Eric came out after 10:00 pm on a Friday night and replied the belt on our commercial apartment complex gate. Fantastic service: quick, knowledgeable and friendly. A solid family company.

I had to call RTM Electric 3 times in order to get any sort of answer. The receptionists were rude and impatient. Once I got to Ricky he finally answered my question but then immediately hung up. Worst service ever.
