I reached out to William about my electrical panel from the 50’s era that needed to be upgraded for insurance purposes. We scheduled an estimate for the same day and later I met with his technician Mario.Mario was polite and respectful and walked me through all the necessary steps including the permit/ inspection process.On the day of the panel upgrade William and Mario showed up on time and worked diligently to restore power back asap. Inspection was scheduled the following day and I was pleased to hear the inspector compliment their hard work! Thank you WC for making sure everything came out perfect

William is one of the more knowledgeable electricians around. I dont think theres an issue that he cant figure out! His rates are comparable to other electricians around but what sets him apart is the guarantee youll get that your problem will be fixed. He really knows his stuff and it shows by the meticulous details and explanations that goes with every repair. The guy explains exactly what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix the problem. Whether you have an old or modern system, Ive found William to be able to be competent with both systems. 100% recommend!

Needed help regarding changing of circuit breaker. Called and spoke with William, sent pic of panel and he was able to assist me as to what I failed to accomplish. Bottom line, he could have sent someone out and charged a service fee but he assisted via phone. Nice to know there are still those out there that will not take advantage even when they have the chance to do so. His name and company is going into my phone contacts, looking forward to doing business with him in the future and I will be recommending for anybody that needs electrical work to give him a call.

I called them for an emergency and got an immediate response and same-day appointment. Mario was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained the problem clearly and laid out recommendations and options without pressuring or upselling. Since they were not able to fix the problem immediately, I was not charged a service fee. After calling 4 other electricians William was the only one who came out in the middle to the night to diagnose a burning smell in my house. After ruling out other electrical causes, he determined it was the water heater malfunction and recommended we turn off the power to the heater just in case. Further investigation the next day showed it could have burned down my house with my wife and 2 kids inside. He is not only a great businessman, but an amazing person who will go out of his way to help his neighbor. I recommend if you need electrical help you call him!!

Every now and again, you come across a company, business, or service that absolutely goes above and beyond, I called his company because I was having an issue with multiple outlets in my house not working, I simply took a photo of my breaker panel and the owner of this company was able to identify the problem over the phone and within 60 seconds, able to walk me through the steps necessary to get my outlets, working again, he could’ve just as easily saw the issue sent out a worker and charged me, but he didn’t, honesty and good business practices are quite rare these days, so I consider this place a gem, and will be using their electrician services from here on out, I highly recommend if your having and electrical issues give this company a call!
