We had a clog and needed help fast-- thank goodness for Greg who answer the call and send us right away his team friend also Greg, he came out quickly, did a thorough investigation and detected the problem. I had quoted before and it was way different my savings. Most importantly, he was able to fix the problem. Greg gave us options, and I never felt pressured into paying for a service I couldnt afford. Our main sewer line, from our house out to the city line, about a 70 foot distance, was clogged. The problem was that tree roots grew into the earthen pipe and ruptured the pipe in several places. We had a temporary fix but the problem would return in a few month. We needed to install a liner inside the broken earthen pipe. We got several estimates. However, The Drain Doctor Pro was the most promising. Greg came out the same day and explained the procedure. He ran a camera through the damaged sewer and took pictures the same day. He then used a rotor water jet cuter to clean out all the roots from the pipe and gave us a six month warranty. Answered phone when I called after 5 pm. Set up appointment for next day to give estimate before I left for work the next morning. At that time in the morning then set up an appointment to do the repair when I got home from work in the afternoon that same day. And at the estimate appointment , he did a temporary fix in the morning so family had water because I had to shut off the main water supply due to nature of leak. On time for both appointments. Answered all my questions before during and after the work. Bottom line, easy to work with and quality work!
