I’m not sure how they have such high reviews. They came to clear a bathroom sink that was clogged, which seems pretty straightforward to me. In the process, they broke the pipe under the sink. While they warned me that it was possible that the pipe might break because it was brass and 10 years old, they then wanted to charge me $500 to fix the pipe that *they* broke. They did me the favor of taping it up before they left. I’m finally getting quotes to fix what they broke, and every quote I’m getting is in the $200 range.

Danny is very polite and went above and beyond to fix my bathroom sink. Im happy with his service.They have this 30 days warranty, if it gets clogged again, they come out and fix it ... I havent heard about this from other plumbing company before.

Really like Team Rooter. Was drawn to them by the website offering a great price of only $44 to clear a clogged drain. When I called the receptionist told me that only applies to houses with easy outdoor access, which mine does not have. So I understood it may cost more.I loved that I received a text with a picture of the plumber before he arrived. He also called when he was 20 minutes away. Johnathan arrived when he said he would and immediately diagnosed that this would cost more because there is no outside access. He would actually have to open up the pipe. He gave me an estimate which was a guaranteed price, and he said if he couldnt fix it there would be no charge.He was finished in about 20 minutes. He explained what caused the clog and that it would re-occur at some point without new pipes. He gave me an estimate for what that would cost which I declined for now.The company does offer a 15% discount for veterans, which I am. All I had to do was ask.Overall, very happy with the service and I would definitely use this company again.

Called Team Rooter and was able to get an appointment next day. From my initial call, communication throughout was exceptional. One of the upstairs toilet would clog a few times here and there. A plunger would always solve the problem but something just didn’t seem right. Explained the situation and it was decided to remove the toilet and scope with a camera. A reasonable quote was provided before any work was initiated. Upon removal of the wax ring, an Oreo cookie wrapper was found stuck just below the wax ring! Of course no one in my family will confess to this egregious act lol. Having found the issue, the job was re-quoted for lower than the camera scope! Adrian the technician was friendly, clean and professional throughout the appointment. I know who I’m calling for any future plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality company offering outstanding service and very competitive prices!

I called late on a Friday night, they responded quickly and had someone at my house the next morning.They did a free estimate and then were able to replace my shower cartridge within 2 hours of their arrival.Value and upfront awareness of costs were great and fair. And they email you receipt along with photos of the work that was done for your records.Highly recommend and will use them again in the future!

Erwin showed up at my house in Simi Valley promptly.Very professional and well groomed.Had my shower drain cleared in about 20 minutes.It was severely clogged with construction debris from redoing the tile.Highly recommend, only charged $69 because it was an easy access drain.Be ready to pay a little extra if the drain is hard to access, but still worth it.

We had a great experience with this company. They sent a plumber that was so nice a knowledgeable. Got the job done! And quickly. Fair prices considering it was New Years Eve! We will definitely be calling them again. (Also the receptionist/dispatcher was the sweetest and most professional person I have delt with on the phone in many years!).

We had a slow drain issue with our kitchen sink. Had some difficulties and complication when trying to fix it. Hector came in less than one hr after the call, and quickly point out the issue and fixed everything in a clean, fast and professional manner. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Team Rooter is an honest company to do business! They take care the job warranty without a question.Three years ago they repaired my sewer line with trenchless sewer pipe replacement. Last weekend the sewer backup to bathroom again. Called their customer service, unfortunately all the serviceman are out at the time, I got a local plumber came right way to clean out the blockage. Next day called Team Rooter reported the problem, a supervisor discuss the situation with me by phone and offered sending a technician to site to investigate. Mr. James Craig came with Cam Video the next day found tree roots break into pipe through a coupler. He immediately authorized a repair job: to break the concrete, dig 3 ft down to reach and replace the broken pipe coupler. Two men crew showed up next day completed the job which could value of thousands dollars but all under warranty. A special thanks to Mr. James Craig, his is knowledgeable and friendly. His kindly smile really comforts my anxiety. I would highly recommend Team Rooter for any plumber problem because rest assure they will come back to fulfill their promise.

