I am sad writing this review. If I could give them zero stars I would. We hired Daniel Martorello for a garage ADU, he recommended one of his contractors to help us with our plans for the city, as soon as we paid them they went MIA. They never submitted plans to the city, the wouldnt pick up the phone or answer any emails. The few times we called from a different number Daniel would answer saying they were working on the plans... 8 months have passed and nothing! We requested a refund and still havent received it, they blocked our numbers, this truly sucks, they took $1,500 from my parents. Daniel Martorello and Robert Pleitz are scammers, dont do business with them, you will regret it!! Take your business elsewhere.

WARNING what ever you do DO NOT get anything they tell you. It is all lies. They told us that we would not be paying any more electricity bill because they would put extra panels that would even give us extra electricity but it was all a lie. Very unprofessional all their staff what ever you do, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I wanted a garage conversion and decided to call California NRG because they did a garage conversion for my sister in law. They responded quickly and provided me with a quote and even help me to apply for a loan. They took care of everything and made the process very easy. I truly recommend California NRG if you are thinking of converting your garage.

I always wanted to remodel my kitchen but I really didnt have the capital to do it. We had been thinking for several months about installing solar panels in our house and after watching some programs on television about them, we decided to contact several companies to request estimates. When I spoke with Santiago de California NRG we were able to make an appointment for the next day. I had a list of questions because I did my research and I honestly didnt expect many to be answered but Santiago was quite professional and knew how to answer them all. We never felt any kind of pressure from the company, that we had to decide now!, because the specials end like so many other companies do. We had to talk about it with my husband and see other estimates from other companies but in the end we returned with California NRG because for us it was the most consistent throughout the process and the one that gave us the best explanation of the financing plans they have available and for us That was important since they are annoying processes. When the work team arrived at the house before starting, they explained to us the work they would do on the roof, and best of all, they finished it in a single day, since it was not a very big job. After they finished the installation they will take care of filling out the paperwork for the inspections so that everything is approved. It is a process that takes several weeks and is not simple, but this boy Santiado was patient and my husband and I believed it was necessary to lower our electricity bills. We are very satisfied with California NRGs work and recommend them. And by the way, they have many people who speak Spanish.
