Jon was the hero of our Saturday. He came on short notice with professionalism and parts and fixed our guest bathroom in no time at all. We appreciate his willingness to assess the issue honestly and fix it all on-site. Reasonable pricing with exceptional delivery.

Jon is professional, timely, honest, and resourceful. I called John at 730pm one evening on a weeknight. He arrived at my house within 30 minutes. The problem i was having was not something that he had encountered before. He came back the next morning, having researched the issue, and was able to restore 100% water flow to my residence. John wouldnt stop working or researching until he fixed the problem. Normally, I would have gone through my homeowners insurance, but Im 100% pleased that I contacted Jon instead. I have continued to contact Jon for my plumbing needs and he has even replaced my water heater. I would not hesitate to recommend Jon and will continue to contact him for my plumbing needs. Called back almost right away. Gave an estimated arrival and arrived on time. He’s honest and didn’t try to con me like the previous company I called who wanted to hydrojet and charge me $600-750! Jon came in took a look at the plumbing inside went straight to snaking the clean out of the sewer line and was done quick. Just used Jon for first time... he went above and beyond! Originally I thought I would have to spend money on brand new hot water tank, but Jon realized that wasnt the problem and saved me serious dough by detecting the real problem, which saved me a ton. He was punctual, prompt and also very diligent -- pointing out a couple of other problems that could have posed a danger, and quickly remedied those things too. Great plumber, whom I will definitely be using again!

I have an old home that increasingly needs plumbing repairs. Jon is both a great plumber and a good guy. When he fixes or repairs something, he always does a thorough job and doesnt cut corners. When something doesnt need to be replaced, he lets me know it can be fixed, instead. For example, a previous plumber tried to convince me that my water heater was not worth fixing and needed to be replaced. My gut feeling was that it was worth fixing, which is when I found Jon who told me that the previous plumber probably didnt want to fix it because it was a hard to do. Jon fixed it, and my water heater is still running. When something doesnt need to be fixed, hes honest about it and lets me know. For example, I was 100% convinced that I had fried my water heaters very old recirculator because I forgot to unplug it when we had to turn our water off to get our sprinklers fixed. A few hours later, when we were able to turn the water back on, the recirculator made a strange screeching sound until I (finally) discovered where the sound was coming from and unplugged it again. John could have easily sold me a new recirculator, but instead he briefly explained why it would take more than the water being off for a few hours to damage the recirculator, and told me that the loud sound was coming from the recirculators ball bearings. Long story short, he got my old recirculator running again for just the cost of a service charge, which is a fraction of what a new recirculator would have cost me. Enough said. I highly recommend Jon whenever you need a plumber.

Our business had a clogged toilet from kids flushing paper towels. Jon came and fixed it in a timely manner. Great guy and I will definitely keep his information on had for future issues.

Jon answered our phone call at 7pm and said hed show up at 9am the next day and that he did! It was even raining. We had a leak that needed detecting and although it was raining, we were able to narrow it down to the irrigation pipes. He looked at all the pipes and discussed the next steps and then various proposals should we find the leak in different locations. He spent almost an hour outside with us discussing all of the possibilities. He was responsive, timely and very thorough. We will be using him again for all future plumbing needs. Thanks, Jon.

Highly recommended! Over the phone, I was to describe our problem to Jon and text a photo of our leaking faucet. Jon was quickly able to determine the issue and presented me with two options to consider. We agreed to an option and he was able to squeeze me into his already busy schedule. He was in and out within a half and hour, but managed to explain what he was doing enough so that I understood what was going on, and showed me his work afterwards.Ive no complaints. My experience with Jon was excellent. He responded to my inquiry very promptly and professionally & came to repair my shower nozzle/cartridge the very next day! He took the time to explain what the issue was and why it was broken and was able to have my shower up and working very quickly. I appreciate that he took time out of his busy schedule and helped me out especially during the holiday season. Great experience with Jon! He came out on short notice, and was very prompt and professional, and explained everything along the way. He came out to install a valve for our kitchen sink and took extra time fixing our water pressure issue as well as repairing a small leak. I will be definitely be calling him again for future plumbing needs.

First plumbers quoted $550 - $650, but Jon gave me an honest price over the phone and finished the job at $325. He was decent, kind, and respectful... if youre into that sort of thing. I know I am!

A few days before Christmas, our kitchen sink backed up and our dishwasher was leaking. I called a few plumbers but everyone was booked or not in their office because of the holiday. Jon picked up my call immediately and, when I told him what was wrong, he said he would come right over as theres no way I could cook for the holidays without my kitchen sink and dishwasher. He was here within the hour and had everything fixed shortly thereafter. Hes first on my list the next time we have an issue. Thank you so much for saving our holidays!

Anyone looking for an honest plumber who wont take you to the cleaners call Jon.!!!!I initially called Jon to have him install a Reverse Osmosis system in my house. Jon told me to return it. He has seen a lot of problems with them. Jon recommended me to buy the Everpure 300 system. He sent me an Amazon link and to call him after it all came in. Jon came to my house and installed the system and also tighten a few items under the sink for me. The water tastes great. I also shared with Jon about a noise coming from our water heater. Jon immediately found the problem; it was a pinhole in the copper pipe. Jon saved me from a huge flood that was about to happen in my house. Jon, once again, thank you.Edward

Cannot speak HIGHLY enough about Jon. First off, he assisted us same day. He came out and fixed our problem very promptly. Then when a few days later, the sink clogged up again, Jon came back out on CHRISTMAS EVE and fixed the problem. Dealing with the disastrous pipping give me a pain, I was lucky I have Jons Plumbing and Rooter, they are the best plumbing company in town. Jon found out the problem with my pipping, discussed me exactly what to do and fixed it immediately. I couldnt thank them enough for having them as my favorite and regular plumbing contractors. Our family used only one, and that is Jons Plumbing and Rooter.
