found a plumber to handle it, they came back to me with $1,000 less and suddenly can do the project this Sunday and be done by Monday when normally dont work on weekends.Ive decided to go with my instinct against my urge to save $1,000; and I am so glad I did. Samuel and his crew showed up Saturday morning as promised, 3 trucks outfitted with impressive equipments, a crew of almost 10, and Samuel was on his headset with his crew that was working under my house. Ive never seen anything like it, everybody in my house was so impressed and this is super hard to do as we are a bunch of perfectionist. It turns out Samuel is one of us!!! To my surprise again, Samuel texted me saying that hes done in one day when his original estimated of completion was Monday. He texted with me throughout the day, asking me if its okay to turn off the water for a couple of hours giving me a chance to let everybody know ahead of time and promptly turned the water on as promised, again, this is so unbelievable.Afterwards, the crew cleaned up everything which was also unusual as most of the time I ended up having to double and triple clean any area any contractors have worked on my house not to mention they often damage things that I ended up having to replace. Samuel also fix my gate and the cleanout drain in another area of the house not even related to the project without charging me more. Again, unbelievable... and even though he didnt charge me, he did it fantastically as if it was a paid job. Throughout the process, the job was executed professionally, flawlessly and is worth every penny. I would work with Samuel again no doubt and I would HIGHLY recommend Samuel for anyone who is on the fence about hiring him. I would RUN AND BOOK him NOW!!!!

Sam and Rodis were the best. They brought with them an extremely tough and sophisticated equipment which bore through whatever it was that was clogging our washing machine and kitchen drains. It was amazing watching them and the equipment go to work. They were also very professional. They laid some floor covering from our front door to the patio, where the washing machine was, in order to protect our laminate flooring. Now, we dont have a million dollar home, but this act of protecting our floors showed respect to us as homeowners and had us completely awed. Their price was also very reasonable. I was charged more by that awful man from Angi who was at our house the day before. That man told us, after realizing that he was in over his head and after having worked for more than an hour in our kitchen and washing machine, that he only replaced faucets. That man left our kitchen in a big mess. Sam and Rodis arrived an hour and a half early while the other guy was thirty minutes late. I had a great experience! There was water coming out from the ceiling and wall from the sink upstairs and wasnt sure of the exact cause. Called them and they were able to schedule us in a few hours after the call. They came promptly and went right to work troubleshooting and getting the work done. Samuel was very informative and made sure I knew what was going on. They also provided us with photos and videos, which was nice. I liked the work Samuel and team did on that project so when I had a very serious water leak they were the first ones I called. They did a fantastic plumbing job and drywall replacement. The gas company came by and told me that I had a gas leak and turned off the gas. They could not find the source of the leak. Instead of repairing the leak, I decided to replace the entire gas line of my 80+ year old house so that another leak wouldnt happen again. Rooter and Beyond Plumbing gave me the lowest estimate. More importantly, they gave me confidence that the job would be done right. The price didnt change and the job was done quicker than estimated. Communication was frequent with time of arrival, pictures of the progress(under the house) and status of the work. Samuel explained what was to be done very clearly. He has 25+ years of experience and the quality of the work was excellent. Also, he was friendly and easy to talk to. His assistant was also hard working. It was a dirty job under the house and they cleaned up after their work. His vehicle is prepared for practically any unexpected problem. When the job was done, the gas company came and the job passed the first time. I now feel confident that my house is a lot safer for years to come. I definitely hired the right company to fix this potentially dangerous problem.

Samuel was responsive and very honest from this clean out issue that we have dealt with for about 1 year. Every time I had a plumber come we were told a hydro key was needed. I had the good fortune of being introduced to Samuel a few years back by our contractor during a kitchen renovation that required relocating and updating our tankless water heater system. After many bad experiences with plumbers in the past, Samuel was a breath of fresh air and we were absolutely impressed with his work from the start. He was knowledgeable, punctual, his work professional and meticulous. He worked extended hours each day to insure we were not inconvenienced. This job later evolved into some waste line upgrades and once again, his work was excellent. Since that time, I have used his services on at least a handful of occasions and most recently, a complete kitchen sink renovation for my mothers house. He worked about 12 hours non-stop to make sure he finished the job and even sourced tile that would match her kitchen tiles that are about 40 years old. I have a pipe broken that’s horrible we don’t have water for 2 days, I found them after searching a lot different companies, them Samuel come to my house I feel comfortable with him because he knows what he is doing, explaining what is my options and recommendations what is the right way to do the work, he take time for check it out what was the problem he give a reasonable price. The Gas Company tagged my gas meter and said I had a gas leak. I needed to get this repaired quickly since my gas was shut off. I called Roter and Beyond on Friday afternoon and they were out here first thing Saturday morning. They had everything fixed the same day (40 ft of line replaced) and they even repaired the concrete areas that they had to cut out to make the repairs. I did not expect them to do that. I definitely recommend them, and will use their services again.

Samuel and his team initially came out and diagnosed the pipe leak under our house. I hired him after having 3 other plumbers come out and give me an estimate. By far was the most thorough. His estimate included things that were going to become a problem later if not addressed then, which I really appreciated. The day he showed up to do the job he built a fortess around my pool to keep dirt out. His team was super clean in and out of the my home. They use walkie talkies to communicated while under the house, keeping noise to a minimum. About a month later I had him come back and replace a toilet, kitchen sink faucet, all the hose bibs around the exterior.

Words cant express the amount of gratitude I have for Samuel. He really saved my night. We had a broken water pipe in the backyard and it was gushing everywhere 🤦‍♀️. He came out quick and handled the problem. I will definitely be using them in the future.
