Steven was excellent and knew what the problem was exactly and fortunately, had the part. The issue was fixed and our water pressure is back to normal now. Im very grateful for him getting this done tonight rather than have to wait several more days

Did a great job ! Professional, id the problem, & fixed it. Very nice gentleman. Were very polite. Backed up toliets and showers.

Rude and unprofessional. The plumber raised his voice multiple times and tried to argue saying that the job was already done. He was cursing throughout the process and left the place dirty. He also said he had to go at a certain time and if its not finished, its not finished. During the service nothing was covered and it looked like the photos. He did wipe with a cloth on the way out but it was still dirty and not disinfected. Will not hire again.

John was super nice. I had issues with the toilet and shower. He explained the problems and fixed the issues right away. Would 100% recommend him to my friends.

Jimy was on time and ready to go when he got here. He kept me updated on the progress and explained the issue when he was done. He was very helpful and friendly. You need more techs like that..

Very friendly and took care of the problem with my sink within minutes. My only issue is they left such a big mess for me to clean up.

Nash and his partner were the best. They were incredibly helpful and informative, but most important, they refused to quit and fixed a problem that previous companies could not get unclogged. And it saved us a ton from having to re-do piping, etc. Simply put ... excellent work from two very friendly and customer-oriented guys!!!

The best plumbing company/tech Ive dealt with in years...

The technician failed to mention the right type of the water heater in his diagnosis report to AHS, and therefore AHS ordered the wrong heater. When the wrong water heater was eventually returned , and the right one was ordered, the installation was delayed by one week. As we were left with no water heater for unreasonably a long time , I had to get a temporary water heater at a cost of $500 to me. Had the technician reported the right water heater (Direct Vent), the installations would have been quicker by one week and I would not have had paid $500 more.

My tankless water heater is located in the attic and started to leak. I called plumbers Inc. and they came out the same day to diagnose the issue. They were able to fix the issue the following day, Nash, the technician, was very professional and helpful. I found the cost to be exceptionally reasonable, and the quality of work very high, I highly recommend this company
