Dispatched by my home warranty company. The business owner asked me for extra money besides the service call fee ($65) after the service (for A/C pump noise issue) was done by his technician, as he said the service was not covered by my home warranty. However, after I paid him extra $100, I called my home warranty company and was told it was actually covered and theyll pay him $205. I also asked my tenant about what was done (basically just a simple cleaning job, without repairing any part). The business owner kept lying and exaggerated the service and hours. For example, he lied about the payment from my warranty company; he told me his technician spent 4 hours on the job but my tenant said it was no more than 1 hour; he told me the issue was not fixed in an earlier call and asked me for extra $200-300 for another service, but later on after I talked to my tenant, he changed his words by saying the issue was fixed but I still need to pay him extra money (lowered to $120 though), etc. Full of lies. He should have discussed with me before starting the job if he wanted to charge extra money. Not trustable.

Hi this guy is the best I don’t know who sent him god or he is an angle he came to my house and diagnosed the ac problem and fixed it right away I really recommend him thanks again Vp plumbing.

Vic came to repair our air conditioner.He was extremely knowledgeable and explained every detail. Most importantly he was very honest and besides repairing the ac seemed to be concerned for the client. I’m a senior and much appreciated his making the bill as reasonable as possible. Was sent to my home from home warranty. Paid 265 for him to tell me it was an electrical issue With the breaker panel. Had them come check breaker panel. Nothing was wrong. He did not do his job and really diagnose the problem. Scammed me on my money and nothing got fixed. Then try to say it was my capacitor and it cost 1000 for a new one plus labor when a capacitor dont cost no more 50 dollars. A big scam and dont know how to do his job. Stay away!

These people were dispatched from my insurance company. I waited four days for them for an appointment. They were supposed to show between nine and noon, and when they didn’t, I called their office to find out what happened. The Office phone was answered with “ hello? Who is this?” when I asked them what happened to the appointment Vic said the technician (Jack) tried to call me a few times and when I didn’t answer he abandoned the job. I asked him why he wouldn’t try to leave me a message or text. no answer. I asked for the techs phone number and was told“he probably won’t answer because he’s long gone.”I called my insurance company and asked for a replacement. I would never use an unreliable and unprofessional business like this one.

Nope. The guy came out and charged us $300 for freon that we didnt need. AC was still not working when he left. Argumentative, not very bright and I havent need able to find a license number so I assume he isnt licenced.Look elsewhere for your ac needs.