Desi, David, and the guys at Team Rooter are the BEST! They found so many leaks under my house while replacing the old 50s sewer pipes. Even though the job was difficult they still did the work in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. They explained everything to me and were incredibly responsive to texts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had a great experience with Team Rooter of Ventura (Simi Valley). They were professional, knowledgeable and fixed the problem same day.We had been told by another plumbing company that the drainpipe from the kitchen sink to the sewer line was broken and quoted a $13K price to fix it. We called Team Rooter to get a second opinion/quote and thank goodness we did! They came out same day, determined that the drainpipe was not broken at all and that the ACTUAL problem could be repaired for $6K!They also confirmed that the other companys recommended repair would not have fixed the problem at all and that we would have spent $13K and still not fixed it!Now $6K is still a lot of money, but we had complete confidence in Team Rooter - they traced the location of the problem with their locating equipment, showed me everything on the camera and explained every step along the way. Very nice, knowledgeable and professional guys. I’ve used them multiple times for rooter service and they got the job done perfectly. I’ve also called for estimates twice, one was so high it was laughable and the other was high because of all the up selling they pushed to do and basically said they didn’t want do the job (changing pressure regulator) without upgrading everything around it because he was afraid of bending a copper pipe.🤔I was trying to support local business and save myself the time/hassle but needless to say I’ll be doing the job myself again.

Mark came in and accessed the clean out and ran a bit of water to make sure that the blockage was further down the pipe rather than in the plumbing right underneath the sink itself. He patiently waited and showed me where it backed up. Then he snaked the drain and ran a lot more water. It was clear. He explained the entire time what he was doing. The service includes using a camera to get a visual pipe assessment afterward.

Abraham went above and beyond to fix our clogged pipe. He didnt try to upsell us and unnecessary services. They honored the coupon and his work was top quality. We had a clogged kitchen sink drain, and Abraham and his manager made sure they solved the correct problem, spending a ton of time getting to the cause of the clog. Also they ensured that they didnt damage pipes and took photos with their camera under the house. We are extremely happy with the service he provided and will definitely use Team Rooter again. UPDATE!!! Since I wrote this review, the manager “Michael “ contacted me. He honored his word to fix the problem. He sent out a new crew that acted professionally. … thank you Michael.We hired them to snake a drain in our house and they charged my mom 3000.00 dollars saying they needed to add an access point for future drainage. My mom is 88 years old and they took advantage of her age. She already had an access point. Steven the plumber is rude and a con. He then called me trying to sell another 50 year warranty for another 5k. My moms 88! Why would she need a 50 year warranty. He tried to say it would add selling value to the house. Give me a break!! Now he won’t honor the warranty and come back out and the plumbing is back out only 1 month after they they were here. They want to charge more and not honor their work.

Our repairman Hector arrived as scheduled and did a wonderful job as well as being very pleasant and professional. Leaving everything clean and picked up before he left. Price was reasonable and we would definately call them again if the need arises.

This was our first time using this company for my moms rental home. We could not have been more impressed with Bernardo and his team during this complicated and prolonged repair. Had big roots in the main drain under my house. Googled for lowest priced plumber near me and Team Rooter popped up far cheaper than anyone else at $44, which made me a little skeptical. Booked the appt. anyway and have to say I am very pleased with their service from start to finish. Got a confirmation text and email with a pic of the plumber, James, who was very professional and easy to deal with. He showed up on time, cleared the roots in about 20min. and didnt try to push other services on me that I didnt need. Based on this experience I highly recommend Team Rooter!!!

Very professional from the beginning to the end task. I left them a message on their website and they responded very quickly and in a timely manner. They sent a over their technician the next day to fix the problem and I was grateful for his quick work and how he walked me through everything he was going to fix. I will definitely use their services again.

Mike was very courteous. That is the only good thing I can say about this place. Had a main line clog and after the tech couldnt get the snake through enough he offered the camera service. Guess what? Camera couldnt get through enough to see whats going on. After that the tech and his now supervisor told me to HydroJet. They returned later that night to hydrojet and guess what... couldnt get through. This entire failed ordeal cost me a clean $200 and they didnt even try the other clean outs around the house. The supervisor tried to tell me there is a p trap in the laundry drain... he stated this thinking I dont know the basics of plumbing and that I dont know what my house has.... complete waste of money.I called a regular plumber this morning and went under the house accessed the drain and used my garden house to unclog the drain in 30min. Do yourself a favor call the guy with a beat up pickup instead of the shiny clean work vans.

Team Rooter made me feel at ease when they came for initial inspection of the problem. Then we came up with time and date for the repair work. The repair was done to my satisfaction. I will call on Team Rooter for other plumbing issues that surface.

Team Rooter person assigned to me was very efficient and did excellent job cleaning bathtub drain without creating any damage to tiles or tub. Bathtub now drains very quickly and without any trouble!

