They were on time and professional.They fixed a dripping bathtub faucet in a few minutes for far less than what another plumber quoted in the estimate that they gave after actually inspecting it. The other plumber said that it might be $300.-$400. unless there was a problem with the pipes, in which case it could be $1,500.Andrew from Jerrys Rooter service knew what the minor issue was immediately and fixed it for $175. right after giving the estimate.In my experience, they are honest and trustworthy.

Called out to fix clogged drain on a Monday showed up late then had to leave to get camera. Came back 2 hours later. Nothing accomplished. Back on Wednesday to repair what was said to be a clogged pipe.. Turns out unrelated to the drains that are having a problem. They cut out a pipe so now theres no drains that can be used without the drain water draining under the house. Suppose to be out Thursday morning to fix the pipe they cut out thats unrelated to the reason of the call. Guess well have to wait and see if they actually fix the mistake as well as the original problem they were called for.
