Very highly recommend this business! We were battling a leak in our backyard for several weeks and tried many things to figure out the problem. We placed a call to Free Flo and Patrick came out the very next day. He spent the majority of the day at our house checking everything, running to the store for parts, fixing leaks, and putting up with us hovering over his shoulder the whole time. The problem is now fixed and we can use our yard with no more flooding! We are very happy and would absolutely call again in the future if we had any other issues. Thank you Patrick!

5 star experience! I saw all of the raving reviews on Yelp and they delivered! Our master bath had a clog and wouldn’t drain. Free Flo plumbing was responsive and professional. They sent Anthony to my home, and he was great. Communication and customer service was excellent. Thoroughly impressed! I would recommend them without hesitation. Definitely going to use them again for any future plumbing issues!

Ive used Free Flo for two jobs, and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Pat and Josh diagnosed a complicated issue with my hot water system, and made some great proposals to fix with reasonable prices. The work was quick and now our system is working much better than before. I really appreciated the way Pat communicated with me and took responsibility to solve problems as they came up instead of trying to up charge with every little road bump. He also took the time to show me how the new system works, and provided great suggestions for future plumbing improvements. After this last job, Free Flo will absolutely be my first call for future plumbing needs.

We hired Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing to replace our main drain line and part of that work involved removing and installing a toilet and pedestal sink. Im no plumber, but Ive got an engineering background - so Im really picky about how work gets done to my nearly 100 y.o. home. These guys were incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and careful. They were well-prepared and organized. And Ill give a bonus star because of the superb communication. The only surprise was that I have a smile now! I very highly recommend them!

We are very satisfied with our experience with Josh at Free Flo Rooter and Plumbing. He was courteous and very communicative, making the whole process easy. We had a two fold problem with our toilet and with our washer. He was able to diagnose both issues almost immediately and create a plan. The work was done in a timely manner. So far we are satisfied!

These folks are amazing! I had an emergency gas leak and had my gas turned off on Thur evening, Ben squeezed me in on his way to another appointment Fri, and his team started the job on Sat. Their quote was the best of a few I had gotten done. They were super professional and the lead, Josh, was great to work with. He proactively communicated where they were in the process, any issues we ran into along with options on how to move forward. I’m very happy with the work and execution from this team. Any time I have plumbing issues, they’ll be the first team I call.

We first called Free Flo Rooter after moving into our home and experiencing overflowing toilets. They resolved the initial problem and made recommendations that we moved forward with. Since then they have helped us with hydro jetting, replaced the aging pipes through half the house not covered by remodeling, ran sewer scope multiple times, and finally replacing an ancient shower valve that was broken. Their responsiveness has been great through all of this work. We have seen most of their workers, and Anthony and Ben are both great to work with. Their prices are also pretty reasonable and when they agree to a job they are committed! The last shower valve replacement they did, they worked within a tiny space to avoid going through the drywall and although it was more work they did not ask for more money. It has been a great experience working with them.

A reliable, honest and punctual plumber is easier said than found these days.Nicks pricing is fair, his work is stellar - Ive used him twice now.First time, I had a new water pressure regulator and shut-off valve installed, as well as having my entire subterranean plumbing system cleaned of copper corrosion, and a leaky faucet on the side of the house replaced. Everything was done top notch, on time and on the day as scheduled. Afterwards, I noticed a slight drip still coming out of the water regulator, and Nick came right back out 2 days later to fix the problem.Second time, Nick came out to deal with a blockage in our kitchen and shower pipe lines. As always, Nick was respectful, knowledgeable, professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Definite A+ contractor.

Second time having them come out and they did an excellent job at the right price. Called other places for quotes on a sump pump float switch replacement and they offered me a reasonable price lower. Ara did a great job 👍

Everyone at Free Flo goes above and beyond. Ben and Patrick are especially helpful. The whole company are professional problem-solvers. I totally lucked out when I found them. Have been using their services for years, and need never worry when I have a plumbing issue because I know they will take care of it.

Our toilet was clogged and wouldn’t flush (super gross!), but Patrick was able to unclog with just the plunger! He also unclogged our bathroom sink. He’s amazing! This is the second time he’s helped us. He’s professional, responsive, timely, and very good. Definitely recommend him and will call Patrick in the future.

Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing is a family (brothers) own business that really does an excellent job. I have worked with many, if not all, of there employees/workers and they have always been top notch and absolutely professional. Today, met a newer employee, (Patrick) who was outstanding. Patrick was professional, Courteous, respectful, very helpful, and overall one of the best employees FFR&P has. He represents the company very very well. Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing has once again came to our rescue. We had a leak from an exterior copper pipe and because there was no shutoff valve for that pipe, we had to shut off the main water line for the entire property. It was bad timing because we have guests visiting. Free Flo identified the issue and explained that the original (3 yr old only) piping was installed with a very low quality type M copper piping causing premature corrosion, thereby causing the leak. They were able to install a new shutoff valve so we can turn the main water line back on for the house while we wait for them to replace the 60ft low quality type M copper. They really took the time to explain everything. I could not be happier with the services provided.This is another review on the 2nd part of the service. Ben, Patrick and their team came out today to excavate and replace approximately 76ft of copper pipe with signs of premature corrosion, starting with 2 pinhole leaks that we discovered this past weekend. They also installed two drains and serviced my tankless water heater that was starting to show a change in water quality. The crew was on time and worked efficiently. They left the worksite clean. I could not be happier and highly recommend anyone needing a plumber or rooter.

