Personable, knowledgeable, friendly, professional — and I have to say (coming to the rescue on positively the hottest day of the year, only notified late on a Friday, and discovering issues more complex than first thought BUT solving them anyway) — Herculean. Having lived in the desert and endured worse (including repair person issues), I’m actually and pleasantly awestruck at today’s outcome. Ricardo is truly THE BEST!

This company helped me with my ac to keep cool. The whole community and it was hot. People were suffering from the heat and they didnt know where to call but they came and helped us. The company came at the right time and helped and did the right thing.

As a board member of HOA, I have nothing but positive experience with A/C Heroes. I live in a 180 unit condo & my venerable A/C hasnt been working for several years, blowing warm airs. Thinking it might be expensive to replace the entire unit nestled on the rooftop, I opted to go with a small affordable wall unit instead. I really didn’t know who to call until one day, a neighbor within our condo mentioned to me about this program from this company that offered free refrigerant refill, new filter, as well as, a free limited-offer google NEST thermostat subsidized through LADWP. Insisted that this company was not a gimmick, my neighbor finally convinced me to give this company a call. I’m glad I called. Both reps Grace & Veronica were cordial & affable explaining the process. We had arranged a schedule to have Uriel, my assigned technician, to arrive the following day to troubleshoot my aging inoperable A/C. Within an hour, he was able to identify the problem which was a leaking valve. Thus, instead of replacing the unit, it only cost me a small fraction to do the repair, including the promotional rebates offered by the company. My A/C, along with my newly installed NEST thermostat, refrigerants & a new filter, is functioning like brand-new. Grace really made this entire process smooth & pleasant by communicating promptly via phone call & text. The whole entire network of crew are incredibly wonderful! I am 100% satisfied and will be their returning customer.

Service Tech Rick was super friendly and helpful. He had my best interest in mind, guided me through signs to look for in making sure my unit is running good. Found the issue with my unit and quoted me a great price, to where I was pleased and proceeded to fix the issue on the unit. While inspecting the rest of the system he was giving me tips on how I could have a better running system by simply changing a filter, something I never knew. That was super helpful and useful! Amazing service, very helpful advice and not to mention super reasonable price! Will definitely be using them for any future service that may be needed.

I was introduced to Airtopia through a program that my apt complex had set up over a year or so ago. Since then I’ve enrolled in a program with the company that has them come out & make sure our a/c & heating are working properly along with new filters when we need them.
