WOW. What an amazing company!I originally started working with Sylvia and Elliot in 2020 on a single window that I had for a new construction job, they were able to get me a window within three weeks instead of an estimated 14 at Milgard gave me. The purchase was amazing and I knew I would be back.Fast forward Four years later, I was finally able to pull the trigger on a 11 window replacement in my single-family home. This is a craftsman 1958 home with original windows, and I installed Milgard Trinsic V 300. I was definitely worried if the windows with tying together, and if the new windows and old framing would work, but the absolutely incredible installers that were sent to complete the job make sure every single detail was perfect it. The crew came early, they got right to work by demoing all of the windows without any damage whatsoever. They then begin setting the windows in, and like clockwork- worked together to seal each window, set and silicone the trim, paint, and clean up- what I Thought it was going to be a 12 hour job ended up being a total of four hours for all of the windows.I could not be happier with this company – from I’m working with Sylvia, having Elliot come out and measure for the windows and explain to me the process, the installers that came out before, and during the installation, as well as the finance people at American , this is the company you want when it comes to purchasing windows and installation.UPDATE- One hour after I wrote this review, I received a call from Cooper at American Reliable Windows, with information that I actually had a promo on the windows that I purchased, so he sent me the link right away, I was able to register for the promo, and now I’m going to receive about $45 back per window!! What an AWESOME company To let me know about this after the job is done, real integrity, when dealing with these folks all around!

I just had a complete window/door replacement at my vacation home in Arrowhead and am SO happy! Alex and his crew of installers were on time, efficient, clean, organized, professional… and the product looks amazing! **Highly Recommend American Reliable Windows & Doors!**We recently had American Reliable Windows & Doors replace all the termite-damaged, leaking wooden windows in our 4-story, 7-unit condominium. Their prices were incredibly competitive, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Unlike other companies that quoted an additional $15,000 for scaffolding, Elliott and his team completed the job without it, saving us a significant amount of money. Elliott, the owner, was very nice and accommodating throughout the entire process. The new replacement windows look fantastic, and come with a lifetime warranty. Everyone in the building loves them. We couldnt be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Good communication and explanation of product. One of my items was back ordered from the manufacturer, American Reliable Windows and Doors kept me updated and were flexible with my install date. Installers worked efficiently and cleaned up. Appears to be a quality install. All and all good work. Will try to update review after a few months to see how the windows/door holds up.

Reliable provided the replacement windows for the aging dual glaze windows, and Alex did an ace job of installing them in our new home. They’re such an improvement, and the installation so perfect, we may replace a few more! Well done and thank you!

American Reliable Windows and Doors is a wonderful company! The installers were efficient, on time, and cleaned up. They worked well together and were quite personable. Other than a tiny bit of touch up paint, the window and door look great and work well. Highly recommend them.

Yesterday I had Milgard windows installed in my condo kitchen and bedroom, and received excellent service from Jeff, Alex, and Luis. The process from the estimate with Eliot to ordering and installation was a easy and pleasant experience. The progress follow up was timely, and any associate I encountered were friendly, informative, and most important honest. The installation crew were careful to cover my furnishings and cleaned up after. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend American Reliable Windows to neighbors and friends.

American Reliable did an amazing job replacing 16 windows of various sizes in my condo unit. I live on the 3rd floor and they were creative in installing and finishing to ensure as little impact to our building as possible. The crew checked in several times throughout the process and left each day (2 day job), cleaning up and making everything perfect. I have already provided the name to other units in my building because of how great their service was.

We found American Reliable because one of our neighbors was having all of their windows replaced by them. So we asked for a quote and then went ahead and had 80% of our windows replace. They changed them all out less than a day. Recently, during a very heavy rainstorm, we saw a tiny leak above one of them. So today, less than a week since reaching out to them, they sent out a service person to add additional sealant and now we are good to go. Its not always about the initial work done, but also how they stand by their work. We are happy to recommend them to all of our neighbors.

I am so thankful to American Reliable. My mother had a neighborhood kid through something through her window and she was so worried about replacing it. Superb! I manage a large community and recently starting replacing windows for various apartments. Horrible install! And the sales rep (Elliot) won’t answer my calls and the office staff is also not supportive in escalating appropriately and unprofessional (Sylvia). Do not use this company as their finance department is good at harassing you for payment but then it’s crickets!

I bought WINDOWS from them few times.They have good stuff and prices are ok, I think will be nicer if they actually pick up the phone and open on time.soon Ill be ordering from them hopefully this time I get my order on time unlike last time and then will consider my options.

I represent the board of a condo building, and a homeowner retained them to put new windows. The work quality was so bad, the windows do not fit the aesthetics of the building, the color is wrong. We have tried to contact them to no avail.

Didnt deliver the mesh with some of the windows and doors. Called multiple time, and even offered to pay to order the mesh, kept saying they would call back but never did.Two of windows dont close properly, again no support.

Elliot who I believe is the owner is a great person to work with. He was timely and responsive to my calls and questions and would update me on my windows arrival and install time. I knew I needed our windows replaced but I found the task kind of daunting so I put it off for a long time. A friend recommended American Reliable and so I decided to have them come out and give us a quote. Their prices were great and their customer service was outstanding so I decided to go ahead and have them do the work. I’m very happy I did. They replaced all of the windows in the house and not only do they look amazing but our house has been staying much cooler. 10/10 highly recommend these guys.

After the initial in-person meeting with Elliot for a 34 window project, I called 2 times and was promised to get a quote but still havent received yet. I also emailed twice and didnt get any response back.I find it odd as I had a great meeting with Elliot in-person. Not sure who is dropping the ball on this.Not happy with the service and chose a different company to help me.

When I was rehabbing our house I was recommended American Reliable Windows. After getting a couple other bids they were super competitive in pricing and really responsive to all my questions. They worked along side my contractor to get our order perfect taking the time to ask question and double check measurements. We are so happy with the product and results!!! I have recommended them now to a couple of friends and my contractor now uses them :)
