Been having Jim service all our plumbing needs for years! He is reliable, and very responsive when we had an emergency. He is reasonably priced and truly cares for his clients. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

I had a severe backup from one of my toilets. After spending all day Saturday trying every remedy I could think of to no avail and ended when I broke off the hose nozzle and bladder in my pipes. I went to bed in despair wondering if I would be able to find a plumber to come over to my home on a Sunday, and how much money it was going to cost me. I woke up early and called several plumbers. Jim was not only the 1st to respond but was a straight talker. I was surprised when he said hed stop by on his way to another job he had in the area. I was shocked when he actually arrived within an hour and pleased because he was so friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help me out, I thought I must still been dreaming. 15 minutes later, Jim had my toilets flowing again much to the relief of my entire family-literally! I was so grateful for his speedy service and his honesty, he could have charged me 10x more and I would have still been happy. I will never hesitate to call him again with any future plumbing issues that I may have and will recommend anyone else looking for a great and honest plumer who you can trust to do the same!

Needed my toilet fill valve replaced so I reached out to Jim. He was responsive and gave me a quote over the phone. Came over the next day and got the job done quick. It was a very smooth and quick process with him which is what I liked.His prices are also very reasonable and he is honest. Jim was absolutely awesome, we had several issues regarding our upstairs bathroom, shower leak, clogged sinks from hard water, and toilet seat issues. He replaced the sinks beautifully, they were working immediately with great water pressure, he also fixed the leak in our shower tiles, he did the caulking and it was super fast and efficient. He is very professional, great with communication, and extremely nice and explained everything in detail, so we understood what was happening. Even though it was a very stressful situation with our shower and sinks, not working, he made the experience much smoother and fixed everything in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Daley plumbing! I recently, on a Sunday, had an issue with my kitchen sink leaking. I called, Jim answered the phone immediately, and was at my house for a consultation within an hour. In that consultation it was found that the solution to our leak was minor, it was fixed and we werent even charged a fee!Jim is definitely an honest plumber that we plan to continue to use.

Jim’s a rare one! We’ve contacted Jim twice so far. The first time was off a free estimate, although he determined it was a larger issue he doesn’t handle- not only did he help refer us, he took the time to go around our house looking at our copper pipes and explaining to us how various issues come about and helpful preventative tips. Because we got such a great vibe from Jim, we called him again the 2nd time for a pinhole leak in our attic. He fixed it at a very affordable low cost and followed up with us the following day. He’s extremely honest, reliable and overall such a friendly genuine person. We’re so grateful to have found our go to plumber guy in the midst of all the issues as a first time homeowner. Excellent service! Called late at night about a leaking water heater and Jim was able to come out the next day. I was convinced I needed a new water heater, and over the phone so was Jim. Once at my house, he was able to see the issue and assure me it was only a hose. My $900 problem instantly became a $75 dollar problem - despite the fact he knew I was prepared to spent so much more. Jim is amazing! When we first purchased our house the water was coming out white and some faucets were making this horrible noise when turned on. We called Jim after reading some of his reviews and he fixed everything within a few hours! He is professional, quick, and finds the most economical way of fixing things to save us money! I never got around to writing him a review but once again Jim saves the day! My rental property was having plumbing issues and we called him to see if he can help us. He was able to get there the same day and worked with my tenant directly which was amazing because I didn’t have to go there. I had a problem with my toilet tank upstairs, it was leaking so bad that water ended up dripping in my ceiling downstairs. I was on the phone for an hour looking for a Plumber. Jim, the owner of Daley Plumbing is probably the most honest hardworking individual I’ve ever met. I am fortunate to have met Jim a couple years ago to replace a pipe leak at my parent’s house in Monrovia.In 2019 I had a leak under the kitchen sink and reach out to Jim to service. Looking at the leak I was literally thinking and ready to replace the pipes underneath. Jim came and looked at it and said it wasn’t bad and all it needed was to properly be aligned… I then insisted maybe if he could replace it but Jim being honest said nope it’s actually in good shape. When he was leaving I insisted I Venmo him for coming out and he wouldn’t take anything.Fast forward to 2022, my laundry machine pipe was leaking. I called up Jim and I was thinking I needed to replace my main pipe and the laundry machine water knob. He came by on a short notice, looked at the pipe and shared that these things usually fail and it only requires a turn to the spot where it’s been sitting on for year… He spent 5 minutes on it and found the spot and the thing stopped leaking.. WOW! Again I tried to pay him but he wouldn’t take anything since there wasn’t any work he had to do but a quick fix. Also my kitchen sink hasn’t leaked since he came in 2019…I highly recommend Jim and will continue to use him for my future plumbing needs. He is professional, experienced, and most of all HONEST. Jim was awesome! I used him twice. One was for my leaky water heater which he fixed in about 15 mins and another time he looked into my shower drain. He was honest and did same day service. It is best to text him, if you cant get him by phone. Best customer service and super friendly. He doesnt try to sell you anything you dont need. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Jim three times now. He really comes through and this time had my old, noisy water heater out and replaced in a timely manner and was upfront about pricing on the phone (which was quite reasonable). He didn’t try to up-sell anything and just gave me various options on the water heater and explained the pros and cons. But not only is he great professionally and very customer service oriented, he’s also just a cool guy to talk with and very personable and you never feel rushed. We actually went to Home Depot together and picked up the water heater. That was another plus as with others, I’m not sure if they are marking up the price if they supplied the water heater. After it was all said and done, I had a nice, new, quiet water heater in place and hot water flowing again!

