Jaime R. was my service technician. He was AWESOME! He was attentive and listened to my concerns. He explained the process. He wore shoe covers as requested. He cleaned my AC unit. My filter was replaced. I was very impressed. I am very happy with everything. I am grateful that I purchased with Service All Stars.

We had a service done on our 2 mini splits before the summer starts.Leo was amazing! He did a complete diagnostic of out systems and did full maintenance that included topping off our coolant and adding some UV protecting tape that had deteriorated.He was in and out in a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend!

Service All-Stars was very good about getting back to us when our AC stopped working and they were able to come within one day of us calling. Our technician, Josue Lopez, was excellent. He was very thorough, concise, and explained everything that he was doing and everything that he found. He walked us through his findings with pictures and explanations of what was going on. We appreciate everything that he was able to do to help us get our air conditioner up running once again. We look forward to using this service again if we ever have to do so.

Nolvin and Jaime were thorough, friendly, and professional. They did a great job keeping the workspace clean while deep cleaning the units and doing some plumbing. They explained what they were doing and resolved my issue with a loud pump on one of my units. Omar, Elmer and team was great. They were efficient and you could tell they knew what they were doing. I continued to check their progress throughout the day and I could tell they took pride in their work. Looking what my old unit looked like to the new. There was a huge difference. They insulated the room my my A/C unit is held in very well. Once they were done, they check to see if I had any questions and showed me how to use my new thermostat. Omar and his team was very professional and I would recommend them.

Josues customer service during a service visit was amazing. Our AC was not cooling correctly and he was able to find the issue within minutes. We scheduled the actual service and got our AC fixed right away. He even proposed advice on how to help maintain our unit better and suggestions on how to cool our upstairs. I think he even went above and beyond to clean around the areas of our units so that dust wont be an issue. 10/10 experience!

Leo and Marco came and helped me with my HVAC unit maintenance and repair and installed a dishwasher. They went above and beyond. They stayed until the job was done and cleaned up behind themselves. They were polite and pleasant to spend the day with. We have been working with Sal for years since he installed the unit and look forward to working together for many more years. Thank you! Thank Goodness for Google ,My Heater went out on a cold night , I browsed for the nearest HVAC company and Service All Stars popped up. I decided to give them a try and they were fast to reply and were able to provide help with emergency service . They send out a technician by the name of Leo . He was very helpful and explained to me my current situation. He was able to provide solutions for me and my family .We went with the repair and now me and my family are warm and cozy!Thank you Leo for bringing comfort to my home .

The office recently contacted me for a routine service call on my HVAC unit as well as my tankless water heater. Leo came out and was great. He was respectful of my space, explained every step, asked if I had any concerns, and cleaned up after himself. He was very courteous and provided a great service all around as well as recommendations and a suggested schedule for future routine maintenance.

I had a 40 year old furnace that I figured couldnt be fixed.Called these guys and got a repair appointment next day. Eric was very polite, helpful and gave me the bad news that I needed to replace it. We talked options and he went and found me a new unit that met all of my requests at a very reasonable price.The next day (today), Nolvin and Brandon came out to install the new unit. They were very polite, layed down tarps all the way from the door to the unit and worked diligently to do a very professional install and cleaned up after themselves.Of course they ran the unit, walked me through all the features and demonstrated the new thermostat.I am so happy!

They came to my door step and did a free diagnostic. Told me what was wrong with the system and have me a fair price. The system had additional parts bad and didn’t charge me extra. Nolvin did the repair for the unit it took nine hours but it has been done right and I’m really satisfied. I will recommend them to my neighbors.

We got great service from Service All-Stars. They scheduled an appointment for us quickly, and were great with communication when the Technician was on their way. Our Technician Josue Lopez was excellent! He diagnosed the issue we were having, and gave us a few options and price points to go with. He did outstanding work and had us up and running again quickly. Great service all around!

The condenser in my A/C unit started started having an issue where it would cycle on and off repeatedly. After a restart, it ran just fine, but after a few hours the cycling would start .I arranged to have Service All Stars come out to look at it. Their technician, Joshua, arrived and the first thing he point out was that my condensation pan was full of water. He immediately made the determination that I had a refrigerant leak, and the solution was to replace my entire unit for $8K. Short of that, he recommended I add refrigerant and a sealing gas, and enroll in their service plan, all for $1400. He never questioned why there was standing water in the pan, didn’t perform any testing or diagnostics, didn’t check the levels of the refrigerant before claiming that I needed more, and didnt measure the temperature of the air going in and coming out of the unit. Feeling uneasy, I opted for just adding some refrigerant for $475 and hoped for the best.He watched me empty the condensation pan myself, apparently un-phased by the fact it wasn’t draining on its own. When I finished, he added a squirt of refrigerant (literally), turned on the unit, and then released some refrigerant. I attempted to take pictures but he became very uncomfortable, saying I didnt need to take pictures, and that he had a problem with people looking over his shoulder or getting too close. He said I would get full documentation after his visit by email anyway, which I never did.At that point, the unit seemed to be working fine so he wrote up an invoice and I paid. Before he left, he asked me to review him on Yelp while he waited. I did not.Several hours after he left the unit fell into exactly the same behavior as before. I noticed that the condensation pan was full of water again, and then it hit me - why wasn’t it draining? Was it clogged? Was *that* causing my issues? Luckily, I was able to clear the drain myself, and the unit has been working perfectly ever since. The condensation pan has remained empty as well.In the end, I was charged for something I didn’t need, and I diagnosed and fixed the real problem myself.The next morning, I called and gave the company a chance to make things right. Instead of apologizing or admitting any error, the owner defended their work and explained that they don’t need to test equipment. He claimed they have so much experience they can look at equipment and immediately determine whats wrong with it and whether or not it needs to be replaced. This, after learning his tech couldnt even properly diagnose a clogged drain.

