Wayne was incredible, from his very quick response, showing up within an hour on Friday late afternoon, to his VERY detailed investigation into our complicated issue. He recommended other people to look into our situation, and walked us through all our different options, and really giving me a better sense of how the electrical system of our new house is working and its condition. Were still figuring out what were going to do but I wouldnt hesitate to work with Wayne and recommend him to everyone.

Wayne is absolutely the best. When my husband and I purchased a house we found that it needed a lot of electrical work before it was safe to move in (notably the panel needed to be replaced because it was known defective). Wayne was always on time, worked through a Saturday to make sure the job got completed quickly, and even threw in a couple freebies when he saw some things (like outlet covers) that werent up to code. He walked us through everything he did and why, showing us photos of what the wiring looked like before and after his work. His prices were beyond fair and he handled all permitting. He clearly takes pride in his craftmanship and Im glad we found a trustworthy electrician.

Our Garbage Disposal and Dishwasher stopped working Sunday evening. We dont have a go-to electrician so at 7am I started calling to try and get someone out here today. On the third call I got very lucky. Wayne at Burbank Electrical said he would be here between 1-2pm and as promised, was here by 2pm. Wayne was courteous, professional and a great communicator. His prices were reasonable and we now have a go-to electrician! We couldnt have been happier with Waynes work. He could have raked us over the coals with the problem we had but instead, he told us what our issues were and got us back up and running without breaking the bank!

Wayne was quick to respond, on-time to all appts, and super friendly. I wanted to add level 2 charging to my garage which already had a sub-panel at 40Amps. Ideally, I wanted to get 50Amps into the sub-panel to make the most of the charger. He immediately checked the gauge of the wire coming in and stated it shouldnt be a problem to update the main panel breaker to 50 and go from there. Saved me serious $$ in trying to rewire from the main panel with a 1 min check. He gave me some other pointers and explained some of the permit process so I was able to apply for that myself. Work was completed within an hour a couple weeks later from the estimate and passed inspections without a hitch.Will definitely recommend Wayne and his team for any electrical work at my home and others!
