Holiday Season, the best time for plumbing problems !!! Went online, booked an online appointment. Took 5 mins. I received text confirmation and updates on my appointment. Miguel showed up on time with a smile. Like he was happy to be here. He gave me a small education on my issues and the construction of the afterthought pluming in my home. This is the second time I use this company. I will definitely refer them. I am now a promoter of this business.

Julian recently did a service call for and came to assess our issue that we thought we had leak below our house which is a crawl space; and to our relief there were no signs of any. We were still wondering to where the wet spots were coming from. As it turns out, it was coming from one of our dogs. Nonetheless, he went out of his way and did a thorough and diligent job.

Julian Suquett was great! He gave us multiple estimates and goes the extra mile to make sure items installed are working properly. We installed a new Water heater and Water drop system and they work great!!

Although the service could not be completed, I wanted to highlight the professionalism and dedication Juan demonstrated during his visit.From the moment Juan arrived, he was punctual, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about the task at hand. He took the time to explain the situation in a way that was easy to understand. Eddie from Power Pro Plumbing worked cleanly and efficiently helping me replace my old broken 1/2 HP Garbage Disposal with a new 3/4 HP Garbage Disposal. Everything is working afterward and drain test is good.

Mike and Felipe were the best, and provided excellent customer service. They were kind, professional, and even though there were a couple issues to fix between the AC unit and the electrical panel, they made sure that the problem was completely solved and my AC unit was working perfectly before they left. We had a clog and power pro came out and couldn’t unclog it , charged us $88 and said they needed to hydrojet it for $900. We hired someone else to just snake it for $200. Do not trust this company z

This was the first time I use Power Pro Plumbing. They were recommended by the manufacturer of a piece of equipment I wanted installed.Their price was extremely competitive compared to other plumbers. Efrain showed up on time was extremely courteous and did a neat and efficient job of installing the equipment. I will keep their phone number for future plumbing needs.

Albert Gomez came out to do a tune up on our AC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and the logic behind the recommendations he made for our AC/Heating/Air Purifying needs. He also did additional checks around the house to make sure everything was working properly. From scheduling to job completion service was top notch.

We Had some leaking I didnt think was serious, but it progressively got worse, I went to the yellow pages and saw they gave a senior discount and a free estimate and same day service. Luis came out and advised what should be repaired and quoted a reasonable price. He started immediately, left no mess! Offered to do a free estimate for our other plumbing needs, but I had to decline do to scheduling! Luis was professional, friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them ask for Luis

Daniel Rodriguez was our service technician who came to do our yearly AC maintenance. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and took an immense amount of time to answer all of my questions in detail. He made sure our AC system was functioning properly, cleaned out both of my condensers thoroughly and helped to replace our filters that I bought. I sincerely appreciate the fact that was he was very upfront about everything and honest in providing me with advice. Service technicians like him are the reason why I stay with Power Pro and I will definitely request him every year now for our HVAC maintenance. Thank you for all you do Daniel!

I work a Home Depot where this install was fine. Juan did an excellent job and was very thorough. However, the office who dispatched him, failed to advise him he needed to pick up the toilets from The Home Depot which I had paid for that service. This resulted in wasting his valuable time. In addition, it would have been very helpful if when the appointment was confirmed, to advise me, the client, what additional parts the installer would need and prefer to use. This didnt happen resulting in me, the client, having to leave my house, go back to Home Depot to get the correct parts... again wasting Juans time. In the end, he did a great job installing 2 toilets. I was very happy with his service and expertise. Juan didnt complain about the inconvenience, just completed my install. Even Home Depot want able to tell me what parts to buy. Truly needs to be far more organized.

Great job the other day. Nikko provided great customer service while also explaining in depth our repair needed and things to look out for in the future. He did very clean and professional work on our AC and installed a new thermostat. Looks and works great. He was honest about what was needed and did not try and sell us something we didn’t need but also gave advice on some issues that could arise in the future. I e been using power pro for a bit and the service package saved me money and the diagnosis as well.

Recently hired them to replace an old water heater. They were organized and professional. They send you live updates on estimated arrival of your technician. Shout out to Arnulfo who went above and beyond and taught these newbie homeowners how water works :)

Juan did a 5 star job. My complaint is that after we paid Home Depot $392 to deliver and install one toilet in our home, PPP billed an additional $2795.62 for the installation due to a problem with the flange. This works to an hourly rate of $797 for the time Juan worked on the installation. It was a Saturday and we had guests coming for dinner so we had to pay rather than shop around. I think the cost was excessive.

Excellent customer service. The Plumbing Supervisor Alvin Ramos was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and explained things in a way we could understand. We appreciated the excellent customer service he provided as a follow-up to a previous appointment!