Just wanted to comment on how great the Service All Stars were with installing my new AC & furnace unit. Ron was my initial contact and was the first contact I had with Service All Stars and it was excellent. Ron was very professional and clearly understood my needs. He was able to get me exactly what I needed without the upselling and sales pressures that the previous 3 companies tried when they quoted me. This was a major reason choosing them. Their installation team of Jorge, Luciano, and Brain were actually earlier than the set time and very efficient and professional. Due to prior installation issues the job ran late. The installation team was aware that I took a day off from work to be present and offered to work into the night to finish the installation so that I did not have to take a second day off. This was greatly appreciated and a great example of their attention to customer service and satisfaction.

What a great experience with an excellent team! I live in London so when our 20-plus years old heater died I had to manage from afar. High online ratings led me to Service All-Stars. They scheduled and executed the job lickety-split, without cutting any corners. As my tenant said: They really did an excellent job. The All-Stars were unusually pleasant people: Ernest went the extra mile: explaining my options, coordinating with my tenants for access; all with charm and humor. Susan was helpful and courteous, and Katrina and Evelyn were efficient. I plan to use them again for my AC. Now I know why this team gets so many five-star reviews. They really try harder, and succeed. This was excellent customer service. Trying to find service this good from so far away can really be a headache. Im really grateful this went so well.

Service All-Stars are fortunate to have such hard working individuals on there team. They are truly an assess to the company.

DO NOT use this company unless you want poor service and unresponsive management. Installed defective equipment and promised repair within 3 months. It is almost 1 year later and after numerous phone calls and broken promises, I feel obligated to warn others. In addition to not replacing the noisy part, they have not scheduled the inspection that I have paid for...it is in the contract. Their name should be Sevice NO-STARS. It is noteworthy that most of the more recent reviews are poor....a once good company can decline.I emailed you at noon today, February 17..

This company takes advantage of elder customers. Called for a service before anything could be discussed. The thermostat was already placed on the wall. Once asked the response was we can remove it. Charge 650 to put a thermostat on the wall. Guy is a scam artist stay clear from this company I will also be opening an investigation with the BBB regarding multiple comments of elders being takin advantage by these sales rep coming g out.

The guys came in the evening the same day we called them and installed the heater in just a few hours. They were very friendly and professional. They laid down floor protection and cleaned up very well at the end. Joey is excellent technician!! He is very friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection of my heater and when he found the problem, he explained to me clearly the cause of the problem. In this case the problem was just gas was simply shut off. He charged me reasonably.

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as they were able to come out next day. However, the service wasn’t anything special. AC was blowing hot air, came out a reset my main breaker. Charged me almost $500 for them to come out flip a switch, which still didn’t solve the problem. Was recommended that I replace the capacitor and compressor for 3k. This company totally tries to upsell you once they come out. Luckily I have a friend whose in the HVAC business and he was able to replace the capacitor for $120 parts and labor. Total scam!

The installation of my mini split system was bumpy but we got through it. The A C unit works well for about an hour then the whole system shuts down. I have made numerous calls and requested the Compressor be replaced or for someone to come out and do the necessary repairs. Each time we talk to the Technician he makes some lame excuse about us overworking the system, which we hardly use???

They were able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. Arrived timely (5 mins after appointment time, LA traffic, what can you do). Fixed the problem in one appointment, price was reasonable. Thanks!

The owner should be ashamed for worst customer service, he “sal” was interrupting me and didn’t let me explain the issue properly which didn’t lead to a resolution. Seriously don’t waste your time. Not on time, big waste of money and effort. Not professional at all, didn’t come to see the ac unit and told me everything is included. Turns out nothing is included except the headache trying to get answers.

I just had noticed that your state licenses had been suspended. It appears now they have been reinstated. You may see it as harassment, I see it as reminding you of the condition of your state license. Some contractors dont check the status of their license often enough to know.

Another company wanted $1300 to perform the same service that Service All Stars charged $495.

