A Plus Design and Remodeling

Adam and his team at A Plus did a great job remodeling our guest bathroom.We would definitely recommend A Plus to friends/family and anyone else looking for a very professional and organized contractor with great communication throughout the entire process.Some highlights that made us grateful that we chose to hire A Plus for our remodel and why we would recommend:1. First impressions matter - Adam took the time to walk us through the entire remodeling process from start to finish when meeting with us the first day, even before we had hired him. Other contractors we met with just threw out a price, some never called us back. But you could easily tell that Adam is passionate about his work, regardless of the size of the job.2. Organized and transparent - Adam provided a detailed written plan that listed every step of the project from start to finish, including all of the necessary permits/inspections, and the total price indicating when payment would be due after completion of major steps. This allowed us to follow exactly what was happening throughout the job and know when payment would be due.3. Great communication - Adam and his office manager, Claudia, were great at letting us know when workers would be by the house, what work would be done, when inspections were scheduled, etc. They always tried to make the disruptions caused by the work as minimal as possible.4. Help with design (if you want it) - We took Adam up on his offer to take one morning to visit stores to obtain all of the fixtures for our bathroom. Adam provided some great design input but was never overly pushy. He allowed us to let him know what our dream bathroom looked like and helped to make it happen.5. Quality of work - All of the workers did a great job on what they specialize in (plumbing, tile, etc.). All materials and fixtures were brought to the house by the workers and the house was tidied up at the end of each day. They allowed us to use the bathroom for two weeks to see if anything needed to be touched up/adjusted before making final payment to make sure that we were completely satisfied with their work.Thank you Adam and A Plus - we will let you know when we need another remodel!

Adam is the best! Since he is the owner of A Plus, I had high expectations about him and his work. When my husband and I first meet him for the consultation, we know he understood our vision for remodeling our complete house. He was more focused on educating us about the project rather than pushing us to sign a contract. Its difficult to find people that genuinely want to help you. When the work began, Adam and his team worked hard and were very professional. They also made sure to clean up after themselves. Adam also helped us stay on track with our budget and made sure we were happy. Happiness is not easy to achieve when it comes to remodeling, but he made sure not to let us down. There was nothing more we could ask for. My house looks incredible and I get compliments all the time. Thanks again A Plus!

This guy presumably the owner came to the property very smug and unpleasant. His energy was negative from the onset my wife and I definitely weren’t going to move forward no matter his quote. Look elsewhere !

Words cant express how happy I am that I picked A Plus Design for my kitchen and two bathroom remodels. From the start Adam was was always honest and upfront about everything. I loved all his creative ideas he gave me and Im glad took his advise. Even though we had a few minor issues along the way, Adam work very hard to resolve them immediately.