The scheduler got Rick Bates, plumber, to our house in 3.5 hours. Hes a very polite, knowledgeable, young man. He came up with a very acceptable replacement set, installed promptly and after cleaned up the sink area with a Lysol type cleaner. His respect for us and our hardwood floors is exemplary of his character.Im keeping their number for and future need and hope to have Mr. Bate back as our tech.Good company!

I had contacted the HVAC service company who does the maintenance for our building as well as Power Pro. They were the first to respond back over the weekend and secured a time the very next day. It was reasurring to have a company that is not just responsive with answering service but most importantly experienced and professional technicians like Albert Gomez. The company also sends a text with the name and photo of the technician and ETA. This is also reasurring confirming who is coming to your home. Albert was patient to explain the issues with my tenant and gave me a peace of mind knowing that they also stand behind their work. It did not take him too much time to diagnose and fix the issue. Not having to wait for any parts or another visit. Everything was resolved on this one trip. Such that if there may be an unforseen problem that may come up, I can rely on them.I highly recommend them !

Definitely have to give credit to where it’s due. We got this appointment with Emiliano through our local Home Depot and for a huge enterprise like Home Depot, I was super surprised that they offered a company like Power Pro Plumbing(supposedly this partnership just started this year). Surprised because PowerPro Plumbing is family owned and their customer service was just exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I called regarding my appointment, the service line was already so chipper and they didn’t seem like typical 1800 numbers who sound miserable or aren’t interested. Everyone I spoke to sounded genuine and super friendly. It didn’t stop there, the technician who came out, Emiliano has worked for the company for 7 years and he was beyond helpful. The membership alone sold me since it was affordable and plenty of benefits for a new homeowner like myself. Definitely feel at ease that I have a go to company that I can trust.

New to the Lakewood-area, we reached out to Power Pro Plumbing when our AC stopped working in June 2023. In less than a day, Albert Gomez came by to check things out - He was very polite, friendly and informative. Albert is a true ambassador for the brand as a whole and we know we can rely on Power Pro moving forward for any future needs.

Their chat was not coordinated with actual scheduling. When the plumber finally came out he did not have the equipment needed to flush my tankless water heater. He said he would come out the next morning but almost three hours into the morning I have not heard from him. Their scheduling and service leaves a lot to be desired. Their email ad was confusing and hard to read. Find a more reliable service than these guys. I would give them zero stars if allowed

Prices are ridiculously high. They add up to over $300 p.h. But as far as Juan Martin Hernandez, he is awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything in a understandable manner. Unfortunately he works for the wrong company. I already found a plumber that quoted me an estimate for a little more than half the price I was being quoted.

Had dropped a small air freshener spray while flushing. Ended up the canister was lodged in the toilet not in the pipes. Ended up getting a new toilet installed. Aaron from Power Pro was excellent, awesome, professional and super helpful. He did an amazing job and was extremely pleasant while performing all tasks. This is a review as to scheduling and customer service not the quality of the service, which I did not receive. I made an appointment with this company to repair my heat. The appointment was set days out. They canceled on me the day of TWICE. On the second time, they canceled after repeatedly postponing throughout the day. When I asked when the earliest they could get someone out to my house would be, after flaking twice, they told me their earliest availability wouldn’t be for over a week. I would think that after you cancel on someone repeatedly, you’d have the courtesy to prioritize their rescheduling but I guess not. Not professional at all.

Julian was very professional and thorough when assessing what needed to be done. He was a great listener, and communicator. He explained what he felt needed to be done and gave us multiple option to choose from if we decided to move forward with him. He followed up and answered any questions we had. You can tell he’s passionate about his job and loves people. Unfortunate this was not only my decision to make but also my sisters and the decision was to move forward with another company. I let Julian know if we have any plumbing needs in the future we WILL call him.

First time, Juan Gutierrez was scheduled to come to my house and fixed all the issue I had with my toilet and water pressure after a complete inspection of all pluming related aspects. He was very nice with great curtesy so patient and professional, explained to me everything that I should know . I join the membership because of him :DThe second time, Alvin Ramos was working with Juan Gutierrez together to find the ultimate solution for my situation by putting a camera in my drain and pipe, they recorded and documented everything , very professional and detailed . Alvin also shared lots of small but practical tips and his own experience in life for daily water/shower/sink use that could prevent lots potential clogs or pipe/equipment deterioration.Im happy i called Power Pro when I had pluming problem so I could meet such a great team and I wouldnt worry about any plumbing issues or AC issues anymore since they are there to take care of them for me ! :)

Both Geo and Ozzie were great. They were polite, courteous, professional. and did a great job putting a new hose that delivers H2O to the tank of our toilet. It had been leaking for 1 week and the other plumber was too busy to come back to finish the job. Also I had a new float that they installed. So glad to have the leak fixed and get our bathroom back in order.!

