The job that Isaac & Sons Plumbing completed at my home was nothing short of outstanding! The work required replacing 63 feet of water main from the meter to the house, traveling beneath 25 feet of concrete driveway. They were professional in all aspects of their service and worked meticulously with the repairs. When the job was complete, you would have never known they dug a trench through the front yard. All sod was replaced as if it was never removed. Chris is to be commended for his service from start to finish. He was friendly and very professional throughout the job. I am very happy I chose Isaac & Sons for a major plumbing project.

Five years ago I met Issac after I ran an incompetent plumber off the job. Issac came in, took over, and cleaned up all the issues I had in a fast and professional manner. During that work, a drywall guy cut into a pipe that left water streaming onto my kitchen floor. We had just installed $30,000 worth of cabinets and were scared to death that the water would damage what we had just added. Needless to say, I called Issac as soon as possible. Within an hour, he was on site and provided a fix.In the most recent project, Issac hooked up a bear claw bathtub on the second floor. He advised me in all phases of the project to ensure the fixtures would be of high quality and built to last. I cannot say enough about how Issac takes the time to explain all phases of the job to ensure that you get exactly what you want.I can honestly say I have found my plumber and will never use another.

I have finally found my go-to plumbing service! From the first phone conversation I had with owner Isaac to discuss our home’s needs, all the way to the finished work, Isaac & Sons is the perfect company for my home. I could tell they were honest, knowledgeable, and dependable. Chris was the technician who installed our tankless water heater, and he did such quality work—he even left the space immaculately clean when finished. All were very professional and showed great customer service all around! I highly recommend them !

My problem was a leaking valve stem on an old three faucet bathtub, typically a DIY project. I ended up not being able to find any valves that would fit, so I called Issac & Sons plumbing. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and spoke with Isaac, he said he would be at my home early that evening. We met about 7 PM, Isaac analyzed the job and suggested that we upgrade to a Moen single valve shower handle retrofit with a chrome plate that covers the opening needed to remove and replace the old manifold. Isaac agreed and convinced me that searching for old valve-stems was cost Prohibitive and that the retrofit was the best resolve. That next morning at 8:30 AM, one of Isaac‘s team members Chris arrived and started the job. Much to my surprise before Chris began the retrofit he placed tarps from the front door to the bathroom, brought his vacuum cleaner and covers for his work boots. when the job was done it looked as clean as when he started. The job took three hours and when completed my old outdated bathtub looked brand new. I almost forgot to mention that halfway into the job, Isaac stopped by to check with Chris that all was going well and to see if I was satisfied. I was impressed and couldn’t be more satisfied, I’ll be using Isaac and sons for any of my future plumbing needs. “you get what you pay for” Isaac and sons was worth every penny! After 8 PM on a holiday weekend just moved into a new place, ice maker supply line and valve start flooding the kitchen. Issac and Sons came to my rescue. Fixing the leak and stopping the disaster. They even texted to follow up to make sure all was well the next day. Stellar service and amazing compassion for a terrible situation. Thank you Issac and Sons.

Had a gas leak somewhere but couldnt find it. Called other plumbers first but was told theyd have to schedule a few days out! I figure the gas leak was kind of important! Called Isaac and he came right away. Even though the gas company said they had no clue where the leak was, Isaac found it OUTSIDE the house underground! Previous plumber installed the line with wrong type of fittings and there was a ton of gas escaping into the soil and under my house. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Charged me less than his quote was! He is now my go-to guy for plumbing.

I had a leaking shower faucet which continued to leak after I replaced the valve. Then Joseph installed a new valve which did not work, and explained why the valves were leaking and needed replacement. Joseph quoted a good, fair price, replaced the old shower valves with a single valve setup in 5 hours. He and his apprentice was very efficient, and will recommend him highly!

Great job good clean up

Isaac and his son were lightning fast to respond and check out our 3 plumbing issues. For the leaking shower they were the only plumber to suggest contacting the manufacturer for a warranty replacement part instead of trying to sell us a new shower cartridge. You can tell they are honest and not just trying to make as much profit as possible off their customers, which is refreshing and the main reason we chose them for our water heater replacement and pressure regulator installation. Both were completed quickly and work/look great. 100% would recommend!
