Chris and his team were fantastic. We had a major plumbing blockage and called Fitzgerald plumbing. Came out on time and found the issue. Explained everything and pricing prior to completing the work. Cleared it with hydro jetting and made sure everything was working properly prior to leaving.Hi highly recommend FitzGerald Plumbing. They rescued us and now we can have our family Christmas gathering.

People that work our very friendly. It was 415pm when I called she said to give her few seconds and see one the guys to fix the problem that night. I said tomorrow is fine no hurry let the guys go home to their family. They showed before they was to be at my house(4hrs window). They left to get supply lines to my water heater. Fix my issues an about 1hr.I will use them again and again. I will tell anyone that needs plumbing fix at a reasonable price call Fitzgerald plumbing great people.

11-4-2024 our kitchen sink had a major backup. I called Fitzgerald to see when they could send someone out to fix it. I was very pleased to here they could be out the same day. Within 2-3 hours two young men, Chris and Jesse showed up. After running a camera down the clean out pipe they suggested to Water Jet kitchen outside clean out, It worked wonderfully. And the price was very good for all the work and time spent.Good job, knowledgeable and quality work.We have recommended them to our neighborhood Facebook page, and will use them again.

Before the technicians arrived, Fitzgerald had sent the text message informing who’s coming. Chris and Anthony were very professional and experienced, the problem took me 3 days and several visits to Lowe’s was finally answered by them with the snake wire reaching to 35~40’. Glad to have a good and dependable vendor by your side.

I called Fitzgerald Plumbing because of a suspected leak and they arrived in less than an hour. Anthony and Leo immediately identified the root cause and came up with an action plan. They got to work the very next day and were very responsive and professional. The whole crew were excellent and arrived on time and gave expert advice throughout the whole process. Christopher and Anthony came to our place to hydro jet the drain under our kitchen sink. They were professional, courteous, and thorough in explaining what they were doing and with their actual work. Christopher went the extra mile (literally) by coming back after originally finishing the job to check on a related issue with the dishwasher drainage and also made quick work of that. I believe they stand by their word and the quality of work. I would recommend and go with Fitzgerald Plumbing (ask for Christopher!) for any future pluming issues that come up.

We had a stoppage in our pipes that was backing up our kitchen sink and we weren’t able to clear it out on our own. Christopher and Anthony were great, got to our place quickly and made a diagnosis that they were able to act on immediately. They identified the issue and with a special camera and hydro jet, they were able to resolve it. They were also knowledgeable about what we can do to help minimize issues in the future. Had them come install a water detector, they came out same day for estimate and next day for install. William was great and wne tabove and beyond helping me connect the system! 10/10 would recommend!

Wow! Couldn’t have picked a better plumber or plumbing company! I had an emergency, as often plumbing issues are, and they came out same day. Offered several options to fit my needs/budget, I chose one with a care plan! Who knew? Christopher was so hardworking,! But everything with a smile and easy to follow his explanations. Plumbing service fixed the problem, though it took longer than anticipated. The plumber was knowledgeable, but I had to follow up for scheduling. It’s suitable for minor repairs but could use better communication.

I had an old toilet that was beginning to back up. Called Fitzgerald Plumbing since they were so fast and convenient last time. Christopher came and was nice enough to wait until I got home (I was delayed by a service I was getting performed on my car).He assessed what was wrong, got the parts needed, and fixed it so quick that my wife and I were surprised he was finished. Very poor . They way overcharged probably because so am an older single woman. They looked for small things and irrelevant ones like the under the house plumbing when I had a stopped bathroom sink. Left gates open and didn’t clean up. They left before I could inspect. Used one of my towels

I had a big water leak under my house which was discovered by a very high water bill. I called Fitzgerald plumbing and the next day they were out to look for the problem. By the next day they were out with a crew of workers and in one day my entire 2 story house was completely re-piped. The following day the wall patch people were here to repair walls and ceilings. They were able to fix a bad situation in 2 days. Amazing! Everyone was nice and professional. I highly recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing Company!

We needed help urgently the day after St. Pattys Day and we couldnt get anyone to answer the phone or call us back. We figured plaumbers had too much fun on St. Pattys Day! Luckily, our neighbor recommended Fitzgerald and not only did they answer the phone, they came out the same day.Our repair ended up taking a few trips because of our wonky pipes, but they stood by their work and didnt try to nickle and dime us. They even came out two extra times to replace a part and didnt charge us for the trip or the part.Mike was always professional, friendly and did a great job walking us through his findings and recommendation for repair. I called Fitzgeralds Plumbing and they came out the same day. Chris (technician) quickly solved my plumbing issues. I thought I needed to buy a new washer, but he assured me that he just needed to use a snake to unclog the pipe to my washer. He was done in less than 30 minutes. He was professional and courteous.