Overall- we like what we see so far! David M. and Alex came out to give us an estimate for gas tankless water heater installation. We received call/text confirming the appointment. During the visit, they were both very professional, on time, and transparent about the process. We’re still in the planning process and reviewing quotes, but these guys seem like the A team.

Ricky is a good guy but tried to sell every thing under the moon ,great salesman but he needs not to scare his customers in to buying the total package in repairs. It would have cost us 3.000 dollars to repair ,second opinion price was under 400 dollars i probably wont use you anymore cause you really scamed us

This review is about Powerpro Plumbing Heating & Air but more specifically about Luis Aguilar. While the staff answering my call was exceptionally polite and professional, Luis sets the bar substantially higher. He and his team installed my HVAC unit a couple of years ago and I was fortunate to have Luis be assigned to respond to my service call last week. Luis is the epitome of excellent customer service. He arrived on time, asked relevant questions, got straight to task and kept me informed of every step in the process. He kept things at the right level of complexity for me to follow along, demonstrated what he was doing and gave me all the information needed to make decisions. I have to admit that my standards for customer service are very high and Luis does not disappoint. While working on my HVAC, he got a call from another technician asking for advice and guidance and Luis noted he was with a customer but this made it very obvious that he is the expert other experts seek knowledge from. He is very generous in sharing his wealth of information. After the service call, he called to check to ensure things were working and, while a couple of things remain on my side, he was more than willing to offer help, guidance, knowledge, and options. Had identified a leak in an outdoor pipe and required same day service to address. I found power pro plumbing on the internet and they were able to schedule same day service which was good. The representative was very nice and professional. The issue was they quoted me a discounted price of $1,100 to fix the leak. I declined and said I was not going to pay that much and would find another Company to perform the service unless they could bring down the price. They came back and stated if they did not replace an old faucet and an emergency shut off valve they would on charge $600. Based on convenience and not understanding much about plumbing I agreed. Needed to get water in the house turned on late in the afternoon. The work took about two hours of labor and likely $50 of parts, so in actuality should have been a cost no more than $250. It turns out this pipe that was fixed was connected to a bad sprinkler valve in the box holding the electrical meter which required a emergency shut off in case of the valve breaking which did break two days later and had the water off in the house for two days until I could get someone else out to fix that. Now less than a month later, the faucet connected to that same pipe fixed was leaking for two day as it needed to be replaced. At the end of the day, I was exorbitantly overcharged to the service and parts rendered, and the company did not provide relevant expertise as to the issues that existed to help me support important decision Ms in determine to go forward with the work to begin with. In light of this, I would never recommend this company to anyone and would actually go out of my way to tell people to stay away from this Company that basically swindled me in an emergency situation. Very unfortunate and wast of our time and money. Will have to readdress the entire situation that should have been done about a month ago.

They installed a complete HEAT/COOL package unit complete with the replacement of the correct electrical wiring and panel. They were very timely, efficient and professional. Before they began, they explained in detail what work was being done, gave an update midway and at completion walked through the paperwork and details for a follow-up inspection visit. Excellent service and will be our go-to should any other needs arise.

It was a complicated multiple toilet and closet flange replacement involving truly ancient and dilapidated equipment. He kept us informed the entire way and managed to complete the work in one afternoon, even with multiple trips back to the office to pick up the new toilets and flanges. Negative comment. I booked one month before in August and they set me up for 9.06.22. their lady scheduling manager called me up and wanted to reschedule for another week. Seriously, after a month of waiting? I suppose they do this to accommodate customers who pay more. Mine was booked on their promo of $89 for tune up, maintenance. I asked to talk to their Gen.Mgr to plead my case because we have one with health condition in the house but I was told she will have him call me. Of course nobody called. She may have not passed the word to her Mgr I suppose. Bad customer service.

We used Power Pro once before with some bathtub issues. A real nice tech Efrain serviced our problem. However today I was totally disappointed. We had made an appointment requesting the same tech, so we could get a quote to purchase and install either a tankless /electric water heater or a larger more gallon water heater. At the time of the appointment my husband and I had made arrangements to come home early from work. I even called the dispatch earlier to ask if the tech needed to enter the home. Everything seemed to be on track for our appointment. Then at about 4:00 PM we received a call from the tech telling us her was not going to be coming because it was too late and beyond his work hours. I must say this really bothered me in that if you knew you were going to go over and this is not allowed by the company then why did you not ask another tech to take your place. Yes we requested Efrain but if this was the case they could have called and sent someone else and not left us high and dry. Losing time from work and having to make special arrangements. I find that highly unacceptable let alone disrespectful. Your dispatch operator tried to give us another appointment however no one took into consideration todays loss. Unfortunately we can not miss hours at work again to accommodate your tech. I guess customer service in our case is not so important. So disappointing :(

Our toilet and tub were both clogged. I tried to plunge the toilet and it would come out of the tub and vis versa. I called in the evening and set an appointment for the next day to do a simple drain clean. Miguel called and showed up 15 minutes early. He tried to fix the problem with the medium snake he had. He could not fix it. He called for a field adviser who brought a camera. They showed me the problem and explained that some of the pipes needed to be taken apart under the house. The cleaned up the entire area and gave me an estimate on what it would take to fix the problem completely.David

Second review and couldn’t be more disappointed. I made an online appointment on October 10 for November 21. I took the day off on November 21 and fifteen minutes after the appointment was supposed to start they called and said they were overbooked. They had 6 weeks to tell me and they cost me a day off. Will never use their services again.