I was out of hot water for 3 days (Thursday to Sunday) & getting desperate, as I was getting the runaround from everyone else about the size of a water heater (I “required” a short-type), the immediate unavailability of ‘short’ water heaters & code restrictions because they don’t modify vents (only a general contractor does that!), until I contacted Jim at Daley Plumbing on Sunday night. He not only accommodated me with the first appointment of the day, the very next day, after requesting from another customer to move her appointment to the afternoon, but he also made the larger water heater work, by modifying the vent in the ceiling. His absolute commitment to customer service, and thinking outside the box to make the vent work with the larger size water heater, saved me from having to compromise by settling for a smaller, lesser water heater than my preferred choice.I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Daley Plumbing!!!

Even though I was still skeptical after reading all these great reviews, I went ahead and called Daley Plumbing. Am I glad I did!! Jim responded quickly and found the problem but it was a type of work that he doesnt do. He then gave me the name of someone who does this type of repair. After all this he wouldnt charge me because he said he didnt do any work!! Im still in shock! I now have a go to plumber. My searching ends because I found an HONEST plumber. Had to hire someone to install a new water heater...ugh!Someone gave me Jim Daleys phone number so I called him and I am so glad I picked him. He was friendly and very informative. He was able to come the next day which I was glad because not being able to shower with warm water and wash my hair was truly a bummer! Jim has helped us so many times.The first time was my kitchen sink. I remembered clearly it was on a weekend. He came out right away and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price without extra charge for weekend.One time, Jim was busy and asked me to find someone who could come out quickly. I called one of the big companies I heard from the radio. It was a disaster. The guy was in training and without doing much he called his manager and decided they had to knock out my wall and installed a clean out. I was glad that I didn’t listen to them and decided to wait for Jim who came out the next day. He fixed the problem using his snake and pointed out to us that our house already had clean out. He saved me thousands of dollars.Since then, I make sure to call Jim first when we have a plumbing problem and recommend him to our friends.Recently, our main sewer line was clogged by tree roots. Jim tried to unclog the line using his snake. He was able to pull a lot of little roots, but was not able to clean the whole line. He recommended another plumber with more heavy duty tools and left without charging us anything. I was so surprised because he came over (again on Sunday) and worked on the line for quite long time. He said if he was not able to fix the problem, he won’t charge anything.Jim is kind, honest and reliable. Let Jim help you, you won’t regret it.

Called Jim today regarding our water heater leaking. Jim responded right away and in less than an hour, he arrived at our house. I called him thinking we needed water replacement, but as soon as he saw the water heater, he said the water connection on top was loose. He tightened it right away and the water stopped leaking. VERY HONEST GUY AND HE SAVED US $3000!!Before I called Jim, I had another guy I found on Yelp come over to our house to check whats wrong with our water heater. Always wore a mask, was on time, and didn’t nickel and dime me and did a quick consultation over text with pictures of our water heater issue. He even told us a work around to get hot water until he could schedule us. He helped us locate our warranty and talked to the water heater company on our behalf. Above and beyond service. He is also LGBTQ friendly. Will for sure use his services again if they are ever needed.

Im not sure how I did it but I completely clogged my garbage disposal. I had recently moved into my own apartment and it was really late. My friend recommended I give Jim a call because he was able fix her water heater at 10pm! He came within the hour and fixed the clog in a timely manner! I was so happy to find my new handyman!