We had an old water heater that wouldnt keep the pilot lit. I called Fitzgerald and the next day at 8 am they were there to assess the situation. I could rebuild it or install a new one. We chose the new heater and within two hours the old one was removed, the new one installed and we were back in hot water. Thanks to Christopher for the good work and also for adding a washer to my leaky hose! Excellent service, good follow through - several texts confirming time of appointment, and an easy way to pay via his phone with a receipt emailed to me. We were impressed with William, our technician! He was friendly and professional. He covered everything around and near the areas he had to work. He cleaned everything when he was done. He let us know what was going on. In the morning he had help from James who was equally as friendly. He did the rest of the work himself in the afternoon. Then he handed the job over to Leo who is the best drywall artist I have ever seen! I wish we had known both Fitzgerald Plumbing and Leo for jobs we have had done in the past.

Great plumbing technicians. Did a hydro jet cleaning and camera inspection of exterior drain pipe. It was jammed with rocks and dirt. They did a very thorough job clearing all the muck out, and the camera inspection was very reassuring to confirm pipe was intact. Thanks!!!

He told me there was a flat rate and explained my payment plan. Within half an hour he had his guys come out and start working on the project. Jaime and his partner worked their butts off the entire time they were there and got most of the project done in a day. The next day they came back to backfill and they cleaned up afterwards.

We reached out to Fitzgerald Plumbing after a previous plumber left us with an code-violating tankless water heater install and failed to resolve the issue after multiple iterations. After a brief inspection, Nick was able to immediately identify multiple issues with the previous work and put together a preliminary estimate, while being upfront that there still might be further issues to resolve that he wouldnt be able to see until beginning to work, and that this could affect the final price.Throughout the process, Nick and Jesse gave clear and detailed explanations about the issues found during install, what needed to be done to fix them, and how that would impact the total cost. Im very happy with the end result of having an installed tankless water heater that passed code inspection, and their diligence and transparency throughout the process has left me confident that this we should have fewer maintenance issues in the years to come.

I had a major leak at my water meter and I gave this place a call. They were able to give me an estimate online without the need of sending someone over. I made an appointment and I had to wait a few days for their team to arrive due to rain, but when they did, they showed up a little earlier than their scheduled window and they were able to finish the job in a timely manner.Just waiting on them to send a copy of a receipt/invoice so I can send it to the city for an adjustment on my water bill.

They were great! I called & someone came out the same day to see what the problem was. He put a camera completely through my pipes & I was able to see the problems myself. It was a pretty big job so they had to come back to the next day with more people. And just like he said they were there first thing in the morning & got to work. They did a great job & pretty fast as well. They were all super friendly & let me know what they were doing every step of the way. My husband and I had a broken hot water line underneath our kitchen sink. Our daughter referred us to Fitzgerald plumbing and Patrick sent Leo and Chris out the next day, Saturday, to access our problem. We had 60+ year old galvanized pipes for our water lines and drains and had been having numerous issues over the last 6 months. We could have had just had the problem pipe replaced but since it was on our list we went all the way and had the house replumbed from the street in and all of our drain lines replaced also, as well as, replacing our old water heater and enclosure. We met with Patrick the owner to get a quote and work started the next morning.The staff was very thorough and professional, they did a great job and got a lot of work done in a short period of time. They also made sure to leave us one working bathroom at the end of each day so we could stay in the house. After giving us several options we decided on a plan of action. Christopher and Jesse went right to work, they worked with the skill and knowledge that you’d expect but unfortunately rarely get. Price is on the high side. But I had issues because techs were trying to upsell. They said that my supply line was connected directly to my kitchen faucet so they were trying to have me buy a faucet. Other techs from another company verified that it was not connected so I didn’t need to buy another faucet. Secondly they made it sound like a big disaster was going to occur when they saw that I had a small leak in my water heater. Even if my water heater busted the water wouldn’t do much damage since it located in the garage. Other plumbers suggested not to change it yet .

Burst 55 y/o galvanized landscape pipe! Your employees were at my front door at 8:15 AM, ready to work. They explained the work they would do and the materials used. They rerouted my outdoor galvanized pipe, that had corroded and burst, with copper and flex line. We have shutoff’s at various junctions in the event of another broken pipe. Thats the best way to describe Christopher Martins work.he installed a new water heater which included picking it up at the warehouse , remove and install the metal outbuilding . carrying both the new and old unit , all new valves and piping .He started at 10 am finished by 12 noon .We have Hot water again !! The plumbers explained the expected life of the replacement, warranty, and answered any questions I had. The price was reasonable. Plumber Chris was excellent. He resolved my plumbing issue quickly. He was very professional and on-time for my schedule service. Also, my work came with a 5 year warranty. The only problem is that they are quite expensive. I had two separate services performed on my home. Both jobs only took about 2 hours each, but I had to pay $1700 to get the necessary work done. Unfortunately, there was no discount offered, especially since I was a repeat customer.

I called Fitzgerald Plumbing again (third time), this time for a clogged kitchen sink. We had set an appointment for this afternoon but they emailed that they had an immediate opening and they were here less than a half hour after my original call. Chris did a photographic inspection of the pipe and found the problem out about 40 or so feet. Ran the machine which cleared it up quickly for a decent price. First two problems in the past were also taken care of efficiently and professionally. Workmen were very neat and presentable. I highly recommend!