Excellent team of professionals! My home is on slab foundation and I needed my sewer lines replaced and repaired. Secondary lines for my kitchen and washer were replaced and my main line under my house was lined. All work was done in a timely manner and everyone was great to work with. He was polite and helpful even when delivering some rough news about my plumbingUpdate:Expensive and unreliableI had a problem with water leaking through into my garage from the drains of showers and fixtures upstairs. I used Angie and only PowerPro came out right away. The technician checked the toilets and showers and determined that I had multiple drain leaks which would require my drain pipes to be replaced. This included going into the walls (which required a separate nearly $5000 bill for an affiliated removal company) They said they could get started immediately and that it would be a few days. I had a time issue because of house guests, so I agreed to a $20,000- job (which became $23,00 when they needed to replace my shower fixture and several taps) They had an ipad ready to explain the various financing options with a financing company (Synchrony) In retrospect, I should have waited around for more bids. The project ended up taking over 2 weeks, while I had house guests with small children. They were never there before 9:30 am and they had several no show days and scheduling conflicts. This is what I hoped to avoid with a larger company. ULtimately, they passed the City inspection the second time around. However, there were some lingering issues which included the water taps seeming to be reversed and uneven water pressure in the new shower fixture. When I noticed the water in the downstairs toilet tank was hot. I called Power Pro and they sent out a technician who had not worked on the project, but who reviewed the notes and determined that this was unrelated to the work they had done, and the problem would require the entire intake pipe system to be replaced (my copper for new PEX) Again, this would be a $20,000 job.I was devastated and also skeptical. My nephew and I determined that there were several places where the work had come in contact with intake pipes. Sure enough, there was an issue where PowerPro had supposedly capped the pipes in an unused bar sink. The taps felt hot. When this was explained to the PowerPro technician in a phone call, he was condescending and unmoved. We ended up engaging a local one-person operation and fixed the problem for $170.00, a far cry from the $20,000.00 which PowerPro wanted.The point is that I paid over $25,000 to have my townhouse drains replaced. It was very expensive, and there was a critical error made by PowerPro. They paid the cost of repair made by the other plumbing contractor, and avoided all further contact with me. They seem to be committed to large, costly projects rather than fixing the problem. Very disappointing.

My heater is going out. Not out yet - just going. The heating element would not come on. I was given a complete diagnostic evaluation with the knowledge that just as the heating stopped working, then coming back on on its own (no repair needed) I needed to remember my unit is 18+ years old and was not vented/filtered properly when installed 18+ years ago. Damage from dust & dirt has occurred, therefore I need to think seriously about replacing unit with proper installation and permit inspection by City of Los Angeles Dept of Bldg & Safety or having unit repaired with only a 2 year warranty as compared to at least a 10 year warranty with a new heating unit. The information I was provided was very important to me because I have had problems with heater several times in last few years and knew eventually new unit would be needed. Also, I was provided several replacement heating systems to select from with fringe benefits including a membership that assist with future problem elimination services. It is impossible to thank Jimmy enough for his patience in listening to my concerns, answering my questions and providing all of the information he provided to assist me in making the decision how to move forward. I could not be more delighted with the installation of my new heating and air conditioning system, its working flawlessly. This particular review is about Mirian L. Delgado. I was concerned that another company called me pretending to represent PowerPro and asking to do an inspection. I was suspicious of this and asked Mirian if the phone number given was legitimate. Mirian kindly offered to check with their call center and advised me today the phone call did NOT come from PowerPro. I do question how the other company had my phone number and knew I had had installation done by Power Pro? in any event, Mirian was fantastic, she stayed on top of this and acted very swiftly to find out the truth. The technician who came to me was David Marcias. Upon his arrival he was irrigated how I went out to his truck parked on the street rather than waiting for him inside. He expressed irritations and continued with snarky comments. I felt uncomfortable the entire time he was around. It was very awkward and I couldnt wait for him to leave.

I had them come out and was told that I needed a switch and a fan. This ran $1,200 for less than 2 hours of work. If I charged you that much per hour for my time in the military, youd be broke and out of business. I for will not be using you again.