I called Team Rooter after several attempts to have my plumber of over 10 years come out and clean a drain for me. I guess he’s too busy for small jobs now since he didn’t return my call to schedule. READ this BEFORE you call Team RooterUsed Team Rooter Twice:First time - simple snake for a stopped up bathroom on January 21, 2023. Excellent employee and pleased with the work.Second Time - February 21, 2023 same bathroom. This time I called for a Jetter. A whole team arrived in three vehicles. The Jetter towed behind a truck, Team Rooter truck and private vehicle. They ran a very small red Jetter, a pretty quick in and out. Then ran a camera and there was a huge mess of toilet paper, waste, and about 47 feet into the pipes a tree root was blocking the main waste line.The manager said the fall or angle of the pipes were insufficient to drain the waste to the street. He wanted to begin repair now. I said I had a Jetter run last year and they took much longer to clean the pipes.He then packed up that little red Jetter hose and brought out a larger one. They went back in this time with a more power for maybe 7 minutes rather than 2 minutes. Ran the camera again, 100% clean pipes.He suggested a price of $3,500 to repair about 2 feet of plastic pipe under the driveway. My plumber, who is not inexpensive, a pro who was out of town for a month recently, quoted $1,500 today for this repair.Very unethical or Team Rooter!

Edwin was punctual, professional, courteous, amiable, and extremely knowledgeable in his craft! We had a clogged sewage system, and we were lucky enough to have him come as initially, the dispatcher said there was no one available until tomorrow, but then we were called back and luckily, Edwin came to the rescue! He walked us through the entire process, answering all our questions, and even gave us suggestions on how to prevent the problem we had, and other tips that were very good to have. I’ve been wanting to post this review for some time but I finally had the opportunity today. I was thankfully assisted by Bernardo Soto on a clogged drain and if it wasn’t for him I would definitely have a big issue on my hands.But wow what an awesome man! Super punctual and very friendly and transparent with his work! I will definitely let all my family and friends know about Bernardo and will continue to use his services in the future.

Team Rooter is punctual, friendly, and professional. I called them out because an extremely pungent smell was coming from our hallway closet. Desi came out to our home and found a cesspool building up under our house because our kitchen had completely disconnected from the sewer. That same day he went under and put a solution to soak up the water and smell and fixed the issue the very next day. Im extremely happy with their service.

Im the property manager for a shopping center in Gardena and we had to get some hydrojetting and some sewer work that needed to done. Bernie and Steven are amazing and they came to the rescue! They followed Covid 19 protocols, arrived on time, troubleshooted the issues and got the job done. You can tell they had alot of pride in the work that they did and were professionals. I had a contractor out at my home who attempted to install the drains under my kitchen sink. He mustve gone through 3 or so sets of kits to put it together and could not figure it out. Desi from Team Rooter came out to our home and without blinking twice was able to put it togethet the first time and we now have a working kitchen drain. Definitely worth every penny.

Team Rooter performed a camera inspection and hydrojetting of our main sewer line. The guys were on-time, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Price was the best we could find from four different estimates. Would use Team Rooter again a heartbeat!

My parents kitchen sink was at a complete stand still and the water wouldnt go down. Team rooter sent Desi and he was able to get it working again with no troubles. Left everything cleaner than he found it and I couldnt be happier with his service. 5 star service

To say we had a bad situation at the house would be an understatement. Having kids with a broken bathroom is not ideal. Called Team rooter and within an hour they were at my house. Within 2 hours I had everything back to normal. Cleaned and ready to go. Much appreciated JC for expediting the situation. Good people overall !

We initially called them to unclog a drain pipe. They recommended to hydro jet the pipes to remove the blockage and we agreed to that work (an additional $495). They told us that the hydro jet of the pipes did not work and that there was a crack in one of our pipes that had allowed roots to enter the pipe and that it needed to be removed.We reluctantly agreed to this work (an additional $1291) and a that’s when started to have an uneasy feeling about the work being done. The plumber removed and replaced the 3ft section of pipe and immediately took it out to his van. My son asked to see the pipe so the plumber went to the van and proceeded to make a phone call. When he returned with the pipe there was no visible crack in the pipe and a small bit of roots had clearly been stuffed into one end of the pipe. It was clear to us at that point we could no longer trust them.The next day they were scheduled to return and hydro jet the lines and run the camera down the pipes. I had my son watch the process, during which it was discovered that there was a broke plumbing snake in one of the pipes from a previous plumber. This was clearly the reason for the blockages. The supervisor pinpointed the location of the broken snake, a mere 3ft from the pipe that was removed. The supervisor said the only way they could remove it was to go back under the house and remove that section at an additional cost. It was even more obvious to us now that the incorrect pipe was removed and replaced.There was no effort made to correct their mistake and we decided to cut our loses and find someone else.