In our 100 year old home, plumbing issues arise that require expert help. Anthony at FFR&P fixed everything: bathtub drain plugged with decades of who-knows-what, a pesky toilet leak thatd jacked up water bills for months, and aging shower faucets that didnt work right. All timely, and at a reasonable price. My go-to-guy.

Great! I had a lot of roots in my sever line. Ben and Anthony helped me. Firstly they show me , how many roots I have with camera, then they cut it by high water pressure! It was cool! And the best thing, price was very reasonable! With any other issues i will call this guys!

My tenant was having a problem with the shower leaking. Anthony did a great job replacing the old cartridges. He was on time and kept me up to date on progress. Meaning, I didnt have to take time to go to my rental. I am thankful for Free Flo Rooter because I automatically know who to call when I have a plumbing issue at home or in my rental.

The one thing that stands out about this family owned business is that they are upfront about what they will charge you, and they are TRANSPARENT about what needs to be done. Nick came on time and assessed what the problem was. When he identifies the brand and the parts needed, he goes to find the exact parts that will match the current fixtures. This is the second time I have called them, and I will be setting up an annual service call to keep my tankless water heater in good condition. Their fees are also reasonable as I had obtained another estimate just to make sure that I am not overpaying. Do not hesitate to call them. You will be glad you did!

My kitchen sink had stoppage on Thanksgiving! I called Freeflo on Black Friday and they sent Patrick that morning. He is the best plumber I’ve had experienced with. He do thorough inspection to find the best and effective location to snake it. He also gave me thorough inspection and analyses of my whole drainage situation looking into the crawl space and gave me his findings that would save me a lot of money in the future. He is the most meticulous with his work and cleaned up everything afterwards. He spent over an hour and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns and charged me only $140! I’m so thankful for his services. I’m now a big fan of Freeflo!

Josh and Kevin came by my home promptly after I reached out for quote. After he assessed the situation, he explained the problem and the solution in detail. He and his team were very professional, honest and just really cool guys. I especially want to thank Nelson for his hard work taking care of fixing the damaged sewer pipe. He was very careful trenching my yard (and did it so quickly!!) and did an excellent job replacing that broken pipe and installing an extra cleanup.The team at Free Flo Rooters are just incredibly professional, skillful, high tech and dependable. Ive used this company over the years for a variety of plumbing issues ranging from simple (malfunctioning garbage disposal) to the complex and intricate (leak detection and replacement of all the old worn out M-type copper pipes throughout the 3500 square foot house) to the ultra-major hassle (6 foot trench in front yard to repair main home connection to sewer after camera diagnosis of problem). The work is always first class, done on a timely basis, well-explained, priced fair, etc. To top it off, theyre great people to deal with. I cant recommend them enough.

Wow great performance by ara we had our main sewer line backing up we reached out to raffi and he scheduled us with the emergencyAra came out and diagnosed the issue he explained on what type of access is need for this situation we agreed and he got started asap we now have a clean out access in front of the house so if this happens again we have an access for our sewer main

Nick is super-professional and friendly. He fixed our leaks and came back to take care of a minor problem that resurfaced, free of charge.

We had to replace our water heater tank since our old one isnt working anymore. Ben was able to come by to take a look at the problem and then Ben and Chris were able to replace the tank later a few days later.They were also able to give us a quote that is much cheaper compared to other places and they did the job wonderfully.

Tl;dr - Stop searching for your go-to plumber! Here they are - honest, humble, and reliable!New homeowner + water hammer issues = stress. Anthony and Ben to to rescue!They arrived on time, assessed the issues, and walked us through different options to troubleshoot water hammers. They happily shared their knowledge (20+ years in the industry - theyve seen it all!). You can tell that these folks are a cut above the rest - truly honest and wont upsell you on something that may not fix the issue.They also shared some tips on home maintenance knowing that we were new home owners (i.e. get your water heater serviced annually to extend its life). I now know who to call when I run into plumbing trouble *knock on wood*.

Got home from work Friday after flushing toilet was getting ready to jump in the shower that’s when I saw dirty water in my shower. Started tripping what am I gonna do now I’m already late to my event. So that’s when I started searching for a rooter company near me made a few calls from different ones and everyone but FREE FLO ROOTER was the only one that was able to come out within in hour. Sure enough they were here in 30 mins they started testing a few of my drains and pin pointed exactly what the problem was and fixed the problem within minutes what I really liked about them was that they were straight forward about it and they were not trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need which I really appreciate. Friendly staff clean and on time. I can’t thank them enough. Made it to my event on time and didn’t have to stress about anything. Also I have to say they were atleast $150 dollars cheaper then any of the other companies I called. I highly recommend FREE FLO ROOTER & PLUMBING they made me feel like I have known them a long time and made the hole experience a no brainer thank you Ben and crew for an amazing experience.