The last air condition guy to come to my house was from service Allstar they were very thorough they showed me exactly what theyre going to do in my home from laying out drop cloths to how the job was going to be systematically executed at first I was a bit apprehensive because I know nothing about Heating and Cooling but Ron was kind patient and walk me through everything step-by-step I felt very comfortable understood a hundred percent more dealing with him then dealing with the prior people my air conditioning works fine I would recommend that anybody in need of air conditioning please see service Allstar

We had an old leaky valve from our curb to the house and i was collecting estimates -- which is like herding cats. Marco from All-Stars came out, provided a reasonable repair estimate and was ready to make the repairs that afternoon.Marco was very polite and skilled. He worked until the 10pm hour. The job was tedious but he saw it thru. Hes a great asset to this team and I highly recommend All-Stars for your home plumbing repairs.

This is the worst company out there! I can’t believe they’re still in business! I’ve had so many problems and issues with them and just now I’m finding out from the gas company who just finished replacing my gas meter, that service all stars did something they shouldn’t have which was to tap into their bypass T (property of gas co), by attaching and installing the piping that goes to the furnace from the outside, to the gas units line or side. They didn’t even connect the pipe right by screwing it together! Instead they just glued it on! The gas company employee told me it was all a horrible and Mickey Mouse job and he would’ve been infuriated and filing multiple complaints! In addition to this, every time I’ve needed their service they send me techs lacking knowledge and who are unfamiliar with the April air system and end up jamming the wrong filter in the device!

I called Service All Stars Plumbing, Heating and Air Comfort to fix my heater. Josue came out the same day. He accessed the problem and explained everything very carefully to me. He searched for and found the part I needed and returned the next day. He installed it and washed the coils in about an hour. He did an excellent job. Im more than satisfied. Regarding the price, I cant say whether they were higher, lower, or about the same as others because Im not familiar with this. But in all I highly recommend them.

Was a bit nervous when I started searching for a company to install ac in my home. With so many companies charging so much for something that is not worth it, I didn’t know how to go about it. So I started calling around to see what’s up. I came across this company and was suddenly pleased I tell you!! The secretary’s at the office where so nice and had great customer service the few times that I called (customer service is a biggie for me). So I set up an appointment and they sent out Cord so I can get an estimate. He was very polite and had great personality! I ended up contracting them since he went over everything with me and showed me the different prices, I really liked that! He sent out his guys and they installed the ac and they were so professional! They cleaned up after themselves and when they were done it was like they had never been here from how cleaned they left my house. Thank you guys so much for the great service! I was having problems with my air conditioner and heating unit and my brother told me about service all Stars and how good their work is, he gave me Rons name and number and Ron came out and told me my system was an old system and gave me a good price on a good system, I asked him if it will work and he told me service all Stars takes their work and product seriously and leaves custermers happy. Duncan really helped us out. On a cold and rainy day, our HVAC was cycling on and off before reaching the desired temperature. Duncan quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem (low refrigerant), staying at the house until he was confident the system was fixed. Professional, friendly and competent. Definitely recommend.

We have been dealing with this company for over three months now. They are extremely unprofessional. I would give them zero stars if I could. If you are looking to get a job done that requires a permit, stay away! They informed us multiple times that the permit will take 3-4 days to receive. One week after the completion of our A/C unit we contact them asking about the status of our permit and they say they will look into it and call us back, 3 days later I call them again and they tell us that they will call us back, 3 days later, same story. This went on for over a month before they scheduled an appointment for the inspector. Finally the city inspector shows but Service All-Stars doesnt show up. We sit around for another week waiting for them to contact us. No one calls. We initiate another call and they say they will look into it and call back. Again, no one calls. 2 days later I call again, they start asking me questions about the inspector that came. Then realize we need another inspection. They schedule another inspection with the city on a Saturday. This time no one shows up and no one calls. On Monday I call Service All-Stars and it turns out the city rescheduled but no one let us know. Now we wait another 3 days. The city comes out but Service All-Stars doesnt show up. We call Service All-Stars and they said they will let their rep know not to come over anymore since the city inspector is now gone. One hour later the service All-Stars rep comes over anyway. Were confused. She asks us what the City inspector said. We told her what he told us but it was very technical and no one told us we should be taking notes while the inspector is there. She said she will contact the city and call us back to set up a time for them to fix the corrections the city needs. Its been a week and no one has called us back...Here we go again initiating another call. Like I said, extremely unprofessional service. We have no idea what is going on and it has been well over 3 months of us calling them for status updates. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

This company installed an air condition for me in March, but the system was installed incorrectly causing all kinds of problems. The system is still under warranty and the company refuses to honor it. This is the worst ran company I have ever seen, and good luck to anyone they may come in contact with.

Worst company weve ever dealt with. After installation we discovered that they improperly installed the a/c unit. They made several errors when installing this unit and will not come back to fix their mistake. We have been calling them and they have been avoiding sending someone to our home to make the corrections. They took our money and suddenly became unreliable.