I was very please with their service, they were here to relocate my clean out and found two other problems that would have been very expensive. Desi, has very pleasant personality & a nice person. There pricing is reasonable an I will be using Them again for a major plumbing job that I need.

Our sink clogged on a Saturday night. I contacted Team Rooter on Yelp and they responded right away. Isaiah Alfaro came out first thing Sunday and handled everything quickly and easily. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He was also very clean in his work and made extra effort to make sure that water didn’t get everywhere. I appreciate his customer service! I had a sink in my kitchen that was clogged. This is an old house and I was really afraid of the cost. They had a special on the internet and I called them. They came and were very nice and professional and clean. They explain to me how to take care of it and maintain it. Thank you so much for your great work

The service technicians Mike and Israel were prompt, skillful and courteous. They communicated each step of the process and worked efficiently to identify the plumbing issue and propose solutions. They were professional and well equipped.

Beware. Classic bait and switch scam. Called for a clogged kitchen sink. Was told we qualified for the $44 special . They guy arrived two hours late. He said he could try for $150. No luck still clogged. He then offered us the platinum special that would definitely unclog the drain for $944. We will try a local guy with some reputation next.

Wow! Cloyd R. was absolutely amazing, and I cannot overstate how positive our experience was. Not only did we receive a prompt call after submitting an online inquiry, Team Rooter had Cloyd come on site in about an hour, where he helped talk us through all our options and explained a lot about how our plumbing system works, and the best solutions for us. We are in very tough financial times due to COVID, so he made his best effort to give us the best and most affordable options instead of trying to upsell us like other plumbing companies do. My husband and I were removing a tree from our front yard. Unfortunately, when the tree finally gave way, so did the pipe that it had it’s roots wrapped around. We called BWP who came out to shut the water off and the. Called a plaumbing company. They came out (the next day) and quoted us $1800 to replace less than 3 feet of copper pipe and a hose bib. We then called a big name company who wanted to charge me $90 just to give me an estimate. We thankfully then called Team Rooter. They sent their tech, Carlos G., out to take a look. First off, Carlos was friendly and professional. He took a look at our issue and gave us a firm estimate of $325. We couldn’t say ok fast enough. Within a half hour, the problem was totally fixed. He also moved the pipe 2 feet closer to the house, reinforced it with a second pipe and changed the spigot to a better, sturdier one. He then proceeded to wait with us while BWP came out to turn the water back on. Then he double checked his work and had us inspect everything. Before he left, he showed us where our shut off valve was (on the side of the house, buried under dirt and leaves and plants) so that in the event that anything like this happened again, we could shut the water off ourselves. I will absolutely call Team rooter again for any of my plumbing needs and I will be requesting Carlos G. By name! Very efficient and very knowledgeable! Thank you guys so much!

Technician did not ware, Mask, Gloves and or booties. Called in for the $44 With proper cleanout access (Indoor). Was told ONLY applied to outdoor cleanout. Not mentioned on website add or when making appointment. Lastly the $44 cleanout was honored.

Cloyd came and got our kitchen sink working in no time. The clog was far down but he brought out a heavy duty snake and boom it was clear. Fantastic guy and fantastic service!

First time dealing with a nasty sewer back up so I went on line and found team rooter I called early in morning and someone picked up office staff was really nice they sent out jovany was at my place with in the hour really nice guy figured out what the issue was and took care of it right away . I was charged extra $55.00 to put a camera in to see the inside of the pipe but they didn’t. The excuse was that there was water in the pipe, if so, why didI pay the fee. Tech found roots in the pipe but refused to clean it because was afraid his snake would get stock. Either not experienced enough or was pushing to get me to agree to a $495.00 water jetting!!!!

The tech that came out was very professional.He took care of our drain issue quickly.They are company that I would gladly recommend.

Four months ago, they did a great job hydrojetting my drain to 100 feet. Then using a camera to see that the clog was at a poor pipe junction. This time, the clog was deeper. He stopped at 170 feet, worried that his hose might get stuck. My drain is 270 feet, and it is still clogged.
