RPB has been taking care of my moms house it seems like forever! From retired employees to new ones, the great service continues on! R.P.B. Plumbing will provide an expert equipped with knowledge and enough of whatever is required to do an excellent job. Our problem occurred after hours and Richie arrived shortly after our call and was highly professional and friendly, as well. This was not our first call of the day to a plumber. A competitor spent quite a while trying to clear the drain to no avail. They suggested that I needed to do an expensive job! I politely declined the suggestion and called R.P.B. Plumbing. The next time they will be my first and only call!

RPB Inc. recently installed a new HVAC system in my mothers home in Cerritos and they did a wonderful job - we could not be more happy! I found them through my moms local parish bulletin and chose them after considering estimates from HD, Costco and 2 other local, independent providers. RPB prices were very competitive but its the service that stands out for us.Jason and his team were very courteous, attentive, reliable, and responsive. We also chose to remove asbestos in the attic ductwork and install a whole new duct system. The third party abatement team worked out really too and Jason was there to coordinate and supervise their work. And working on the estimates, permits, and payments with Robyn in their main office, was excellent experience as well.All in all, were extremely happy and satisfied with RPB and Im glad that I chose to go with a local, family-owned business because they took excellent care of our new HVAC installation project. We LOVE RPB! They are courteous and efficient. Weve called them for a number of plumbing issues (clogged sinks, toilet installation, repiping, water main repair...). Tammy (the dispatcher) is on top of things and makes sure we know when to expect the technician. She is super friendly and considerate. The technicians Richie and Jason are wonderful! Theyre both courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They havent tried to sell us pricey upgrades or price gouge us. I highly recommend RPB!!!

Wow... just wow! Landlord called first thing in the AM, I got a call from them immediately after that with a same day appt window, then they called back and said oh, we actually can get someone out there sooner, is that ok? - uh, yeah it is! LOL! Ritchie showed up and was clean, super professional, kind and the repair was completed in less than an hour! Super awesome company/service!
