Did a really great job fixing the problem, presenting me with all the options and took the time to propose future measures to protect my home. Hello, I called the drain guys Plubing to resolve an issue with my toilet which was backing up. Unfortunately it was not an easy task. I ended up having to hydro jet the system to get the issue sorted. Eddie who is the lead Tech has been amazing to deal with. The professionalism and customer attention has been wonderful. He has been assisting me in speaking to the landlord about potential setbacks for the space I’m renting for my business. I highly recommend The drain guys!

We contacted The Drain Guys due to a clogged kitchen sink waste line. They responded quickly and in a couple of hours their plumber, Steve Hernandez, was under the house to investigate. Not only had our kitchen waste line failed, but the inspection found that the entire main waste line (original cast iron) had cracked, rusted and failed. Steve and his team quickly assessed the scope of the work that needed be done and gave us a written cost estimate and schedule. Steve and his team were amazing, and completed demo and replacement with a new waste line system in record time, and on budget. Steve was especially professional and supportive to our family during the project. I highly recommend The Drain Guys and thank them for the amazing service.

Called the drain guys for clogged toilets all throughout my house 3 toilets in total and they arrived within 30 minutes of my call. Plumber Jose arrived very professional clean easy going. He evaluated the problem and fixed it quickly and priced reasonably. I am always skeptical of plumbers but Jose put those doubts away and finally found a company can trust. I will call Drain Guys in the future for all my plumbing needs. Highly Recommend!

They did give me a 2 hour window so I arrived 30 minutes early. The service person was 30 minutes late but it’s LA so I mind. The price to clear a kitchen sink drain and a bathtub drain was $300. About an hour. I thought that was a little high and then I found out it was after a discount. The service person was friendly, professional and cleaned my faucet filter as well. I’m not sure how this company works but I’m guessing they take a big portion of what I paid him.

THE DRAIN GUYS (JOSE VALDERRAMA)Based on the 5-star recommendation on Angie I hired Jose to replace two existing toilets with new, water saving units. In addition, the shut-off valve needed to be replaced on one toilet. From what was visible, he did a great job. It was only about 4 days later that I saw water saturating a rug about 20 feet from the toilet with the replaced shut-off valve. It turned out that there was a slight leak where the new shut-off valve attached to the copper piping, at a place partially obscured by being partially inside a wall.I called Jose immediately who informed me that there was nothing he could do about it.Its now one month later and the final repairs are complete. This was a horror story involving emptying the contents of our master bathroom and bedroom, special procedures for sampling for and then handling asbestos in wallboard and some mold that was discovered. Nearly $15,000 worth of work was needed to temporarily remove a 10 ft sink unit, remove wet wallboard, dry out everything, replace the wallboard and sink unit, and clean the soiled rug.Moral of the story, only hire Jose for simple tasks which I think he can do very well. Beyond that, beware.

Called their office because of a leak somewhere around one of the restrooms. Eddie answered and rearranged his schedule to come out. He arrived on time. Man is this guy good— he listened to everything I said, asked really smart questions, and then systematically eliminated all the possibilities until he found the problem, which was a leaky toilet. He fixed it quickly and left the area super clean. While he was here, I noticed water coming from the water heater. He found that the hot water inlet was corroded. I was able to run down to Home Depot for a replacement, which he attached for me after fixing the toilet. If this is the kind of service The Drain Guys give every day, then I know who I’ll be calling next time. Thanks Eddie and Drain Guys.

Michael was excellent. The team were able to get was on their schedule the same day witching 2 hrs of my call. We had a main-line backup and had all of our family out for the weekend so sewer was essential. Michael provided a rundown of what he would do prior to beginning any work. He cleared the line and provided a camera run to show the condition of line and after determined we would hydrojet it as well. He left and came back within the hour to complete the service. Completed it, did another camera run to show the difference. He sent me photos and the price was very reasonable. I would use them again without a doubt. Thanks Michael

I have used the Drain Guys services on several occasions. The technician in the past and present was on time, honest, and very professional. Their prices were fair.In the past, at one of my properties, I had a blockage in the pipes from a tree root. Everything was explained to me by the technician. An email was sent with a video showing the blockage(no extra charge), and I was given a reasonable quote. I acquired their services , no regrets.Presently, I requested services (at another property ) concerning knocking sounds in my pipes. The technician diagnosed the problem as the water pressure valve being defective. He thoroughly explained why he knew that was the problem and how much he would charge to correct the problem. I did not use the Drain Guys services because I recently had the house renovated, I felt it was my contractor’s responsibility to correct the problem.I will definitely use the Drain Guys for any future plumbing problems .A very satisfied customer!Margaret M.

These guys are the very, very BEST!! They are professional, personable and extremely affordable. We had several different plumbers charge us big time money to try and fix our toilet at our long beach business location.
