Laniers Plumbing & Repipe Specialists

Im a resident at one of the apartments for over a year now. For some reason, the bathroom sink backed up. And boy, was it very ripe! Picture shown below. I informed the management about the issue and acknowledged that its an emergency, which was around, 1am. Hours later, they came in at around 12pm. Within 15-20 minutes they were all done. Just like that. I felt bad I forgot to remove the stuff from the sink so they could work underneath. So, I gave them bottles of water in return for their troubles. One of the guys signed thank you in respect since they knew I am Deaf. I was impressed! Oh, and last year in April, they came in to fix my kitchen sink while I was at work. One year later, no known issues at all! Its still working like new! So glad the management called Laniers Plumbing. Im keeping their business in my Rolodex in case I move out one of these days in the future! ;-) Thanks, Laniers Plumbing! Youre all awesome!

The technicians were awesome. They arrived on time, promptly got to the job at hand, listened to my concerns, and were very thorough and professional with their work.

On time, from the voice on the phone to the two employees that installed my toilet, everyone was kind, efficient and respectful to me and the apartment.

Laniers are the best. They are trust worthy and are the only plumbers I would call. I noticed another person rating Laniers with a one star and no comment but the person I believe works at another plumbing company which I will not mention because they do not deserve to be acknowledged. Again, these guys are a family business that are honest and reliable.

Very professional crew! They did a re-pipe job in my apartment. Showed up on time, responded to all my questions. Did a very clean job and and finished everything on-time. A perfect plumbing crew!
