Action One Plumbing

Water and power wasnt working, the lit fire was off and was hoping to replace it some how. So called the guys in but as soon as the technician came in advised me replace entire water and power and the price is more than 2k. also he reviewed 5 min and took $150. what an easy job.I immediately called in other plumbing company and costed me $400 and replaced fire lit in 1 hr. I highly recommend not to use action one pluming service.

Have used this company for years and always happy with workmanship. Employees are friendly and qualified to repair everything that needed work. Counted on their help and were always available. Unfortunately, its time to move on for us. They are pricey and out of our range.

Once again action one came to my rescue, we have an older Burbank home and shower in the bathtub or separate which is very common in old Burbank homes! My shower in my bathtub plugged up at the same exact time in awful black water was coming up from the drains within a half hour Ruben was at my door to unclog drains, within a half hour he was gone, professional, clean explaining everything that he was doing and what he thought the problem was and how much he thought it would cost before he started! Did not enjoy working with this company. Overcharged for basic services and when I asked for a cost breakdown with materials, he got all bent out of shape about it. I also asked them to quote me on a job under the house to repair a pipe, and they tried to pressure me into doing it over the phone, charging nearly 3 GRAND TO DO SO. I hired another plumber the next day, who did the job for 1,000. Dont let them strongarm you. The work is fine, but just way overpriced for the service.

If I could do a negative stars I would, worst plumbing company that I have ever dealt with. They cut into my plumbing without my authorization and I still had to pay $100 for the service call plus $250 to install a flex line that they probably purchased at Home Depot for $10 Total rip off!!!! Be where of this company do not use unless you want to get ripped off.

They quoted one price and then it was another price. They told me it was family owned and they would give a discount.They did not pull a permit at the time of the job with the DBS and since they had to go into the alley, they were suppose to pull a permit with Public Works, they never did.They are crooks and they are not abiding by the law with their license as a licensed plumbing company

Had a problem with my water heater javier came out and replaced my tank he is so professional and very polite will recomend to all my friends thanks action one for your great service
