All Service Plumbing Drain and Hydro-Jet

Unfortunately, I was not I impressed with this company. I called and scheduled an appointment and was given a 2 hour window. 10 minutes to the end of the window I called for an update and was told my plumber was stuck on another call and they would try to send someone else out. The other person was busy, he said he found one who would be there with in 30-40 minutes. The person showed up about an hour later, looked at the gas line and couldn’t give me an estimate and said I should have one emailed within the next few hours and someone might be able to come out afterward to fix it. Never received the quote. Waited longer and still no quote or call about it. Luckily after they hammered away some of the dry wall. We were able to fix the problem ourselves, but as a business, I’m not impressed. Maybe I caught them on a bad day since they have great reviews. They were very nice in person and on the phone, but would have been nice to finish getting an estimate.

Have to give them 5 stars again. Dan got my drain cleared quickly ( they arrived 1.5 hrs after I called)Used camera to verify all was good before he left.I have used them for several years.I would certainly recommend.

First, this is my experience with All Service Plumbing in Cerritos, California. The day after Christmas I’d received a call from my sister stating that there is an emergency at my rental down the street from where I live. The plumber got on the phone and told me the situation and quoted me a price. The down stairs bathroom was backed up and that he would need to dig 4 feet into the flower bed to put a shut off valve.After that was done, the plumber tells me that they need to dig into the drive way and take up part of the drive way lending towards the garage and then that would cost about $14,000.00 or more, so at that point I had to get a second opinion.I got two other opinions and found out that I was over charge by $600.00 to $800.00. When the other plumber ran his camera down he stated that I don’t need to do all that.I express my concerns with the office and the plumber and it went no where. I believe that I was taken advantage of because I am a woman.There was not only problems with the pricing which the plumber straight up lied and said that the job was $2,600.00 but he also charged the tenant $200.00 so it came to $2,800.00. The plumber came to my house and tried to charge me another $256.00 because he had on the invoice $2,856.00. So if would have signed the paperwork I would have paid $3,056.00.He lied and said that I didn’t have a Synchrony credit card and argue me up and down that he called them and they told him that I didn’t have one.I normally don’t do reviews but because this was such a disaster I had to let you all know. Beware and get a second opinion. I don’t want anyone to have to go through this. Also I was informed when a company only have 15 reviews and they been around for a long time it’s probably the staff or family members leaving them.

Water heater got busted. I look around and was able to get it replaced by All Service Plumbing. They replaced it the same day. I would recommend their service if you need same day service.

Called them and they were out the same day. Jose is very knowledgeable and a good worker. Had a broken main drain and they had it fixed the following day.

They repaired our broken toilet in a matter of minutes it seemed. Great experience and would recommend their service to any business that needs a quick, effective, and great plumbing company

All Service Plumbing Drain and Hydro Jet came out on a Holiday weekend and replaced a section of sewer line that was blocked by tree roots. They were courteous friendly professional and kept us informed throughout the job about their progress. The went above and beyond to be helpful and gave us an extremely fair price for their work. I would recommend them most highly to anyone with plumbing needs.

Great experience! I called Mike to schedule an appointment and he arrived in about 30 minutes. He worked to clear my drain problem using all his plumbing techniques and was able to repair it after some troubleshooting. Will recommend if you need a high quality plumbing company!

What a Blessing! I have never had a problem with my pipes until this month. Our water was coming out real dirty and didnt know what to do. I did research on Google and Yelp, and happen to call several different companies to receive a quote and estimated time for repair.All Service said they would match any price, and could be at my place in an hour. True to their word, our pipes were able to be repaired in the same day. We have clean water again!
