Electric Universe CA

Had a major remodel in my house just before Thanksgiving. Because of the holiday season the city gave me hell with permits and inspections. I had to finish everything before Christmas and I was desperate. It took me a while to research and find good electricians until I found Ross from Electric Universe. I dont know what he did, but he managed to do the impossible and finish my electrical list including permits and inspections. I thought I would never get it done in time! I am so glad Ross and his guys stepped in, Now we can truly enjoy our holidays with our newly remodeled house!

Ross and the team at Electric Universe are great. They quoted us a fair price, did good work, and went above-and-beyond to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. For example, we had some trouble with a light fixture (nothing to do with what Ross had done, just a problem with the lightbulbs wed bought). Ross did everything he could to fix it for us, including making multiple extra trips to our house. He never once made us feel like he was doing us a favor or annoyed that a simple job had become more complicated. He clearly cared about making our chandelier function perfectly, and now it does. His team was always polite, friendly, professional, and obsessive about sweeping up after themselves.

I have three small children at home. The four of us were stuck without electricity at night. Within half an hour from the time I called the tech arrived. Thanks for the devoted care!
